The link between Ametarasu and Line of sight
It has been shown repeatedly that these Black flames and the way they are targeted relies greatly on the line of sight of the user. This was shown when the Amaterasu was used on A at the Kage Summit . The flames hadn't fully materialized on him but because of his insane speed he was still able to dodge it. And in the next page it shows that Amaterasu hit the next thing in Sasuke's direct line of sight which was the Samurai. This indicates that if anything was to obstruct an MS users vision even if the opponent has already been targeted and locked on with Amaterasu, it would hit the obstructing object or person since it is in his immediate line of sight.

Lookee here ^^^
Another example of this is when Gaara blocked Sasuke's sight with his sand so instead of hitting him the black flames hit his sand.
Amaterasu needs to be fully stabilized before its effects happen which may take as little as a second before it fully stabilizes. Amaterasu may appear instantly but its effects don't so it doesn't start burning instantly but shortly after.
You might say why would it need to "stabilize" but its not the first Mangekyou Sharingan jutsu to do this. This is shown when Madara first activated Perfect Susanoo. Look here:
It just looks like a powerful mass of chakra:

And then after Madara stabilizes it and it takes a more clear form and structure and looks like a samurai. xd

Amaterasu has already partially formed on A but because it hadn't fully stabilized someone with incredible speed like A was able to dodge it so it continued on to the next object in its line of sight, the Samurai.
So what do you think ?
Do you agree that Amaterasu may appear instantly but it takes a second or two to completely form and stabilize in which a fast opponent could exploit.
