    What were his plans with Sasuke after all? Kishi just made us believe that Tobi would need Sasuke at one point, foreshadowing this with Tobi's inner thoughts. Was it just a Kishi moment? Where he would go to nowhere just to create hype? (editorial reasons, etc.)
