Note: Lasts for 4 turns.
Note: Can only use this jutsu twice per battle.
Note: Must have at least half of the opponents body in clear sight.
Note: Can only be taught by Rohasu.
__________________________
✘ Declined ✘ rip off of Scary Yamato's water laser technique in terms of the initial release, not to mention it makes no sense for chakra to shoot like a bullet from your finger, they approach the opponent with their flight speed, if you made any "chakra burst" from your finger to blow the bugs to fast like that the desired location you would kill them instead, also no gun like techniques.

Water Style: Hidden Dragon Claw [Suiton: Kakusare Ta Doragon No Tsume]
Type: Attack
Rank: C-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user will channel his/her suiton chakra into thier feet then channel it from their feet under the ground, they then form it into a dragon like claw that is roughly the size of a grown adult, the user then from under the opponent rises the claw from underground and hits the opponent with the claws causing sever cuts on the both of the opponents arms and the opponents chest.
Note: can only be used 6 times per battle.
Note: The user can only use 1 water jutsu the following turn, but after that turn the user can use more than water jutsu again.
Note: Severity of wound on opponent causes long times for forming hand seals (roughly about double the time).
Note: Can use a large water source to create a bigger version of this jutsu to use on summonings.
Note: Can only be taught by Rohasu.
____________________________
✘ Declined ✘ Colored parts need grammar fixing to be understandable, remove using a large water source to create a bigger version of the technique, you can submit an advanced version of the technique after it's approved, but i won't allow any size alterations in the same technique, make it useable 4 times per battle, reword the second restriction making it "Only 1 Water technique can be used the following turn after this technique is used"

Wind Release: False Kirin Pressure Wave [Fuuton: False Kirin Surasuto]

Note: Can only be used once.
Note: Cannot use wind jutsu the following turn.
Note: Opponents movement is cut down the one rank below their current rank.
Note: The false kirin takes one turn to form completely.

Re: ±±Custom Jutsu Submission±±

Genjutsu: Hakugen no Kon (Illusion Technique: Yin's Illusion of Yang)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: This extremely skilled illusion technique distorts the perception of pain in a shinobi's body. This technique was designed as a means to increase the effectiveness of their own genjutsu on their opponents and also do decrease the effectiveness of their opponents illusions. This is done by a simple and subtle manipulation of the body's pain threshold. The user will preform the Boar, Hare, and Snake seals to activate this illusion. The illusion will work in one of two ways.
(1) Increasing the pain threshold of your opponent thereby increasing the amount of pain it would take for them produce in order to release a genjutsu, should they attempt to release illusions in this manor. By manipulating the brains perception of pain it would require the pain to be at a much higher degree to cause the spike to re-establish a stable flow to push the chakra out.
(2) Decrease the pain threshold on yourself allowing for smaller spikes to re-establish your natural balance and force illusions out. By decreasing your pain threshold, smaller spikes of chakra will be able to reaffirm you stable balance and even render higher ranked genjutsu useless.
With that being said, as this technique works is meant to be a collaborative technique with other genjutsu, this technique allows for shinobi to use genjutsu techniques layered on.
~This technique can only be used with genjutsu in of A-ranked and below. As a result, as long as this genjutsu is active only genjutsu A-ranked and below can be used
~As this genjutsu can be layered, precise chakra control is needed with the techniques used in combination which means the user will be required to use +10 more chakra with any other genjutsu used in conjunction with this technique.
~This technique can only be used Twice Per battle and lasts 3 turns per activation
~Can only be taught by Reborn

✘ Leaving for Scorps ✘

______________
±± Declined ±± Can't allow this. You can make it so that your enemy will feel an illusion that will make it SEEM as if he has a greater tolerance to pain but you can't actually do it. Pain is a physical stimuli that brings the body back to reality. You can't block it with this method. Only with medical arts.

