I DON"T KNOW.. This is a good question. Hmm, Between Sasuke and the Kyuubi. I'd say Sasuke is a better Shinobi. But the Kyuubi is stronger...

Sasuke uses tactics, he's more of a tactician.

While the Kyuubi spams Rasengan and has TWO NEW FORMS.. His own mode, Kyuubi mode, which is HIS OWN chakra, and Bijuu Mode, in which the KYUUBI gets bigger and can equal five other bijuus in power.

This is a good debate.

Oh NARUTO? I forgot about him, it's hard to recognize him, seeing as how the Kyuubi is giving him so much power.

We cant tell for sure....Sasuke is a better ninja/mercenary but Naruto is more like the shinobi who is a guardian,not a killer..

you talk like naruto being an uzumaki meaning he has automatic sealing jutsu,well newsflash naruto knows nothing about sealing jutsus and the one he used to lock kurama was minato's key meaning minato's seal.
anyway the point of my post naruto geets free chakra from kurama,sasuke gets free one-shot killing jutsus from thin air,so why complain about it?

Naruto was born with the natural ability to seal, didn't you see him seal Kurama. Kurama even says that the seal was one that the sage of the six paths used. I'd say that's quite impressive for the first seal he ever tried to create, without having any prior training on how to do it.

As far as power goes, Naruto by far. Naruto is not stealthy and lacks long term planning however.

Sasuke's base ninja skills are on another level. His intelligence, breaking apart an enemies strategy to small chunks and using it against them to turn the tables, his speed, his deftness with sword, plathora of ninjutsu skills - Raiton and Katon techniques -, Taijustu are clearly far above Naruto if you put him at base level. Take away Naruto's kurama and Sasuke's EMS and MS, and Sasuke is still tiers above Naruto.

Since both of them have received much power ups at this point, I will only count base levels. If I count them with their power ups, then Sasuke is still a much smarter ninja. There really is no comparison.

From what I remember Sasuke was nothing till he got the sharingan. In the Zabuza fight, Naruto showed a lot more ingenuity than Sasuke. He came up with ideas right on the spot that would change the tides of the battle, same with the Haku fight, then Sasuke got the first power-up(sharingen) out of the two, and outclassed Naruto, but at this point they both have a wide range of techniques. Naruto has completely evolved the rasangen, and Sasuke has shown good use out of his new MS techniques, though he still needs to get a few more power-ups to be on par with Naruto. Out of the two Naruto is the better shinobi. Sasuke isn't even a shinobi at this point. He's only a killing machine designed to furfill his own purposes.

You obviously don't have any idea what you're talking about....it's really pathetic to make things about just to defend Naruto.

kakashi Raikiri is also an S-rank Lighting Jutsu, but does that mean he tamed Lighting like Sasuke?
