Did Naruto surpass all of the Hokage?

I feel like he hasn't surpassed Minato, Hashirama, and Hiruzen yet. Btw he didn't surpass Minato when he had Sage Mode. Fukasaku doesn't know what he is saying. Thoughts? Discuss

naruto will never surpass neither minato nor hashirama, nor tobirama for that matter, its impossible, dont forget naruto is only as strong as he is because he keeps getting power from the tail beasts, he himself has no real power apart from sage mode
