Cool welcome to Ninjutsu training.
First and foremost, if you don't understand something or have any other questions please ask them either here or via vm and I'll try to answer them as best as I can.
Secondly, reply in your own words, thus not simply copy me nor anyone else. It does not matter if you get something wrong.
Thirdly, please try to use proper English. It is very annoying for both you and me if I do not understand what you are saying and I tell you to redo the jutsu over and over again until I understand you.
I will post two (or sometimes three) techniques and how to use them, then you will go to the Naruto wikia and look the techniques up.
Then write for each jutsu:
How you perform it (note: do not just copy what I did).

Advantages & Disadvantages.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting.

*I first focus my chakra into my mouth. I move my mouth a little almost as if I was chewing something. I take note at a training log that is five metes away from me towards the right. I then spit needles one by one from my mouth with each needle hitting the log and lining up in a vertical column.*

How would I defend against this?...hmmm.. maybe some kind of shield or with my sword deflecting them all at once...

Let's see... the trick is so they don't notice the second shuriken...man and if the enemy notices the second shuriken the technique falls apart....but, if I use it right I can not only deceive the enemy but, also get the kill.
*I pull out a fuma shuriken from my backpack. I hold it up and open it up.I look at the training I previously hit with needles and remember the position of the log. I throw a smoke bomb to conceal my movements. From the smoke a fuma shuriken is shot out from the smoke heading for the log with the second fuma shuriken hidden underneath the first shuriken's shadow. The fuma shuriken hit log and log is destroyed in two places in the upper and lower section.*

To defend myself against it...I'm not sure sensei...I think it depends on how well the person does it without me noticing the second. Maybe creating some kind of wall to block it...*scratches head*

See, that wasnt so hard lol. And preferably an earth wall or spitting out a wind jutsu to blow both Shuriken away.

It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
Throw kunais with pouches full of explosive notes towards your opponent. On impact the pouches will explode, releasing the small explosive notes which will rain down onto the opponent. Once that is done you throw one final kunai that ignites the explosive notes causing a gigantic explosion.

Okay need a target...
*I go off into the woods. While jumping from branch to branch, I notice a tiger cornering a rabbit and is about to pounce.* *smiles*
Perfect...
*I drop down and the tiger notices me growling and with a hungry look. He takes aim at me while the rabbit flees. I quickly concentrate my chakra while looking at the tiger. The tiger charges and lunges at me. I ready the technique once the tiger is within 10 meters. Once the tiger is within range, I activate the technique by releasing my chakra onto to the target and restricting their movements just enough time to attack. The tiger stops and sits on ground and is calm. I was gonna attack the tiger but, ultimately change my mind and retreated back to the training field.*

Okay so this tech lets me stop an opponent's movements and give me the chance to counterattack. Its useless at long range and I guess I would break it if I had an ally or a clone to break the technique for me.

*I take note at a large boulder. I pull out multiple kunai with puches attached to them roughly five in each hand. A total of 10 kunai with pouches. I begin to throw the first five at the boulder followed by second five of kunai with the attachments. Some kunai are pinned to the boulder while, others richouette right off. As soon as the contact was made all of the pouches explode revealing paper tags all-around the boulder coming down. I end the technique by jumping upward and throwing my last kunai with a paper bomb on the ground near the boulder and detonate it. The detonation creates a chain and ignites the rest of the falling tags. Resulting in a huge explosion. When th smoke clears the boulder is completely destroyed with rock fragments scattered everywhere and large burn marks shown on the ground.*
hmmm...this is useful for distractions or if I wanna draw the target in but, the bad part is the target can create some kind of defense to shield themselves.

One more to go...
*I notice the tiger coming back for round two. He charges at me and I begin to charge aswell while focusing my chakra and throwing 3x shuriken but, the tiger lunges upward to avoid the shuriken using its agility in mid-air. I then throw a fake tag tied to a kunai at him. He lunges downward and checks see to where I was but, lost sight of me. I appear above him and activate the jutsu now that he is within range by focusing my chakra and creating petals that begin to swirl around my target which is being manipulated by my chakra . A swarm of sakura petals engulf the tiger completely and the tiger can't pick up my scent because I was completely conceal myself with the petals and while completely distracted by my technique being manipulated. I deliver a fast kick into the tiger, blasting him out of the storm. The storm ends and the tiger high-tails it outt a there, Completely blown. *

Its pretty handy for a distraction and hide ones movements to deliver a blow and can be used in a number of ways such as luring the target to you and envelope both me and the target. Then, use the substitution with tags attached to the object and from the outside detonate the tags creating a chain reaction and ignite the petals, creating a fire storm of petals...How I would defend.....don't let them near you LoL. So what's next?

*I pull out several kunai and shuriken from my pouch. I close my eyes and focus my chakra into them. I release my grip on them and you see the shuriken and kunai levitating in the air. I look at the training post and focus my chakra. I then direct the kunai and shuriken at the post. The kunai and shuriken are sent flying. Striking the post with significant force.*

This technique pretty much acts like a summoning, having a swarm of crows fly around your target in an attempt to confuse and distract your opponent. This allows you to strike faster and easier. You can call off the crows at any time.

Landing on the targets set up on the trees and rocks with amazing accuracy. I do the same with the swords, then the axes, and afterwards the spears.*

I manipulate the crows freely by emitting chakra from my fingertips and altering it into high frequency waves. Once I've the technique I call off the crows by simply weaving a handsign and having them disappear in a puff of smoke.*