(kaze no dansu)-dance of the wind
Type: supplementary/attack
Rank: B
Range:short/mid
Chakra:20
Damage: 40
Description: the user releases a current of wind in the desired direction while at the same time focusing wind chakra at the soles of their feet. with each step they cover a tremendous amount of distance in almost an instant while traveling with the current. this is due to the increased pressure of wind under the foot propelling the user combined with the reduced wind resistance. as the current blowing towards the opponent, the target will be briefly be immobile leaving them open for attack.
note: byakugan and 3 tomoe sharingan are able to follow the users movements

(Meiton No yoroi Amatsu Mikaboshi) Dark Release: Armor Of Amatsu Mikaboshi
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short
Chakra: 50
Damage: -
Description:
This technique is very similar to the Uchiha Clan's Susanoo. The user will gather up a large amount of dark release chakra, then the user will mold the dark chakra into a sinister looking armor that will latch onto the skin of the user. Although, the technique can be used to cover a certain part of the body rather than the entire body. Dark chakra surrounds the user at all times, as long as the armor is attached to the user. In reality it is the chakra that defends against incoming attacks, not the armor itself.
What the armor looks like:

Spoiler

You must be registered for see images

Note: Can only be used by Nathan.
Note: Only lasts for 3 turns.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: No dark release techniques for one turn.
Note: Protects you from S-rank and under fire and lighting jutsu's.
Note: Protects you from B-rank earth and water.

X-Declined-X Its a forbidden ranked advanced elemental active armour technique. So alot of issues with it:
-One, forbidden ranked armour. Pretty much defends your against most S ranks, though nothing of the sort has been made yet if we consider it "new". It would be alrgiht i guess, but Forbidden Ranked means recoil damage.
-Two, Its an elemental Armour. Two chakra natures to be exact, when youre already involved in nature transformation of an advanced element technically you shouldnt be to use other elements then the nature itself.
-Three, if youre covered with Dark release chakra. How do you release your own elements when the armour absorb them as soon as you form them?
PS: Come to me on msn when you have time, ive got something i wanna discuss.

Note: Once the armor wears off the user, for two turns they are only able to use up to C-rank Water and earth release techniques.
________________________________
✘ Declined ✘ No Susanoo rip offs, and it needs to have some intense physical damage to you, like much more slowed speed, ability to move being reduced etc, take all information related to Susanoo out, make it a form of a "barrier" not actually an armor, it can't protect from Fire and lightning just like that, Dark Release doesn't release raw chakra by itself, it does so after the absorption of energy based chakra, so mention that Fire and Lightning of S-rank are being absorbed not blocked, so it takes time depending on the size of the technique, remove the protection from Earth and Water, make it only capable of absorbing 2 Lightning or Fire techniques max, add that you can use Lightning and Fire techniques while the lightning is active, but using any other form of chakra will disrupt it.
------------------------

(Doton: Furui ita-waza) Earth Release: Hands of the Forgotten
Type: Offensive
Rank: C-rank
Range: Mid-range
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description:
After using Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld, the user is able to manipulate the swamps muck to form into multiple extendable arms that are able to reach out to the opponent and drag them into the pool. Or it could just be used to cling and hold target. The arms can easily be sliced by weapons such as katana's, kunai, etc. It is an effective technique for those who want to pin down a target for amount of time. The extendable arms have a limit to how far they can reach, they can only reach up to mid-range.
Note: Can only be taught by Nathan.
Note: Must have used Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld before the use of this technique.

✘ Declined ✘ Very similar to Scorps's Mud drowning technique.

------------------------

(Meiton: Gōsuto Hanabi) Dark Release: Ghastly Fireworks
Type: Offensive
Rank: B-rank
Range: Short to Mid range
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description:
First the user gathers up a large amount of dark release chakra around one of their arms, then user extends their arm forward and releases ghosts from a sphere in his/her left wrist. They seem to follow a set and guided path and they differentiate from it but they cause considerable damage to an opponent slamming into there stomach. This move covers a considerable distance and shoots what seems to be an endless wave of Dark Fireworks.

