Description: The user focuses chakra beneath the opponent and manipulates the earth around that them. The user makes the earth from two parallel directions quickly pounce up on the opponents leg(s). The two slabs are full of spikes on the inside and moulds to the opponents leg upon clamping to it. The height can range from the top of the thigh to just the ankle. It happens in a quick, surprising action, like a bear trap.

Description: The user performs two hand seals and infuses their chakra into the wind around a target. They cause the air, two meters around the target to rapidly move in different directions. Hidden in the wind are very small, tangible sheets of wind. The sheets cut into the opponents body, not deep enough to kill, but because of the sheer amount of sharp sheets it feels like they are being torn to shreds and by the end of it their body is completely covered in cuts and their clothes completely torn. Although it's not meant to kill, the sheer number of cuts causes an immense amount of pain all over the body.

(Katon: Shōnetsu Jigoku) Fire Release: Blazing Hell

Description:
The user molds a small amount of chakra in their hands and then flicks it into a small ball of fire towards the enemy. The purpose of the technique is not to strike an enemy, but to make sure it reaches near the area they are currently on. Once the small ball of fire comes into contact with the ground, it’ll immediately grow and surround the target in a complete circle. There is a small five second delay before the flames begins to ignite and erupt into a huge column of fire, reaching up to twenty feet high. The heat generated from the flames is so hot that anything coming into contact with the column will be burned instantly. This technique is mostly used to trap an opponent inside a blazing fire like prison and it is large enough to encompass one or two people. Suffocation is possible and likely should they not be able to escape, as the flames will quickly devour all available oxygen.

Description:
After using Dark Release: Inhaling Maw to absorb the physical and spiritual energy of the enemy jutsu. The user discharges a quick burst of dark-natured chakra in a shockwave in order to knock their opponent back a large distance. The point of impact acts as a "marker" by leaving behind residual chakra on the target. From there the user builds up chakra in their hand and fire it as a condensed beam of energy from the Dark Release marking on their palm, using the earlier marker in order to hit the exact same spot at range.

I like the idea, but things won't be left vague, so i'm gonna need you to specify the exact size of this "condensed beam" and add a note that states that the shockwave doesn't cause any kind of damage considering it's used to mark the spot only.

Each attack avoids the chest up until the final blow which packs a larger amount of force than the rest in order to knock the opponent back a fair distance. After which the user discharges a flurry of condensed beams of chakra which all aim for previously damaged points on the target before colliding in a collective explosion upon impact.

Frozen Gauntlets(Touketsu Kougake)*

Description: The frozen gauntlets are two specially made gauntlets, they are unique, powerful, and extremely useful. It's uniqueness comes from it's shape, which can be devided into two forms, the first is the 'suppressed' form, in which the gauntlets extend towards the user's upper shoulder in a 'compressed' form where it is not bulky, but rather sleek and 'thin' similar to how a normal undershirt *extends on the arms area. The other form is the 'released' form in which the gauntlets take a more bulky shape(similar to picture shown below but without the nails sticking in and in a more 'clean' cut shape). The gauntlet's base color is light blue, it has black stripes around it shaped as flames. It's power comes from it being made of unknown metal, which makes the gauntlets very durable, the gauntlets being made of metal were conductive to electricity, the user being wary of such a disadvantage added a feature to the gauntlets, the inner side of the gauntlets were made of insulating material which 'appeared' in the 'released' form. The usefulness of the gauntlets came from three abilities, the first being the suppressing technique presented by the gauntlets, this technique was constantly active, regardless if the gauntlets were in the 'suppressed' or 'released' form, the chakra that is present in the hands of the user is suppressed or rather hidden, meaning that chakra sensing nin can't see chakra in the hand area. The second ability was the gauntlets ability to freeze water when it comes in contact with it, it allowed the user to freeze water based attacks of the opponent B rank and below, and all water techniques created by the user, it also was capable of freezing entire lakes making them 'ice rings', also when the gauntlets were in the 'released' form they will cause numbness to the opponent when it comes in contact with, and it can cause frost bites if it stays in contact with the opponent limb for more than 6 seconds. The third 'ability' was the user himself, if the individual trying to wield the weapon isn't permitted and isn't from the Yuki clan they will get frozen in their place.
-Must have mastered ninjutsu to use and be a member of the Yuki clan with ice release mastered .
-Each ability when used counts towards the three jutsu limit, except the suppressing technique it only counts as one move in the initial turn of the battle.
-The changing in the form of the weapon doesn't count towards the three jutsu limit, and the user can change one arm if he wants.
-While in the 'released' form no hand seals can be performed.
-The freezing ability can be used four time per battle.
-Each gauntlet can take a damage of 160 damage points.

