In terms of raw power, yes, Naruto has surpassed them all.
In other categories (ninjutsu, genjutsu, and intelligence) Naruto isn't even remotely close to any of them.

Given that he has only surpassed them in one category, overall, no way.

Thats the stupidest thing I have ever read in a long time. He's a jinchuuriki. He is doing what he is meant to be doing. He already had an insanely large base chakra even without the Kyuubi. He mastered sage mode relatively quickly. Added an element to his rasengan. If anything the Kyuubi at the time inhibited his training, because they had to keep him in check constantly. Now however, he is one with the kyuubi. Saying that Naruto sucks because he and Kurama work together is like saying Madara sucks because he relies on Sharingan. Stupidest crap ever read to date.

i say yes and no. every shinobi has a potential to suprass a hokage or other shinobi by one way but not everything. naruto may surpassed all hokages in certain areas but havent fully surpassed them.

in order for naruto to surpass a hokage fully he needs to surpass in speed,tecniques/abilites,power, mental strenght/chakra control, defence and control of elementals. naruto may be more powerful in some areas but the kages can defeat naruto if naruto is not carful due to being weaker in some areas of these mentioned.
