Sasuke is currently as strong, stronger or near strong as minato?

He would not need to break Susanoo. He would just wait for the split second when he has a chance to mark Sasuke's body with one of his seals. Once he accomplishes that, he can warp to and from Sasuke in less then a second.
If Sasuke uses Susanoo before Minato can mark him, then Minato can simply stand still / dodge all of Sasukes attacks until Susanoo takes all of Sasukes Chakra.
Ironic coming from a Minato fanboy..
The whole thing happened in a second, the time he realized he hit Susanoo it was already too late. Even Minato won't be able to evade this.

While Minato may be able to tag the ground and have Sasuke walk Susano'o over it (at which point, Sasuke is screwed), the latter isn't blind. Minato's best chance here is to retreat and skirmish Sasuke, because he does have limits to his chakra and can't maintain Susano'o indefinitely or spam Amaterasu/Enton infinitely. At this point, he stands a better chance, but Sasuke is no easy prey in any case (and he can also rise up out of a range Minato can easily reach with his hawk).
Minato has to stick near enough to Sasuke to be able to offer challenge, and if he does that and Sasuke is continually frustrated by his inability to put a stop to his foe, he may well ignite the sky with Amaterasu or Katons and prepare the widest AOE and most powerful Kirin he can (which Minato will not have much warning about before it is too late; unless he has tags outside the immediate area in Konoha; which he probably does but I don't know that they apply in a close battle) and fry the entire area while he protects himself with a fully armored Susano'o and shield.

The yellow flash is like the fastest shinobi in the naruto verse,have you ever heard of anyone speak of another shinibi with a speed level greater than minato's? Even hashiram was not praised of his speed as much as minato
Do you forget Gamabunta? He can easily use food cart destroyer on Sasuke's Susanoo, teleports him in another location and finish him rather quickly like he did with Kyubi. We have seen it was possible to seperate the user of Susanoo from his jutsu(Gaara did it), Minato can do the same with his space time ninjutsu
Speed doesn't makeup for everything, all Minato has for himself is speed. Sasuke is as smart as him if not more, he has shown himself being able to come up with excellent strategies in his fights. Sasuke is much more powerful than him and got jutsus that can one shot the opponent, you can't just win that easily against a sharingan user, Sasuke wins this for sure.

Yes, he can totally relocate arrows and amatersu with his FTG teleportation technique, that requires five hand seals (LOL):
Also Mintao has completely shown feats to dodge a barrage of bullet-like techniques like Magatama. He will simply plant bizillion kunais and somehow magically tag Sasuke to wrap to his sussno whose erection is fast enough that it avoided Kirin. What amazing logics.

Obito was pretty weak back in the time, he didn't have any jutsu except Kamui, he didn't have amaterasu,susanoo or any good genjutsu. It's completely different here. And yes Sasuke outclass Minato in intelligence just take a look at his fight against Deidara.
please think again it take times to activate susano (and how does only touching susaono beats minato i don'tt understand) plus

Sasuke has shown considerable amount of battle strategy. He's at the top in this regard. To say that he is well below Mintao in intelligence and use Obito as an example, who was only about 15 at that time and completely inexperienced is even more laughable, because Minato was killed in the process. And he did so, over a prophecy. The level of intelligence is over 9000.

Touching Sussano encased in Kagatsuchi and within a wall of Amatersu will be the death of Mintao if he foolishly chooses to charge or tag it. Which isn't even possible as sussano is not a physical object.
Lol, Obito pretty weak? Someone who can use sealing techniques to extract Kyubi, summon and control him, who has kamui, mokuton, rikudoo and uchiha forbidden techniques is weak? He would have slaughtered Sasuke if they had a fight.
