Description: The user points his pointer finger at the opponent and gathers small insects on his pointing fingers knuckle he then pulls his finger back as if he was pressing a trigger and shoots the bugs at the opponent using his chakra he then has the bugs continually feed on the opponents chakra for 4-turns the bugs then comeback and replenish half of the users missing chakra.
Note: Damage comes from bugs steal the opponents chakra.
Note: Lasts for 4 turns.
Note: Can only use this jutsu twice per battle.
Note: Must have at least half of the opponents body in clear sight.

rip off of Scary Yamato's water laser technique in terms of the initial release, not to mention it makes no sense for chakra to shoot like a bullet from your finger, they approach the opponent with their flight speed, if you made any "chakra burst" from your finger to blow the bugs to fast like that the desired location you would kill them instead, also no gun like techniques.

Water Style: Hidden Dragon Claw [Suiton: Kakusare Ta Doragon No Tsume]

Description: The user will channel his/her suiton chakra into thier feet then channel it from their feet under the ground, they then form it into a dragon like claw that is roughly the size of a grown adult, the user then from under the opponent rises the claw from underground and hits the opponent with the claws causing sever cuts on the both of the opponents arms and the opponents chest.
Note: can only be used 6 times per battle.
Note: The user can only use 1 water jutsu the following turn, but after that turn the user can use more than water jutsu again.
Note: Severity of wound on opponent causes long times for forming hand seals (roughly about double the time).
Note: Can use a large water source to create a bigger version of this jutsu to use on summonings.

Colored parts need grammar fixing to be understandable, remove using a large water source to create a bigger version of the technique, you can submit an advanced version of the technique after it's approved, but i won't allow any size alterations in the same technique, make it useable 4 times per battle, reword the second restriction making it "Only 1 Water technique can be used the following turn after this technique is used"


Wind Release: False Kirin Pressure Wave [Fuuton: False Kirin Surasuto]

Description: The user sends their wind chakra into the clouds, then forms a wind version of kirin from the clouds he then send the false kirin crashing towards the opponent, about 4-feet away from the opponent the false kirin opens its mouth to shoot a wave of wind pressure at the opponents chest, during the process of shooting the pressured wind the false kirin slowly from its tail end vanishs, when the opponent is hit with this wave it flings them back quite a distance and reveals a large round hole in the opponents torso clothes, with a large bruise-like mark on their chest making them slower due to the pain of the bruise-like mark.
Note: Can only be used once.
Note: Cannot use wind jutsu the following turn.
Note: Opponents movement is cut down the one rank below their current rank.
Note: The false kirin takes one turn to form completely.

Genjutsu: Hakugen no Kon (Illusion Technique: Yin's Illusion of Yang)

Description: This extremely skilled illusion technique distorts the perception of pain in a shinobi's body. This technique was designed as a means to increase the effectiveness of their own genjutsu on their opponents and also do decrease the effectiveness of their opponents illusions. This is done by a simple and subtle manipulation of the body's pain threshold. The user will preform the Boar, Hare, and Snake seals to activate this illusion. The illusion will work in one of two ways.
(1) Increasing the pain threshold of your opponent thereby increasing the amount of pain it would take for them produce in order to release a genjutsu, should they attempt to release illusions in this manor. By manipulating the brains perception of pain it would require the pain to be at a much higher degree to cause the spike to re-establish a stable flow to push the chakra out.
(2) Decrease the pain threshold on yourself allowing for smaller spikes to re-establish your natural balance and force illusions out. By decreasing your pain threshold, smaller spikes of chakra will be able to reaffirm you stable balance and even render higher ranked genjutsu useless.
With that being said, as this technique works is meant to be a collaborative technique with other genjutsu, this technique allows for shinobi to use genjutsu techniques layered on.
~This technique can only be used with genjutsu in of A-ranked and below. As a result, as long as this genjutsu is active only genjutsu A-ranked and below can be used
~As this genjutsu can be layered, precise chakra control is needed with the techniques used in combination which means the user will be required to use +10 more chakra with any other genjutsu used in conjunction with this technique.
~This technique can only be used Twice Per battle and lasts 3 turns per activation

Can't allow this. You can make it so that your enemy will feel an illusion that will make it SEEM as if he has a greater tolerance to pain but you can't actually do it. Pain is a physical stimuli that brings the body back to reality. You can't block it with this method. Only with medical arts.