Spoiler

You must be registered for see images

Note: Can only be taught by Nathan.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
_____________________________
✘ Declined ✘ Define this "considerable" distance and damage, it's too broad and needs to be limited, also this isn't how Dark Release techniques work, you need to absorb energy based techniques or basically any chakra that can be turned into a raw form of chakra which is generated then, so add a note that this technique can only be used after using the "Dark Release: Inhaling Maw" technique or similar techniques, it can't be fired just like that.

Re: ±±Custom Jutsu Submission±±

(Doton: Sutoreganōna no majikkupasutapotto) - Earth Release: Strega Nona's Magic Pasta Pot
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-range for the pot/Mid-range for the threads
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will channel his doton chakra into the ground in order to create a pot-shaped cavity within the ground. The pot-like void is encased in a layer of extremely hard stone for protection, and within it lays a number of extremely sticky threads made of mud. These threads can be either lengthened to send an opponent back, or decreased in length once attached to the opponent in order to pull him in. The ability to increase in length can be maintained even after the user stops his flow of chakra into the pot by storing doton chakra within the pot, however if the user cuts the stream of chakra between him and the pot "aka using another jutsu" he is no longer able to make them decrease in length.
Notes:
- Creating more than one pot counts as using the jutsu multiple times.
- The strings can only be launched once, with either the ability to increase or decrease preset.
- The traveling path of the strings can't be altered.
_____________________________
✘ Declined ✘ Ok you say that the void of the pot has a thick layer of stone in order to protect, yet the technique is written as "supplementary", that needs to be changed, also define where exactly is the pot made, i mean beneath you or beneath your opponent, or just anywhere on the field? and remove the ability to make the threads increase in length after cutting your chakra flow of from the technique, earth chakra can't just act on it's own, you are the one who manipulates it, make this technique useable 4 times max.

Raiton Seiteki Batafurai (Static Butterflies)
Type: Attack
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user builds up lightning chakra within his palm and shapes it into a disk. He holds his palm above his head then as the chakra build up gradually increases, the user claps his hands together releasing a swarm of small butterflies (10-20 butterflies | Size: 5-7 cm) The butterflies then travel at the opponent hastily, and attach to his skin. And shock him multiple times. Due to multiple butterflies attacking him, the butterflies cause slight paralysis. Leaving the opponent stunned for a brief moment.
Note: Can be used by swinging a staff or sword aswell
Note: Can only be used every 2 turns.
Note: Can only be taught by The 4th Raikage

You must be registered for see images

✘ Declined ✘ Mention how do the butterflies approach the opponent, is it a straight line, or can each be manipulated separately, make it useable 4 times per battle and remove the "attaching to the opponent's skin" part, everything else seems fine.

Ninjutsu Betabeta Batafurai (Sticky Butterflies)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Long
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: The user shapes his chakra into a swarm of butterflies into his palms. (10-20 | Size: 5-7 cm) The user will then clap his hands together, releasing the butterflies at the opponent. The butterflies, trael at the opponent and stick themselves to the opponent. They share chakra due to them all coming from one jutsu. So if the butterflies are destroyed, or chakra is someone how flustered. They begin to flicker. Which allows the user to prepare himself for an attack or defend himself. This jutsu is useful, because it would allow the user and his commrades to see what kind of enemy they are up against.
Note: Can be used by swinging a staff or sword aswell
Note: Can only be taught by The 4th Raikage

-Only used by The 4th Raikage and those I allow.

Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short

He is a little larger then sauske's hawk, with a lighting shaped scar going across the right side of his face. He his friendly and will befriend his summoner rather quickly. note: can only be summoned twice.
note: he stays on the field for a total of 4 turns
note: can't use kirin, normal chidori or chidori Sharpe spear

✘ Declined ✘ Define if he's able to use only projectile lightning techniques or all types, because there are other types like for example "Four Pillar Bind" technique, and make him use the lightning techniques through his mouth not his wings, it's fine if you make him capable of making lightning techniques without the need for handseals, reduce the summoning limit to once.

