Sasuke can read movement he will see Minato coming toward him and instantly activate his susanoos + blaze release and minato gets fodderized.

He can't read Minato's movement while he's using FTG because FTG ISN'T movement. It's instant, it's teleporting. No one can track that as it happens in zero seconds and no one is faster than zero.seconds.

minato`s kunai doesnt need to be right by sasuke`s side for him to teleport straight to sasuke.minatocan just stick it in the ground somewhere around and then teleport because he can teleport some distance around his kunai not just straight to the kunai`s location

By the way, now that I think about it, Minato can summon Ma and Pa. You know why? Because Ma and Pa, as Toads, are bound to the Toad contract. Since Minato has signed it, he is able to summon ANY Toad as long as he has enough skill. And Minato is labelled as a true genius, so it's safe to assume he has the skill, especially since he can summon Gamabunta, who is extremely difficult to summon since he's the boss.

Naruto also signed the contract in part 1 but he still didn't train to fuse with ma and pa, this summoning requires a specific training. And we don't know if Minato did it, you can't just assume random things. therefore he cannot use it. As simple as that.