Description: the user releases a current of wind in the desired direction while at the same time focusing wind chakra at the soles of their feet. with each step they cover a tremendous amount of distance in almost an instant while traveling with the current. this is due to the increased pressure of wind under the foot propelling the user combined with the reduced wind resistance. as the current blowing towards the opponent, the target will be briefly be immobile leaving them open for attack.
note: byakugan and 3 tomoe sharingan are able to follow the users movements

This technique is very similar to the Uchiha Clan's Susanoo. The user will gather up a large amount of dark release chakra, then the user will mold the dark chakra into a sinister looking armor that will latch onto the skin of the user. Although, the technique can be used to cover a certain part of the body rather than the entire body. Dark chakra surrounds the user at all times, as long as the armor is attached to the user. In reality it is the chakra that defends against incoming attacks, not the armor itself.

X-Declined-X Its a forbidden ranked advanced elemental active armour technique. So alot of issues with it:
-One, forbidden ranked armour. Pretty much defends your against most S ranks, though nothing of the sort has been made yet if we consider it "new". It would be alrgiht i guess, but Forbidden Ranked means recoil damage.
-Two, Its an elemental Armour. Two chakra natures to be exact, when youre already involved in nature transformation of an advanced element technically you shouldnt be to use other elements then the nature itself.
-Three, if youre covered with Dark release chakra. How do you release your own elements when the armour absorb them as soon as you form them?

No Susanoo rip offs, and it needs to have some intense physical damage to you, like much more slowed speed, ability to move being reduced etc, take all information related to Susanoo out, make it a form of a "barrier" not actually an armor, it can't protect from Fire and lightning just like that, Dark Release doesn't release raw chakra by itself, it does so after the absorption of energy based chakra, so mention that Fire and Lightning of S-rank are being absorbed not blocked, so it takes time depending on the size of the technique, remove the protection from Earth and Water, make it only capable of absorbing 2 Lightning or Fire techniques max, add that you can use Lightning and Fire techniques while the lightning is active, but using any other form of chakra will disrupt it.

After using Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld, the user is able to manipulate the swamps muck to form into multiple extendable arms that are able to reach out to the opponent and drag them into the pool. Or it could just be used to cling and hold target. The arms can easily be sliced by weapons such as katana's, kunai, etc. It is an effective technique for those who want to pin down a target for amount of time. The extendable arms have a limit to how far they can reach, they can only reach up to mid-range.

First the user gathers up a large amount of dark release chakra around one of their arms, then user extends their arm forward and releases ghosts from a sphere in his/her left wrist. They seem to follow a set and guided path and they differentiate from it but they cause considerable damage to an opponent slamming into there stomach. This move covers a considerable distance and shoots what seems to be an endless wave of Dark Fireworks.

Define this "considerable" distance and damage, it's too broad and needs to be limited, also this isn't how Dark Release techniques work, you need to absorb energy based techniques or basically any chakra that can be turned into a raw form of chakra which is generated then, so add a note that this technique can only be used after using the "Dark Release: Inhaling Maw" technique or similar techniques, it can't be fired just like that.

Description: The user will channel his doton chakra into the ground in order to create a pot-shaped cavity within the ground. The pot-like void is encased in a layer of extremely hard stone for protection, and within it lays a number of extremely sticky threads made of mud. These threads can be either lengthened to send an opponent back, or decreased in length once attached to the opponent in order to pull him in. The ability to increase in length can be maintained even after the user stops his flow of chakra into the pot by storing doton chakra within the pot, however if the user cuts the stream of chakra between him and the pot "aka using another jutsu" he is no longer able to make them decrease in length.
Notes:
- Creating more than one pot counts as using the jutsu multiple times.
- The strings can only be launched once, with either the ability to increase or decrease preset.
- The traveling path of the strings can't be altered.