(doton-Hokori meisai) Earth style- Dust camouflage
Rank: S
Type: defence/attack
Range: long
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user stomps on the ground, whilst spreading his/her chakra through out the earth surface, causing dust to rise and envelop the whole terrain, while this is active the user is completely hidden from the naked eye, with the exception of byakugan users as the are able to see even through chakra.
-twice per battle
-lasts for 3 turns
-this jutsu can't be used on all terrains.

(Genjutsu-Hitojichi) - illusion technique- Hostage
Rank: S
Type: Attack/defence
Range: short-mid
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user induces the target into a strong illusion, instantly making them notice a kunai that is held to the neck, the kunai is weilded from behind the target by an exact copy of the user thus why in some cases the target doesn't know its an illusion. upon noticing the kunai, the target hears threatening words,to be completely still or get their throat slit,if the target hesitates, the being slits their throat whilst disappearing, though its just a mere illusion the target is left in intense pain, once the illusion disperses.
-Once per battle
-No s-rank and above genjutsu next turn.
-The target is held hostage for the period of 3 turns then the illusion disperses leaving the target unharmed.

X-Declined-X Both are too generic and certainly dont qualify to be S ranked

(Genjutsu-shitsumei) illusion style- blindness
Rank: S
Type: Defence/offense
Range: short-mid
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts a unique illusion on the foe making them think they have gone naturally blind suddenly and instantly. This illusion works fine on MS users as they would think that, the blindness is as a result of over useage of the MS and thus, has lost it's light but however, the target must already have the MS active and is in useage to belive this.
-Lasts for two turn.
-Ones per battle.

X-Declined-X We're talking about placing a genjutsu over the dojutsu the specialize in genjutsu, do i need to say more? Not saying its impossible but you need to be reasonable

(Doton-Hokori meisai) Earth style- Dust camouflage
Rank: B
Type: supplementary
Range: long
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user stomps on the ground, whilst spreading his/her chakra through out the earth surface, causing dust to rise and envelop the whole terrain thus why it serves as an escape plot, while this is active the user is completely hidden from the naked eye, with the exception of byakugan users as they are able to see even through chakra.

(Genjutsu-Hitojichi) - illusion technique- Hostage
Rank: A
Type: Attack/defence
Range: short-long
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user induces the target into a strong illusion, instantly making them notice a kunai that is held to the neck, the kunai is wielded from behind the target by an exact copy of the user thus why in some cases the target doesn't know its an illusion,if they have lost sight of the user. upon noticing the kunai, the target hears threatening words,to be completely still or get their throat slit.
-Once per battle
-The target is held hostage for the period of 3 turns then the illusion disperses leaving the target unharmed.
__________________________
✘ Declined ✘ So how exactly is this genjutsu induced? it needs something like handseals, and in general genjutsu requires you to know the target's location, if you don't you can't catch him in the genjutsu, and the paralysis isn't done like that, it needs something restricting to happen in the genjutsu, like a chain that wraps around him or something of the sort, but hearing a few words won't paralyze him, lower the rank of this technique to a C-rank or a B-rank, it's not complicated enough to be an A-rank.

(Genjutsu-shitsumei) illusion style- blindness
Rank: S
Type: Defence/offense
Range: short-mid
Chakra Cost:40
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts a unique illusion on the foe, messing with their chakra flow as well as their vision in the most natural way, making them think they have gone naturally blind suddenly and instantly. When used accurately, depending on the situation this illusion can possibly fool an MS user,as they would think that the blindness is as a result of over the usage of their MS and thus, has lost it's light but however, the target must already have the MS active for some turns and still in usage to believe this.
-Lasts for two turn.
-Ones per battle.
-No S- ranked and above gen next turn.