Ice Release: Frost Giants Sphere(Hyouton: Kanki Kyoukan tama)*

Description: *The user will first perform five hand seals and release their chakra into the air, as the chakra is in the air, the user will condense it to the form of a small ice orb levitating in the air in front of the user. After the orb/sphere is formed the user will perform another hand seal and cause the orb to travel towards the opponent(s) with speed(equivalent to that of user) the user then has two choices detonating the orb before it reaches the opponent by performing a hand seal and causing the orb to explode and have shrouds of ice spread in all directions from the detention point or the user cam allow the orb to hit the opponent and explode sending shrouds of ice through the body of the opponent and anyone near him(if in range).
-Usable Once
-No wind and water techs of B rank and higher for the next two turns so no B rank ice as well.
-must be member of Yuki clan and mastered ice.
-The technique is similar to Atsugai but in a wider effect so anyone within mid range will get pelted by the shrouds of ice.
-The shrouds of ice will be of the size of Kunias in length and width of 1.5 kunia.
-The shrouds of Ice are formed from the pressure the explosion presents in the air, it is like when a cold breeze of air passes through a warm patch the warm patch will become cold, here it is similar, and the reason why the air takes form of kunia is the special way the explosion occurs(in a manner that makes a molding block for the kunia)

Description: Now ice release is based on water and wind now in the water element there are techniques that derive from the normal water uses into different categories like (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field the user will use the characteristics of the chakra used in that technique and cause his ice techniques to be sticky for example ice release technique can be used to trap the opponent and create a medium for ice techniques that will become sticky, the user can avoid getting stuck in the ice by channeling chakra through his body while he does that he can't use lightning, earth, and fire if the user doesn't channel chakra then they will get caught by their own techniques stickiness
-Usable on a total of 3 ice techniques.
-when used the user will use the normal technique as he will normally do but the technique will have sticky characteristics.

Flux Blades of Heaven(Tengoku No Furakkusuburedo)

Description: Flux Blades of Heaven are a set of 3 spinning objects(Bey-Blades) that are attached to a holder located in the users arm. The user will attach a Flux blade to the holder/launching pad locating on his arm and the holder/LP will release the Flux Blade with great speed, the flux blade will spin with great speeds and heads towards the opponent the blades are made of materials similar to this of swords so it has the same characteristics as a sword and to add the spinning effect and momentum the power is greatly increased.
The three Flux blades have the same cutting ability and durability(stated below).
But each has a characteristic: one flux blade takes when released the characteristics of the ice element(blue glowing and frost bites will appear where it hits) the second takes out characteristics of the fire element(red aura and burn marks appear on the opponent where hit) the third takes on the characteristics of the lightning element(yellow aura and if it hits let's say the palm of the right hand and the opponent for some reason doesn't take damage the right hand palm will be numbed for 1 turn).*
The holder/LP of the Flux blade can launch the first one of the flux blades or the user can take out the third flux blade and place it in the holder if he chooses to launch that blade first.
-The holder/LP is indestructible but is conductive to electricity due to it being made of metal.
-The Flux blades can withstand a damage of 100 in total so a S rank and D rank will destroy the flux blade shattering it. The blades have a cumalitive system so if it is hit with D rank at first turn and S rank at 7th turn it will still get destroyed.
-The flux blades can "jump" and change direction freely for example the Flux Blades can approach the opponent while spinning and and before they reach him they will "jump" and hit him in the nose.
-The flux blades have blades to it's sides that is what gives them the cutting ability of a sword.
-The blades without elemental weaknesses can cut through C rank earth attacks/defenses without loosing any of there momentum and power this is due to the way they are designed to move through rocky terrains.
-The blades are resistant to C rank heat attacks although if they get hit by a fireball of C rank they will continue through it with same speed and strength as it was released but it will get 15 damage towards it durability.(half of the damage).
-The blades can be released by the user hands without the LP but they will stop spinning after 1 turn and they won't have the above two "abilities."
-The blades when releases by the LP will be capable of spinning for 4 turns.
-Two Flux blades can be released simultaneously from the LP.
-If a single flux blade is released it counts toward the attacks per turn as 1 but if two are released from the LP simultaneously they wil also count as 1 attack but if one is released by the LP and one through the usage of arm then it will count as two.
-The LP can't be placed on different limbs in the same battle, for example it was on my left arm then I got my left hand cut off I can't put it on my right arm for the rest of the fight.
-Can only be wielded by Me.
THe holder looks like but without the wires connected to the body and without the swords so the launching area will be were the eye is.