Ok you say that the void of the pot has a thick layer of stone in order to protect, yet the technique is written as "supplementary", that needs to be changed, also define where exactly is the pot made, i mean beneath you or beneath your opponent, or just anywhere on the field? and remove the ability to make the threads increase in length after cutting your chakra flow of from the technique, earth chakra can't just act on it's own, you are the one who manipulates it, make this technique useable 4 times max.

What are the demons made of exactly, pure chakra? or are they simply illusions, i gotta be honest with you though, there are genjutsu techniques that can do what this technique does exactly and even better, like the flower petal escape technique for example.

And shock him multiple times. Due to multiple butterflies attacking him, the butterflies cause slight paralysis. Leaving the opponent stunned for a brief moment.

Mention how do the butterflies approach the opponent, is it a straight line, or can each be manipulated separately, make it useable 4 times per battle and remove the "attaching to the opponent's skin" part, everything else seems fine.

So if the butterflies are destroyed, or chakra is someone how flustered. They begin to flicker. Which allows the user to prepare himself for an attack or defend himself. This jutsu is useful, because it would allow the user and his commrades to see what kind of enemy they are up against.

Description: A small flute made up of incredibly dense material. The flute allows the user to harnest there inner potential and confidence, and turn it into physical power. By first gathering blood, sweat, or tears. The user will focus chakra into the flute then play a light tune from there past. The tune will up lift there spirits and boost there confidence/morale giving them the will to fight and eventually win.
(This is shown almost every time naruto is about to lose, i just turned it into a weapon)
-Can only be used by Akimichi bios
-Flute is indestructible.
-Only used by The 4th Raikage and those I allow.

The core of this technique doesn't make any sense, and its a mix of NB advanced Taijutsu "restricted ones" and unrealistic, when Naruto is almost about to lose his Kyuubi power arise, not his "confidence" O_O

He is a little larger then sauske's hawk, with a lighting shaped scar going across the right side of his face. He his friendly and will befriend his summoner rather quickly. He can use up to S rank lighting simply by flapping his wings.
note: can only be summoned twice.
note: he stays on the field for a total of 4 turns
note: can't use kirin,normal chidori or chidori Sharpe spear

Define if he's able to use only projectile lightning techniques or all types, because there are other types like for example "Four Pillar Bind" technique, and make him use the lightning techniques through his mouth not his wings, it's fine if you make him capable of making lightning techniques without the need for handseals, reduce the summoning limit to once.

So how exactly is this genjutsu induced? it needs something like handseals, and in general genjutsu requires you to know the target's location, if you don't you can't catch him in the genjutsu, and the paralysis isn't done like that, it needs something restricting to happen in the genjutsu, like a chain that wraps around him or something of the sort, but hearing a few words won't paralyze him, lower the rank of this technique to a C-rank or a B-rank, it's not complicated enough to be an A-rank.

This would defeat the purpose of the Spirit Transformation technique being restricted to only physical momvents control allowed when you enter the opponent's body, so i won't approve a technique that attacks him otherwise, the Spirit Transformation Technique is enough of an ability anyways.

It's too similar to some of NB Taijutsu techniques, and speed cannot replace power, if Minato hits the ground with a kick directed to it with his speed as a boost it will have a lot of damage on him and very little damage done to the ground, unlike Tsunade who completely shatters the ground with her monstrous strength.

I don't get the core of the technique, how would you use pure chakra to evaporate sweat? and how would evaporating sweat result in the formation of salt crystals? o_o , not to mention that Salt is attempted to be made into a CE, so this technique would collide with the CE concept when you use salt as an attack, not to mention that it's completely unrealistic, next time mention what the technique is exactly, because this can be mistaken as a ninjutsu and a taijutsu at the same time.

