Kabuto DSM may not be as sufficent as before due to the loss of some of orochimarus chakra but he still has dsm, and edo tensei and his medical ninjutsu

I will admit his DSM may miss a few features, snake like features maybe but he should still have DSM, sage mode isnt something one can simply take away from the person with a palm of a hand.

Kabuto is still top 10 if you ask me. He still has sage mode and most of his techs. I never considered edo tensei to his ranking, he's strong enough on his own.

Izanami will always be a "deus ex machina" in my eyes and it seems that it was the only tech that could defeat him anyhow, and I'm pretty sure only madara and Obito are the only ones left who know how to use it.