Suiton: Fukai Kitsui Oshi | Water Release: Deep Inner Pressure

Description: The user, thanks to their special affinity to the release of water, can raise the destructive force of a following water release technique. With Fukai Kitsui Oshi, the user prepares the next technique with more precision and deeper and stronger manipulation. The user increases the pressure of the water technique, increasing its destructive and strength to pierce. With the water affinity, the user can do it almost in conjunction with the water technique itself. After using this, the water technique released increases in 1 rank, and its destructive properties are increased, and the water can pierce through Earth and Fire (The techniques must be put in consideration before use of technique!)

Note: Techniques have to put in consideration (As this will only work with projectile related water techniques such as Water Bullet). And the opposing technique (If using as a defense).

Description: The user, surges their body with chakra, specifically the Heart and Medulla, and soothes the bloodflow and the breathing rate. The user's chakra soothes the Medulla and manipulates it to maintain normal breathing to prevent Hyperventilation. The user also soothes the bloodflow to prevent bleeding out. This technique is used to prevent the response of panic and panic related problems such as Hyperventilation. This technique can also be used while in a genjutsu, allowing the user to think calmly and not panic (Some technique cause the user to hyperventilate).

However being made from only wind it can't be hit by average physical attacks. It's attack pattern is similar to a real human being when he is using free form taijutsu moves, but the actual attack is a concentrated wind blast generated upon contact. These attacks doesn't have any cutting ability, but instead blunt force which makes it more similar to a human being, but with increased strength. Any attack has the potential to send the opponent flying. As the phantom is only wind, it can be moved in mid air freely.

A human body from wind? Give me an idea of what it looks like as this seems like another clone jutsu. This needs to be detectable by the opponent.
Also, how far can it move away from its original creator? And what do you mean it can move in mid air freely? Does it fly?

Description: The user performs a single hand seal and turn his body into lightning. Once turned into lightning he can move with high speed in every direction and even change directions freely. He can travel high into the air, on the ground, or in a water source. If the user turns into lightning he can’t see or hear anything around him, but can sense up to mid range. In lightning form he can’t even attack or use jutsus, however if the enemy gets in contact with him, he becomes paralised. User can't travel through earth, but if the opponent uses an earth jutsu againt the user, it can be destroyed.

Lack of details. You can move in high speed in every direction? Approximately how fast, is it detectable by the naked eye? Also, put a limit on high you can travel in the air, and no, you can not travel in the water, that's ridiculous.
Exactly what can he sense in such a state? Chakra only?
Contact? As in touching contact or a certain range?
Lastly, very vague. What level of earth jutsus are in-effective against this?

Description: The user performs 2 hand seals and making rain falling from the sky. As the first rain drops reach the opponent, the user can change his chakra into lightning and use the rain drops as conductors to create a giant lightning pit. This pit extends to 3 meters in every direction around the target if there’s rain or any other water source in that vicinity. The lightning attacks and damages everything inside the pit and make them roast. This technique can be used with any already existing rain or water drops around the target and can be performed with 1 hand seal at that time. The created rain looks like regular rain for the naked eye, making extremely hard to predict the lightning attack.

