Sharingan predict movements by following chakra of the user but when Minato teleports, he transfers himself(and his chakra) in an instant from one place to another, so it's not a movement situation that sharingan can predict here. It's as if sharingan is facing someone who appears and disappears, it's called teleportation, in order words in this case, Sharingan precognition is useless, and we already got this example in more than one occasion against a even greater Sharingan user than Sasuke(Obito). Minato's FTG is too fast that he didn't even got a time to use his kamui(which is instant) in 2occasions. So not even sure Sasuke would have time to activate Susanoo in time against something that fast that not even Obito could react

What is even a greater advantage concerning Minato is that his techniques takes basically no chakra at all, when only the fact of containing/using MS techniques puts Sasuke's body in a great pain during a fight

If Minato doesn't attack Sasuke after a certain amount of time it's considered as a withdrawal, therefore a loss.
And no blaze release doesn't even consume that much chakra, go read the manga pages where he fights raikage he uses it all the time and he's not exhausted after.
