Well Tobi knew alot about Kakashi, and he knew a lot about Konoha's defenses. That as well as the fact that his sharingan's ability is similar to kakashi's. So i think its safe to assume that he is Obito there is no one left for him to be.

So Kabuto can still use his sage mode because if you look at the latest chapter Jugo told Suigetsu that Orochimaru released the senin transformation and took back his own chakra. So by this I can deduce that Kabuto still has the abilities of sage mode. Wether he will become an asset to Naruto...