This can be too OP and it's very confusing. You're basically saying you're infusing rain drops with lightning chakra and then aiming them at specific places around the enemy to create a pit? And then the pit is somehow interconnected with the lightning?
I can barely understand this, you gotta be more detailed and specific. I'm having trouble imagining it.

Well I don't quite get this. It was only a minor update for my already approved tech and it wasn't a problem back there, but whatever. I changed those parts, however if it says short-mid range, it's obviously travels only to mid range max from the user and I think if it's just wind, it should be able to move in mid air. fly if it's clearer.

If the user turns into lightning he can’t see or hear anything around him, but can sense chakra up to mid range, allowing him to react to incoming attacks. In lightning form he can’t even attack or use jutsus, however if the enemy touches the user, he becomes paralyzed. User can't travel through earth, but if the opponent uses an earth jutsu (A-rank or lower) against the user, it can be destroyed and the user can still travel toward his destination with half of the previous speed, but if the opponent uses an S-rank earth jutsu, the technique can be destroyed, but the user turns back to human form afterwards.

Changed those questionable parts, but I don't know why you brought up the visibility part. a lightning always visible no matter how fast it is and the description doesn't even say it can't be seen (btw I put the gif into the spoiler so it's clearer how it works and looks like). well about the earth part you are right, but it is an A-rank lightning jutsu, so A-rank and below earth jutsus would be ineffective by default in my opinion.

Well the idea was to create the rain and then create lightning around the target. The rain drops contains chakra what I turn into lightning so I don't have to shoot it out. That would be totally useless that way. Hope with these changes it's more understandable. I also removed some usage limits to make it less OP.

Again, another great idea, but I need a limit on the idea on about how large you can make it. "They can be from a single drop of water to a human sized pond of water." Is this the clear limit?
Also, if your opponent does go underground, you wouldn't be able to detect him either, so not sure how you would utilize that as an attack.
Lastly, if you were to attack your opponent with such a jutsu, what would be the approximate power of it? More water = more power? Less water = less power? The speed where it comes up from the ground? A lot of details missing if I can't put it to image.

Description: User starts by sending his chakra into his opponent(s)'s brain, affecting his senses and fiddling with his mind, casting a genjutsu upon him. In this genjutsu opponent sees the user opening gate(s), and thus the chakra bursting from their body and turning into beast like, similar to Lee or Gai. He also see user getting tremendous speed and strength equivalent to gates. In real, what actually happens is user fiddles with his opponent's mind after sending chakra into his brain, and slows down the rate of receiving of signals to the receptors in case of vision sense, and boosts up in case of touch sense. Means, depending on the gate used, opponent eyes would have trouble keeping up with user's speed, touch sense becomes so sensitive, that when user even flicks his finger on his opponent, he would feel great pain. Rest 3 senses are adjusted in such a way that would fit this genjutsu. Since it affects the receiving of signals of brain, user also affects the signals reaching the brain which affects opponent's reflexes, slowing him down and each and every action of him drastically in same proportion to the gate no. used, which makes him feel like the user is running with fast speed.

Note: -Once the genjutsu is casted, the fooled senses only reacts to the user, not to anything else.
-Lasts 4 turns, unless countered.

It's like all the genjutsu i'm checking lately has no medium to trigger whatsoever, genjutsu isn't performed like that, first you'd need either handseals, or another medium to trigger it, i.e. light, sound etc, the sound medium requires sound training, i'd go for handseals myself, anyway about the genjutsu, the slowing speed of receiving signals is similar to a genjutsu Reborn has that's called Time Delay, so that basically messes the core that your genjutsu depends on, also don't say that the 3 other senses are adjusted in ways, you have to mention each and every sense you affect by your genjutsu and how the genjutsu fools the sense.

But if circuit is incomplete then it do not damages us to that level (since circuit in imcomplete, current will not flow; thats why it is advised to wear slippers/shoes made up of rubber while dealing with some eletrical wires so that we do not make direct contact with earth and hence the circuit is incomplete). For dealing with very high level of lightning, user summons a "engineless" car around him such that he is inside it when the car is summoned. So when a lightning technique strikes the car, the whole charge of lighning spreads on the surface of car but since the tires of car are made up of rubber(insulator) the circuit is not completed and hence rendering the lightning technique useless which do not damages the user even a bit.

