People keep saying that Kabuto needs DNA, BUTTTTT they are forgetting one important factor. When Madara was alive, whose eyes did he have to get in order to get EMS? Izuna's eyes. Izuna's eyes were then later implanted inside Pain, and now Obito has one of Izuna's eyes, and the other is still inside Pain's eye socket. Kabuto could have gotten DNA quite easily.
Why didn't Kabuto revive Izuna with Edo Tensei?

If anything Izuna body would of rotted away since Izuna was long since dead while Madara pretty much cheated death to live so long. Kabuto more likely couldn't get any Dna since any Dna would of long since been to decomposed to work with the Revival jutsu since form what the manga has shown. the Dna sample has to but somewhat fresh and not badly Decomposed to work i doubt even if Kabuto found Izuna body there wouldn't been anything for him to work with to revive Izuna
I'm a bit confused. Maybe Kabuto didn't know they were Izuna's eyes? Maybe Obito got there before Kabuto did? Would Obito have given Kabuto Izuna's eye? And didn't Obito retrieve both eyes from Nagato? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not completely sure.

Obito has both of Nagato's eyes in his possession (He has Nagato's body), so no, he couldn't have gotten the DNA as Obito would not just hand him the Rinnegan.

I don't think so. Itachi's eyes were removed and translanted and when he was revived with EDO, he had his eyes again. So why would Izuna be revived without his eyes?

Kabuto already revived Nagato as an edo before tobi had the rinnegan, so he could have taken his eyes then.

and they were both resurrected fine, suggests that izuna could and should have been resurrected health and powerful. I say plot.

In that case he would not have been able to revive Itachi.
And everybody saying there is no DNA. How would Obito know where everyone elses DNA is?
I think this question is unanswered and will be answered later in the manga. Of course with something we never saw coming

You people need to use your brains. He was not revived because he was a suspect for the identity of tobi. Him being revived would put all the attention on obito. And madara was revived even though his eyes were taken before his death so that is not a reason.

My theory would go like this....
The 2nd Hokage had Edo Tensei. Since Izuna died shortly after giving Madara his eyes, it could be that Madara or another Uchiha clan member did something with Izuna's body to prevent Tobirama from using Edo Tensei against Madara when the time came to exact his revenge. Although Madara knows his brothers techniques, taking on Tobirama and Izuna would have been difficult had Tobirama had to come to the defensive when Madara attacked. Madara seems to know how Edo Tensei worked, so destroying his brothers body would have served good purpose if he was making plans to attack Konoha.
