Correct me if I'm wrong, but since the jutsu was released and everyone's souls were sent away, wouldn't that mean Kabuto would have to perform the ritual over again to summon any Edo's?

The whole fight was based off Itachi using Izanami. It's hardly plot when the whole reason Itachi engaged in Kabuto the way he did was because of Izanami.

Imo Itachi > Kabuto.

Itachi pretty much predicted what Kabuto would do if he let down his guard in which he predicted that Sasuke would throw his sword at Kabuto setting up the first stages to activating Izamani.

this is true, why do people think that he needs Oro DNA for everything? Oro's DNA was the thing he added last in his blood transfusion also, if anyone remembers in the flashback. Also Oro only sucked out only his chakra, not DNA I believe. Even if it was DNA, he would still have the others DNA as well

Yes, I would assume so! He would have to assoicate the new special talisman with new sacrifices again. Nonetheless, he'll still have the Edo that werent sealed.