What the.. O_O the reason we are struck by lightning isn't because the earth is a very good conductor of it, it's because the earth has a positive charge and the lightning comes in from the clouds with a negative charge and viseversa, the earth is a very poor conductor to lightning, that's why Earth Release is weak to lightning release, because when the lightning strucks an area in the earth it cuts through it not spread through the earth around it, same thing goes for Wood Release, this technique makes no sense whatsoever, how are you planning to summon a CAR in Narutoverse, are cars used there? dude guns are made before cars and we say no guns =_= also i won't allow a technique to make you impervious to lightning.

Too broad, how is this going to affect traveling through the earth? and Earth techniques used through the terrain, an earth technique like the Rising Earth Excavation or Destructive Rising Rock Pillars will render your technique useless, and 50 meters is too much, up to 20 meters and that's it, which is considered a long range, remove that whole "astonishing speed", and mention that you can't use this technique itself to attack the opponent, make it last up to 4 turns max.

The foot-pad itself is made of wind & chakra and the chakra helps in anchoring the user to the contact surface while using this jutsu.
With this, every time they step, the wind beneath the user's feet prevents the contact of his feet with the ground (or contact surface), thus effectively silencing the user's foot steps.
However this jutsu will be only helpful in silencing the foot steps when used on a solid surface or on surface which will not crack easily or will not produce much noise like short grassy area, so if they step on a dry twig or on a board that creaks the cracking could still be heard and if they run on a water body using this jutsu, the splash of water could still be heard . However, they could run on a solid surface at full speed using this jutsu and not be heard.

how is this going to be possible when the wind that you are making underneath your feet should be normally pressurized so it will make noise, wind isn't stationary, it circles around itself normally or blows in one trajectory, otherwise it won't have a "solid" form, this also could collide with Zero's flying wind god technique, and boosting sprinting speed? lol no.

Description: The user performs the Monkey -> Ox -> Ram hand seals and channels his lightning chakra into a nearby water source and makes the molecules of the water to vibrate at high frequency, electrifying/charging them, heating them up causing evaporation, forming electric mist to surround the area. The charged water molecules in the mist are connected to each other by the user's lightning chakra forming a fine electric mesh.
The thickness and range of the mist is determined by the availability of the water source and the amount of chakra the user decides to put in the jutsu.
As the mist rises up, containing electrified/charged water molecules, the person(s) caught in the mist will experience a mild warm, tingling sensation. The electric mist is capable of reacting to the bio-electricity (produced naturally by cells & tissues) of anyone other than the user making them the center point of attraction and all the lightning imbued in the water molecules gets attracted towards the location of the foreign bio-electricity, electrocuting and paralyzing them.
The user can clearly notice/feel the sudden shift of his lightning chakra imbued in the mist towards the target (foreign bio-electricity) and can determine the direction and distance of the target.
One other way of using this jutsu is by using Kirigakure No Jutsu (Hidding in Mist Jutsu) at first and then performing the above hand seals to imbue lightning chakra into them, charging them up.

O_O how are you planning to produce the lightning? lightning chakra doesn't materialize the lightning, it's either released from your body or the ground, not to mention why would the mist react to bio electricity of the opponent's chakra and not yours? and lightning vaporizing water? that's new.

Description: The Sea Slayer is a legendary sword, with the blade being constructed from most porous blue pearls on the planet. Traditionally, the prodigy Hozuki of every generation is bestowed with the sword, imbuing their chakra into the sword before taking ownership so that the sword becomes more potent for every successive generation it’s passed down to. Over time, the continuous infusion of chakra into the sword, caused it to become almost symbiotic to Hozuki chakra, feeding off its user’s chakra and eventually gaining the Hozuki trait itself, allowing for it to far surpass any weapon in the history of the Hozuki clan. Over generations the sword became far too gluttonous for Hozuki chakra, consuming certain hosts whole by feeding off the moisture in their bodies. Only the truly daring now attempt to wield this blade, even then it must be held in moderation to prevent similar circumstances from occurring.

Abilities
-The sword has the chakra of generations of Hozuki clansmen stored within it, thus granting it the ability to utilize their clan’s trait, making it capable of liquefying at any time the user chooses.

-The weapon can endure extreme pressures but can be broken by other means. However, once broken if the sword comes into contact with water it will simply reform.

-The sword has the ability to absorb all the moisture from A-Rank and below Suiton and Ameton techniques by forming a protective cyan dome around the user. During absorption the sword transmits this stole moisture to the user, causing them to grow in size proportional to the amount of moisture absorbed. This ability can only be used 3 times per battle and this will count as one of the user’s jutsu per turn.

-Due to the sword being capable of liquefying, it can grow in size when exposed to any form of water

Restrictions
-The Sword can only be wielded for 5 Turns
-Must be a Hozuki to wield the blade
-Whilst wielding the blade the user is unable to use Lightning Release Techniques
-Lightning Release Techniques do 20 extra damage against the user whilst wielding the blade
-The Sword absorbs moisture and not chakra
-The sword is not sentient but naturally feeds off moisture to maintain itself

Description: Mizuchi's Guardian requires the user to have a water source (one artificially created via a jutsu or the user needs to be near/in a lake or ocean) or the user can simply spew out water, using that to form the Guardian. Once the user adds his chakra into the water source, he/she uses shape manipulation to create a man made of pure water to come out from the water source available. The size of this man is similar to the size of the Golem created by the A-rank Earth jutsu. This Earth Golem sized Water Guardian is not able to use cannon water jutsus, however, he has his own special water abilities which allow him to create sucking whirlpools, small blasts of water which are able to blast the opponent into the air/sides (depending on where they come out from) and water constructs (spikes, walls, pillars) made purely of water, all of these are equivalent to S-rank and if in a water source, he has the ability to release his chakra (Equivalent to S-rank) everywhere short range from his initial position, meaning the opponent can't manipulate the water short range around him. Due to his water abilities, the Guardian/man made of water has the ability to turn into a puddle of water and reform himself from other water sources, as long as the puddle of water he forms and the water he's looking to reform from are connected. If the user creates the Water Guardian by spewing out the water and there is no water source available, the water constructs are created by the Water guardian (by manipulating moisture in the air and using that to materialize the water) the water is then controlled by the use of hand movements, he can't however, use the whirlpool ability since the opponent would need to be under a body of water for that to be done.

OP o_o there's already a technique that can do that called the water beast, as you might already know not all of the abilities you mentioned though, if you want this technique approved your gonna have to trim down the abilities, take out the reforming, i won't allow you to keep him reforming and prevent your opponent from using water techniques, remove the ability of using the moisture in the air, make him only use the water attacks from the water source and make them A-rank, add that you can't use Fire while the technique is active and add a +20 continuous chakra cost, make the damage 60 basically equivalent to an A-rank, honestly i don't like the technique myself.

Description: Olms have a layer of Slime covering their outer body. The user can slam his hands down onto the ground, summoning a large amount of Slime (the amount is equivalent to the B-rank version Exploding Water Colliding Wave) from the land of the Olms. This slime is slightly viscous and so travels at a slower rate than water, however, due to it's thickness it can overcome large bodies of water with ease, making it so that only water jutsus 1 rank higher than the slime to overcome it. The user has his chakra infused within the slime, allowing him to choose the direction in which it flows via hand movements. In addition, the slime is extremely sticky, allowing it to be used to hold the opponent in place and/or drown them within it.

Having the amount equivalent to the Exploding water colliding wave? you do realize that means the whole battlefield will be covered in slime? both you and your opponent will be caught in it and unable to move? remove the death when drowned in it thing, make it as big as the Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop technique and remove the hand moving ability to control the slime, also mention how exactly it is summoned, does it come from the ground? or a portal made in the sky?

Very OP, that's not de-powering it, you can put all the restrictions you want but it won't matter when it's OP, make it's size equivalent to the Great Stone Golem technique max, remove the shattering and redirecting crystal glass stuff, remove the shockwave that knocks everything up to mid range, include physical drawbacks, when using Forbidden techniques your body should be a mess, i mean something that really cripples you, you could make your speed decrease to a walking speed for example, or handseal speed decrease, etc this restriction goes along with the others you mentioned. i'm going to give you just one chance, if it's not approvable then it's DNR.

