-wind: Hmmm....well we know from looking at naruto applying wind to rasengan creates the wind style: rasengan and the rasenshuriken which destroys a target on a cellular level like he did with kakuzo when he struck him. Th attack looks like a rasengan with spinning shuriken around it made of wind.

-lightning: Im not sure kakashi tried to combine his lightning affinity with it but, failed which caused him to create the a stronger version of chidori which is raikiri. If lightning was applied it would probably look like a spinning ball of lightning or a better version of chidori.
-fire: probably something like jiraiya's technique which creates a spinning fiery sphere and carries the target far with that blazing ball of fire pressed against their stomach. A fire tornado results, upon impact with a surface, which rises upward.->

-water: well just like the fire style rasengan,the user would gather and release water from their mouth and combine it with the rasengan, creating a spinning water sphere except when thrusted onto the target they are not burned and restricted of oxygen. They aare hit by water vortex/whirlpool that would drown and crish them from the attacks water pressure.
-earth: I honestly have no idea. I believe a spinning ball of mud in different directions held by the user or something.

*I begin by creating a shadow clone and have station itself 5 meters away from me. I then, extend my right arm and opening my hand. I then begin by spinning chakra into my right hand using my left hand in different directions. I then, combine that spinning by adding denser chakra into the mix, resulting in a spinning ball of chakra being created in my right hand. While maintaining control of the dense spiraling ball of chakra, I gather my katon chakra into stomach and channel it up my mouth. Once I've gathered enough, I inhale and exhale my fire chakra onto the sphere, engulfing it in my fire while it spins the fire around itself in different directions. I then, proceed to charge at my clone and upon impact with my rasengan and the clones stomach, a fiery maelstrom erupts upward sending the clone flying and severely burining him and everything else that is around him.*