Where should i even begin =_= , Ok you can start by removing every "powerful" and "very powerful" stuff out of the description, can he use the Wind techniques that require handseals as well or not, determine his size exactly, words like "Huge" or "Giant" is too broad, If he's capable of breaking through solid rock "earth" defenses or attacks it needs to be limited, up to what rank can he break through, and it would mean that it's an ability that will count as a move and also be restricted to a limited usage, make him summoned only once per battle, and put a turn limit that he stays on the field in, remove that flying high so the opponent's attacks wouldn't reach him completely, remove the "very fast" speed and "very loud" noise, it would require Sound release, and even if you had it i won't allow it after that beak ability.

I was having second thoughts whether or not to DNR it, after reading that whole "having the same ability of Itachi" thing, but i guess everyone deserves a chance, ok that ability you were talking about is actually related to his Sharingan, so take that out, take out the speed part and dodging techniques, restrict him to be able to use up to B-rank genjutsu and that's it, i won't allow him more than that, remove being able to cast genjutsu from long range, the range is determined with the genjutsu technique utilized and no way am i going to allow a long range genjutsu, that's an ability of NB genjutsu, make him only capable of using normal genjutsu techniques and nothing else, make him last 3 turns max on the field, i'll only give you one chance to make it approvable, after that it's a DNR, the links to the Itachi bio and the Summoning thread don't work, but i was easy going this time only after that i won't bother checking your techniques if you don't submit them properly.

The 2 ends of the chains are clamps allowing other weapons such as kunai or swords to be attached. Because it is not a fully organic material they are merging with it is more difficult on the user's body which restricts safely merging with this weapon in rapid succession, It however does not slow down the process in which merging happens and the user can merge/unmerge with the chain at the same speed as they would a living being.

Remove the colored, reduce the rank to B-rank, and rework the description, streams of fire require constant chakra release at the point of the fire release, how are you going to attempt that to every fire "stream" you release while your break dancing as well? if you replaced them with "balls" of fire or "orbs" that would've been a lot better, reduce the usage to 3 times.

The only decoration is the crossguard, which is a hexagon instead of a rectangle. The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it into almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle. This is aizen's normal weopan that he is in almost every single one of his battles.
The name Kyōka Suigetsu hints at its illusionary properties; the moon reflected in water and a flower in a mirror are things that can be seen but not held. It is a Chinese saying for seeing and desiring something that is a dream that cannot be easily grasped in hand, teaching people about temptations.
Abilities:

An orb of fire around you can kill you, and you can't use the sun's power on a fire technique, it has been done before by Zanji, called Solar Flare technique, i don't get how an orb of fire that's made around you will burn your opponent, does it expand to Mid range? o_o rework the whole description.

Description: The user will draw blood, perform a line of several handseals then he or she will thrust their arm downwards and Herupā The Servant will appear. Herupā meaning helper is a weak red cardinal from Aries. He has a black bill, black face and a vibrant red/pink body like most male cardinals. He can fly at speeds up to 30 mph. He is ruffly the size of your average adult parrot meaning he is the smallest in Aries. Herupā can speak perfect english and can sense chakra in a short range of him and his summoner whether it be underground or in the air. As soon as Herupā is summoned he begins to save up his chakra. Once per battle, Herupā can also release all of his saved chakra and disturb any genjutsu that may have been casted upon the summoner. After this is done, he poofs away.

It is flashing at speeds of 7 fps which can easily induced the mentioned effects. The letters and numbers also contain subliminal messages such as "Death awaits" and "You're weak". This can break the opponents will to fight if the genjutsu is kept in effect for a long period of time.

Instead, while in mid air the Sphere destroys itself and as a result huge chakra influenced boulders begin to rain down the opponent, leaving small crates where they fall.
~This technique can only be taught by Akisha and can only be used once per battle. The user will take 20 damage from it and his reaction time will be decreased for 2 turns due to the fact he is very tired of the huge chakra he had to use. The user can not use Doton techniques for the following turn and as well as any other Forbidden ranked techniques for the same and following turn.