Also the necklace was forged in fire and has a natural affinity to it. Thus being able to absorb B rank and below fire through the users will. Since the necklace has an affinity to fire, smoke will emmit from the user through the chakra layers around the body, long as the necklace is active. However the smoke itself is not harmful to the user as it is created from their own chakra. Once the user activates the necklace, the user will start to glow red.

Description: An area of effect genjutsu through the use of chakra infused smoke. The user will first be required to create smoke using their wrist launcher and while the smoke is in the area, the user will perform the Horse hand seal to put the opponent under genjutsu. When hand seal is made anyone other than the user that is surrounded by the smoke will end up in the genjutsu. Once the genjutsu is in place, the smoke will travel through the tenketsu of the opponents 361 chakra points and into the brain effecting their chakra flow. Once this happens the opponent will lose their ability to concentrate and mold chakra quickly by continuously distrupting the chakra flow by slowing it down immensly. For example if the opponent wants to use a jutsu, it would be natural for them to gather it really quickly by speeding up the flow of their chakra to gather it. Simply by disrupting it's chakra constantly, they will be hindered and take longer to perform their jutsu's. Once the smoke has entered the opponents body through their chakra points, the opponent will be hindered and will not be able to use any chakra based jutsu's as quickly as expected.

D Rank Jutsu's - Will have a slight effect but won't notice the difference in gathering chakra as the chakra required is not that great.

C Rank jutsu's - Will take 1/2 a second longer to perform to gather chakra

Description: The user will charge their chakra into both of their hands and then slap it quickly. The opponent soon as he hears the slapping sound of both hands but the chakra is released through the hands as the user is clapping but not traveling through the sound that makes when clapping, the opponent will be placed under a genjutsu where the users chakra is in the opponents brain disrupting the flow of the opponents brain. The illusion will set it by the disruption of chakra flow within the brain so that the there is no blood running through the ear drums of both ears. The opponent under the genjutsu will immediatly hear a static ringing noise which is high pitched, casuing a headache to be felt. However, because it effects the ear drums or the illusion of effecting the ear drums, the opponent will appear to be bleeding from the ear, followed by loss of balance as they stand or walk, being distorted around his surroundings as well as dizziness settling in. By the third turn of this technique the opponent would have to kneel down as the sense are being amplified as time goes on. Constant dizziness and everything spinning will cause the body to feel like if it is having motion sickness which could or may result in puking. Eventually the headache intensifies as well breaking all concentration of the opponent and rendering them useless.

The point of a genjutsu is to create an illusion, not to cause physical damage. Making the brain think that it can't hear and therefore making your oponent deaf would work, but stopping the bloodflow to the eardrumms is a simple no.

However, because the illusion is effecting the ear drums, the opponent will appear to be bleeding from the ear and the opponent will feel as if they are bleeding from the ear, followed by loss of balance as they stand or walk, being distorted around his surroundings as well as dizziness settling in. By the third turn of this technique the opponent would have to kneel down as the sense are being amplified as time goes on. Constant dizziness and everything spinning will cause the body to feel like if it is having motion sickness which could or may result in puking. Eventually the headache intensifies as well breaking all concentration of the opponent and rendering them useless. Because this technique distorts the opponents sense’s to the extreme, the opponent will not be able to use any techniques B rank or higher while the genjutsu is in place. However, if the opponent fails to break the genjutsu within the 4th turn and the deactivation of the jutsu[as it last only 4 turns] the opponent loses the ability to mold chakra as they won’t have enough concentration to do so for 2 turns after the deactivation of the genjutsu. If the genjutsu is broken within the first turn, the opponent will be fine and no residual effects will take place. While if broken on the 2nd turn, it would leave some residual effect as they will be restricted to B ranks and below techniques for two turns. If the genjutsu was broken on the 3rd turn, the opponent would be restricted to C rank and if the genjutsu wasn’t broke and the opponent took the full four turns and it deactivated on it’s own. The opponent will not be able to mold chakra and lose the ability to do so for three turns.

