There are techniques you listed that he has even never shown like the water release for example, but whatever. I don't know where number of techniques helps if you have little to no time to even use them. Like i've said, Minato is far too fast for him that he won't even have time to react. Minato is not dodging anything. It's Sasuke the one who must try his best to keep up. The advantage in Minato jutsus is that they are instant need no handseals to be used, so he will always have the upper hand in terms of speed and jutsu speed

if minato use his sealing jutsu (the one he use when kurama did a TBB on him) that tranform an attack sasuke doom. sasuke use amateasu or susano arrow minato use the sealing jutsu to tranform it behind sasuke... the arrow and amaterasu are too fast for sasuke to hundle...

Going by the info we have on both characters at the moment I would say Sasuke. Not a big fan but its true cause of susanoo mainly. Not even amaterasu just susanoo. Minato is quick and his intelligence and deductive skills in jutsu is of the charts for someone without a SHARINGAN. Yet we cannot come to an actual conclusion because we have yet to see the full extent of Minatos power and skill

Since Minato can tag solid objects, and not just people, and Susanoo can clearly tank solid things, would that not in turn make Susanoo solid? Couldn't, then, Minato tag Susanoo at some point? If he tags Susanoo, he can easily warp to it and then warp it to another kunai/seal location. Minato has been shown to warp a chakra blast, objects, people, and things other than himself. If he can, he can space/time warp it away each time Sasuke surrounds himself with it.

Of course he can. We have seen Tsunade able to break Madara's Susanoo sword and use it against him, which shows the thing is solid when it becomes material. But even if he tags him/Susanoo, he doesn't even need to warp inside Susanoo or warp things back inside it. He has space time jutsus which is perfect to seperate the user of Susanoo of his Susanoo itself and finish him like he did with Kyubi for example. If Sasuke attacks with his arrows, he is simply killing himself

Minato's attacks won't even scratch him, Minato got nothing to defend himself against Amaterasu or genjutsus.. so yeah.

Well all of the fights that we have seen minato, he teleports and strikes from behind so techically ameterasu won't be of much use in this fight
