That isn't the thread, that's the title. And it was meant for those sort of people, which I thought would become clear after the thread had been read. But it didn't, which isn't surprising....

Makes me think that it would be better if humanity ceased to exist. Atleast there would be no arguments or disagreements. No war or hatred either if the source of it all is gone. Even if it's at the cost of Love. Afterall, if someone is able to love then that means it's possible for that love to turn to hate.
Revenge is a good thing for the one who is trying to achieve it. What Sasuke and Obito are doing is for what happened to the people they cared about. In a way, it's still being selfish. Itachi willingly gave his life for Sasuke and his village but now Sasuke is acting for himself. He says that's it's for Itachi but if that were the case then shouldn't he be protecting Konoha now? Instead of trying to destroy what his brother tried so hard to protect. Simply because he thinks it's right since they forced him into solitude.
Obito lost Rin and that made him open his eyes and see that war is hell. Where many people lose those who are precious to them. If this was all for Rin then all he would be doing is getting revenge. Instead he's trying to create a new world were there is no war or hatred. In this world, he tends to bring everyone happiness(which in his would include Rin as a bonus). The problem with this is that he's forcing everyone into it against their will. Simply because he thinks it's right.

i dont think anyone can understand what Sasuke is going through unless you live in war torn countries like in the middle east. But alot of people can understand Obito. I also have someone i love more than anything in the world and would die for her, and if she died like that...yes i would try to do anything to bring her back..maybe even take over the world lol.
But i am a man (19) and i know what true love is. The thing with people nowadays is that they have a girlfriend for like a couple weeks to month to years and then they move on. Love these days barely exists. Im glad i found someone to truly love, we dont even call eachother boyfriend or girlfriend cuz we dont wanna be compared to those couoples that be togetehr for only a short while.
But there is also a problem with Obito's story that justifies why people hate him and his reasoning...
1.He was only 14
2. Him and Rin werent even a couple
3.Rin didnt love him back

Sasuke cannot forgive the atrocities against his family and the pain his brother went through to commit them, just so peace could reign in Konoha for a few more years. He lost everything and was left alone in the world! Can you really blame him?

I have been with my girlfriend for 5 years now, and I agree if she was taken from me I'd do anything to get her back, but I know that if it meant hurting others, or doing something against there will, she wouldn't want me to do it. So I would respect her wishes, and deal with my lose as a man.
That's true. He lost everything and He was left alone. Though taking revenge on the leaf for what they did to him is destroying what his brother tried so hard to protect. It's not his fault that it happened but he's acting on his own accord without taking into consideration on the reasons why it was done.

Would that really matter to you if everything was taken away from you for someone else's peace? Itachis loyalties lay in Konoha, Sasuke is loyal to his family and clan.

Naruto lost his parents because they were protecting Konoha. If they would've focused all there attention on him, and not on stoping Kurama from destroying the village they'd still be alive. So in a way he could've blamed the village for being the Redon of his parents death, but you don't see him acting like a spoiled brat like Sasuke is.