Description: The user will concentrate on their doton chakra and then release the chakra into the ground by having any contact with the ground. The user would then appear to 'grab' the Earth by their hands and use the Earth chakra channelled into the Earth to perform a tug which would affect the Earth up to long range from the user, even though the tug can be performed from short range. The tug causes the opponent and anybody else on the same Earth, to lose their footing and balance as they feel as if the Earth from below them has suddenly been removed. Due to the users chakra already being in the Earth, the user can manipulate that Earth further and cause constructs of Earth to emerge from the Earth whilst they're performing the tug. These constructs can be made into anything, with only the users imagination being the limit. However, the larger the construct the longer it takes to come into distances. So, something like a wall of Earth which is only 3/4 meters long would be able to form extremely quick whereas an Earth dragon which is the same size as the Greater Earth Golem would take a lot longer to form.

Note: Can be used 4 times per battle
Note: Can flip, pull, or fling the ground that the opponent is standing on
Note: The move is fairly fast but depends on the size of the ground that they are moving. Larger the scale larger the technique takes to perform.

The user then releases a large wide spread blast of lightning that tears up everything in its path.

Don't get why this is a forbidden ranked, it's just one directional lightning blast but ok, if you want it to be then your gonna have to follow some set of rules, first define the actual size of the blast, saying "large" or "huge" or "widespread" are vague terms which i won't allow anymore, and where's the physical drawbacks for being a Forbidden technique? a forbidden ranked technique should have some that really cripple you, that whole "-25" thing doesn't work, i need something like speed decrease, or the slightest movements put a strain on your body, so your overall speed is decreased, that also includes performing handseals and what not, also remove that whole "tearing up everything in it's path", and replace that whole "charges all of his lightning chakra" to "charges a large amount of lightning chakra" the earlier term means you can't perform lightning chakra anymore, also handseals are made to limit the amount of chakra being used for your technique, so it should be done before your chakra is charged not after it. after that put that you can't use any lightning techniques for the next 2 turns and any S-rank technique in the next turn.

Putting thoughts in your opponent's head is a Sharingan genjutsu ability, normal genjutsu can't do that, you control how your opponent's senses process what's happening around them, not put thoughts in his head, that's why Sharingan genjutsus are banned to be made into CJ.

The user isn't effected by the dense air due to the coat of wind chakra covering his body. The wind chakra covering the users body is only visible to two tomoe sharingan and above, and the byakugan. Lightning attacks preformed by anyone on the battlefield are now weaker due to dense are making it harder for lightning to form.

Description: Fuuinjutsu: Takedakeshi Urufus is a technique which allows the user to seal specific body parts of the opponent. This is done by creating a pack of four wolves which bite the specific area to seal it. To perform this jutsu, the user takes out an already prepared scroll with the kanji "Seal" marked inside. The user will then form the seal of confrontation which activates the scroll. Four chakra wolves will then be released from the scroll. With the wolves active, the user proceeds to control them, making them charge towards the opponent (up to long range) to bite him. If the opponent is bitten by a wolf, he will experience great pain. On the area of the bite, the kanji for "Seal" will appear, sealing the area for three turns. Once the area is sealed, it cannot be moved/used. If the opponent is bitten and the seal is completed, that wolf which had bitten him disperses immediately.

similar to existing techniques, Jokey has a technique that's called Fire substitue which turns all of your body into fire, and if you want complete elemental manipulation then it's similar to Hasashi's mera mera body technique, not that elemental manipulation technqiues going to be approved or anything.

Th user focuses their raiton based chakra and creates very thick rope of raiton chakra to ensnare an opponent, its similar to the Tornado lightning technique, but much stronger, this technique binds the upper body of a target. The lightning shocks the opponent and retsricts their movements. It has a unfocused charge like nagashi, thus is incapable of killing, but paralyzing. Paralisis lasts 1 turn if not dealt with. This technique can only be used thrice per battle and deprives the user of lightning chakra for one turn.

That's not how lightning techniques work, lightning can't be materialized like water, it only comes out of your body or the sky/ground, it's not used like that, i'm okay with a rope that comes out of your hand for example, but that's going to be similar to the water whip technique anyway.