( Ninjutsu: Toho Supiritto Bakudan ) - Ninjutsu: Walking Spirit Bomb
Type: Offensive
Rank: F-Rank
Range: Short - mid
Chakra: 50
Damage: 90
Description: The user after entering an opponents body via the spirit transformation technique, fills them with a gargantuan amount of chakra, nearly completely draining the users chakra levels, once this is done they flee the body returning to there own and ending the technique, the enormous amount of chakra passed to the opponent is offensive chakra reacting badly with the opponents own chakra and completely overloading there body causing an enormous explosion of chakra to occur once the user has left them, this almost completely drains the users chakra leaving them unable to move correctly or to use any powerful jutsu for the rest of the fight.
Notes:
*Can only be used by Dan Kato biographies.*
*May only be used once*
*The user can't use any A ranked jutsu or above for the rest of the match.*
*Only usable by ReXii*
____________________________
✘ Declined Do not Resubmit ✘ This would defeat the purpose of the Spirit Transformation technique being restricted to only physical momvents control allowed when you enter the opponent's body, so i won't approve a technique that attacks him otherwise, the Spirit Transformation Technique is enough of an ability anyways.

( Taijutsu: Koushoku Senkou Sora Sumasshu ) - Taijutsu: Yellow Flash Sky Shatter
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Mid
Chakra: 50
Damage: 90
Description: Minato Namikaze using his incredible speed and reflexes, is able to intercept a taijutsu attack aimed for the upper body, he pushes his body weight using both hands on the attacking limb, launching himself skywards whilst pushing his opponent down.
Once airborne he twists his body rolling over and peforming a descending sky kick similar to the type used by Hashirama Senju and Tsunade Senju, lacking a large degree of the force, the speed factor more than makes up for the lack of power.
Notes:
*Can only be used by Minato Namikaze biographies.*
*May only be used four times*
*Only usable by ReXii*
__________________________
✘ Declined ✘ It's too similar to some of NB Taijutsu techniques, and speed cannot replace power, if Minato hits the ground with a kick directed to it with his speed as a boost it will have a lot of damage on him and very little damage done to the ground, unlike Tsunade who completely shatters the ground with her monstrous strength.

(Kyokugen ni Shio Panchi) - Extreme Salt Punch
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user gathers sweat into their hand, and uses chakra to evaporate the sweat until small salt crystals remain. The user will send a direct punch towards the target, shooting the salt crystals in that direction like like they were tiny bullets. The salt isn't able to penetrate through the body, but can pierce the skin due to the force. This can be done with any style of taijutsu attack which incorporates a punch.
___________________________
✘ Declined ✘ I don't get the core of the technique, how would you use pure chakra to evaporate sweat? and how would evaporating sweat result in the formation of salt crystals? o_o , not to mention that Salt is attempted to be made into a CE, so this technique would collide with the CE concept when you use salt as an attack, not to mention that it's completely unrealistic, next time mention what the technique is exactly, because this can be mistaken as a ninjutsu and a taijutsu at the same time.

✘ Declined ✘ Where should i even begin =_= , Ok you can start by removing every "powerful" and "very powerful" stuff out of the description, can he use the Wind techniques that require handseals as well or not, determine his size exactly, words like "Huge" or "Giant" is too broad, If he's capable of breaking through solid rock "earth" defenses or attacks it needs to be limited, up to what rank can he break through, and it would mean that it's an ability that will count as a move and also be restricted to a limited usage, make him summoned only once per battle, and put a turn limit that he stays on the field in, remove that flying high so the opponent's attacks wouldn't reach him completely, remove the "very fast" speed and "very loud" noise, it would require Sound release, and even if you had it i won't allow it after that beak ability.

(Kuchiyose karasu Xee) - Summoning Illusion Crow Xee
Type: Summoning
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40

As having mastery over genjutsus and due to his fierce training in illusion arts, he finally possessed the same ability as Itachi, and can cast genjutsu by moving his body parts. (wings and beak etc)

• Can only be summon once per battle.
• User can't ride on him.
• User can't use genjutsu techniques as long as summoning is in the battlefield/fighting (exception of summoning's genjutsu techniques).

