I think it's not the same jutsu Oro using (taking someone's body). Since he told he does not need to concern about it.

In any case, I think there are still people like Kimimaro who would willingly give up their bodies to Oro.

There are criminals who were released out of jail after doing time for their crimes, which would include murder as well. Going by this statement, the cops aren't doing shit by not arresting them again. That's only if Orochimaru was doing something like what he did in the past. Not only this, I don't think Naruto actually knows everything about him.

Its messed up imagine being a ninja and the 7th hokage wont protect you against Orochimaru . But what could naruto do , for naruto gaiden its going to hard to kill orochimaru and also naruto has relationship of orochimaru so its going to do something he doesnt want to do . It easier he takes a blind eye unless orochimaru attacks the village.

To beat orochimaru would require both naruto and kakashi fighting him . Thats a problem because both hokages leaving the village to deal orochimaru would be a risk for the village. Gai isnt as strong as he was so he cant go to fight orochimaru . besides that is sasuke and because of sasuke past he isnt someone who should be in the loop 100%.

Well we know what Orochimaru does to hokages. Either kill them or make them his slaves. It is understandable that Naruto is afraid of Orochimaru :bdpf:
