Why didn't Kabuto revive Izuna with Edo Tensei?

Izuna and Madara were equals prior to Madara acquiring EMS; the only reason he was chosen as clan leader was due to age.

So why not have MS Izuna revived?

Technically Madara's rinnegan eyes are Izuna's eyes so one can say that those eyes can bring back both Madara and Izuna.

yeah but Kabuto didn't have access to the rinnegan, only Nagato's DNA not his eyes and probably Madara's corpse.....

and I doubt you can use the DNA of an edo.

Izuna died in battle without his eyes. Being revived by Edo Tensei resurrects him in this state: blind and presumably powerless, a non-Mangekyou user.

I think that he wouldn't of been that popular as obito is now..People where expecting Kagami to be Tobi..Don't know how that would have worked out..No background no nothing..It's ok as it has turned out. I was expecting more people to be revived but it's okay the way the story is heading..

Not only that, I'd be questioning why on earth Kabuto didn't revive any other uchiha's apart from Madara and Itachi. Surely an army of uchiha's would have given him an even larger combat advantage.