Abilities:

• Can only cast genjutsu, can cast upto S rank.
• Can cast genjutsu from long range.

✘ Declined ✘ I was having second thoughts whether or not to DNR it, after reading that whole "having the same ability of Itachi" thing, but i guess everyone deserves a chance, ok that ability you were talking about is actually related to his Sharingan, so take that out, take out the speed part and dodging techniques, restrict him to be able to use up to B-rank genjutsu and that's it, i won't allow him more than that, remove being able to cast genjutsu from long range, the range is determined with the genjutsu technique utilized and no way am i going to allow a long range genjutsu, that's an ability of NB genjutsu, make him only capable of using normal genjutsu techniques and nothing else, make him last 3 turns max on the field, i'll only give you one chance to make it approvable, after that it's a DNR, the links to the Itachi bio and the Summoning thread don't work, but i was easy going this time only after that i won't bother checking your techniques if you don't submit them properly.

Demon Blood Chains
Rank: A
Type: Weapon
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30 to summon
Damage points: N/A
Description: a long chain made of a rare non-magnetic alloy discovered in the land of earth, created with blood and flesh from the Souma no Kou clan mixed into the metal. This 20 meter length of black and red chain being forged with the unique DNA of their clan allows SNK users to merge into the chain and travel through or hide inside it. The 2 ends of the chains are clamps allowing other weapons such as kunai or swords to be attached. Because it is not a fully organic material they are merging with it is more difficult on the user's body which restricts safely merging with this weapon in rapid succession, It however does not slow down the process in which merging happens and the user can merge/unmerge with the chain at the same speed as they would a living being.
-Can only be used by Souma no Kou bios.
-Chain is indestructible.
-Only one user can be inside chain at once.
-Users can only merge into chain once every three turns.
-Can only merge into the chain 5 times per battle as well as unmerge 5 times.
-Only used by Professor Sarutobi and those he allows.

(Kyōka Suigetsu) ɸ Mirror Flower, Water Moon

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A(+10 per Genjutsu)
Description:
The only decoration is the crossguard, which is a hexagon instead of a rectangle. The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it into almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle. This is aizen's normal weopan that he is in almost every single one of his battles.
The name Kyōka Suigetsu hints at its illusionary properties; the moon reflected in water and a flower in a mirror are things that can be seen but not held. It is a Chinese saying for seeing and desiring something that is a dream that cannot be easily grasped in hand, teaching people about temptations.
Abilities:
-The blade acts as a medium for all genjutsu techs used by the user, much like uchiha use their eyes as a medium for genjutsu. The target however, must have made eye contact with the sword in order for this to work.
-It gives a very small boost to kenjuts as it is very sharp and highly durable
-It rejects foreign chakra that tries to enter the weilders body
Restrictions:
-Must be holding the blade for any of the abilities to work
-Can only act as a medium for genjutsu once per turn
-Must have Genjutsu MASTERED to wield

||Declined|| The above are not true restrictions.

(Eru Esukūdo)- El Escudo
Rank: A
Type: Defense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description:
The technique allows for the creation of a light green, hexagonal barrier that is normally fixed to one central area and, when inactive, remains invisible. Once this technique is used, it can stay invisible until an attack hit it. Upon contact with an outside force, the barrier enlarges to fully to protect whatever it is affixed to. The barrier protects from the attack keeping it away from the target, gathers the energy in one area, then it momentarily absorbs the energy from the attack and then forces the attack outward away from the shield in effect, dispersing the attack altogether. It is powerful enough to block a point-blank attack with a rasengan. This technique, once activated stays invisible until a attack heads towards it. The user must state where the central point is. This can only be used twice per battle and once at a time. Only defends up to an A-rank technique and most Tai-Ken.

||Declined|| Define "center point." Can you make the barrier anywhere you want (which is exploitable)? If it's a center point on the user's body, then this is good to go.
