Ace like all other fossa has very good night vision, and has a flame colored pelt which makes it hard to be stealthy in most enviorments. Ace also has claws, as sharp as a kunai which can be used to claw an opponent. Ace is very confident in his abilites, and loves to prove himself against stronger opponents. Unlike other Fossa, Ace cannot use wind jutsu

Strenths and Weaknesses​

Description: Long ago, a man named Gohan condensed all the water molecules from a cloud so that a person could sit on it. He then poured in so much of his chakra into the cloud that he died. He did this so that it could become his perfect weapon, sadly it failed. Nimbus is a yellow cloud which can be called when the user says "Hey Nimbus!". After the user says it, the yellow cloud flies to the user with great speed. The cloud can then be used for the user to fly, or to do battle. Nimbus can also release a cloud of gas, which causes the opponent to be caught in a A rank genjutsu. The genjutsu makes the user think that he is rapidly falling from the sky. The user is unaffected by the cloud, due to being on top of nimbus, while the cloud is below.

Nimbus can only be called once per battle
+15 damage to all suiton attacks (with the exception of forbidden ranks)
User must be on top of Nimbus for him to use his Genjutsu Gas, or for the boost to suiton attacks to take effect.
Nimbus only lasts for 5 turns.
No one else can ride Nimbus except for PresidentBush
Genjutsu gas reaches up to mid range and can only be used once.

Borsalino due to his size disperses after any kind of weak attack (a punch, kick, kunai, etc). Borsalino will sit on the user's shoulders, and is able to weave handseals. Borsalino can use one S rank earth jutsu per battle.

Bow:Schneider

Description:Schneider was forged long ago by an old weapon master named Gohan,it took him years to complete the bow but sadly when it was completed Gohan died.Schneider is a bow that can shoot pure chakra (D rank).This is almost never used though. It is a lightning style weapon, so it primarily shoots arrows made of the users raiton chakra solidified, but is able to shoot water, fire, and wind bullets (all C rank). The arrows are shot at twice the speed of a thrown kunai, and are quite powerful (A rank). The bow is unbreakable, and is able to deflect kunai,shuriken,etc. The user is only able to shoot four arrow per turn, and it takes about 4 seconds to reload after firing each arrow. The user is also able to decrease the power of the arrow(C rank), but make it light and faster (speed of a Kage ranked taijutsu master). When the arrows are shot, they don't make a sound but they are easy to spot. The bow itself is black as night, and is about 3 ft long. The bow is usually carried on someone's back.

Restrictions

-Can only be wielded by PresidentBush-
-Stays in battle for five turns-
-Cannot be summoned during battle only before or after-
-No earth arrows-

X-Declined-X I dont know, 4 elemental arrow shots of varying elements, you could make a combo of many different element in a single move. That itself is not a issue, but the fixed chakra cost of 40. Cant be approved unless you work to make it better in both description and abilities

Description: "Dear Lord, I can't stand it anymore!" There are so many absurdities and absolutely preposterous happenings in the Ninja World every day and all the frustration and sighing must go somewhere. Thus, as a result, the user of this jutsu slaps his forehead with one hand (probably with dominant for more effect), resulting in something like a "wake-up" call. The quick, yet effective pain will allow much of the grievances to go away as blood would rush quickly to the affected area and the user would be forced to focus upon it, forgetting all of his worries for just a slight moment. Of course, this can happen in a fraction of a second, or a long facepalm can do as well. And on a more battle-related note, most fights cause much anxiety and stress because we often struggle for our lives on a daily basis, so this would help relieve such psychological impacts and clear the user's mind in combat in order to make improved rational decisions.

Yes, I also bang my head against my desk too. It is just as effective.

On a side note, if you think I am trolling, I am definitely not. It seems that many of us have forgotten that we are humans, thus, we have active emotions.
Besides Genjutsu, where the main points of such an art is to very much inflict fear and stress onto their opponents, in terms of psychological warfare, other jutsus also do, sometimes on larger scales, sometimes on smaller scales.
What happens when a stone spike suddenly comes up from the start and you're "surprised" as a result? The heart pumps a rush of adrenaline, which by the way, scares the good crap out of anyone for a moment, and this triggers the run or fight scenario. In any case, your rational mind would be hindered for a moment.
How about the intensity of fire? I've been close to one myself, a huge flame that exploded from my neighboring house, and words can not describe the heat and death I felt in it, and the absolute fear that left my blood pressure soaring up, leaving me frozen in absolute shock.
Psychological effects in battles, no matter how hard they are to put in, are always going to be there and whether we want to deny it or not, inflicting pain because it is one of the strongest feelings our body can muster, can often times dull other emotions. Just think of the people who cut themselves, and I don't need to post a further scientific explanation.

Description: Kanshō and Bakuya was forged using chakra making it harder and denser than normal swords. When infused with chakra it will have a different appearance. When the opponent tries to touch or wield the sword it will release red electrical current that will shock the opponent making them drop the sword. The main ability of the swords is their strong bond with each other, which not only allows them to attract each other, but it is also said they will return to their owner even if events cause them to be lost. If one is thrown while the other is held, the thrown sword will return to the wielder much like a boomerang.

Note: If not wielded in the beginning of the match the sword must be summoned by the user unless stated.
Note: Summoning the swords count as a jutsu.

Description: The user with this technique proceeds to summons Horus; The boss of the Eagles. He is dark blue in colour and has thick blue feathers. He is roughly half the size of Gamabunta, and is said to be extremely wise. He is a powerful wielder of Lightning, feared by many. He can use Lightning techniques without the need of any handseals up to S rank, and is capable of firing a wide S Rank beam of Lightning twice per battle. However, in doing so it depletes his Chakra moderately, and one must wait at least two turns before firing this stream of Lightning again; After which, it cannot be fired anymore. Once per turn, Horus is able to fire 20 small A Rank Lightning infused feathers which are extremely sharp by simply flapping his wings.

Note: Only stays on the field for 4 turns.
Note: The A Rank Lightning Infused Feathers count as one of the three Jutsu per turn.
Note: The barrage of Lightning Infused Feathers is collectively an A Rank Jutsu; Rather than each individual Feather being A Rank.

Yasaki No Magatami Nekkurasu - Eight Shaku Curved Jewel Necklace
Type: Weapon

Description: The Eight Shaku Curved Jewel Necklace is a Necklace worn by Uchiha Itachi. It's rather small and is composed of three Sharingan like Jewels in design which are connected by a thin metal wire. It shares a unique relation to the wearer, similar to that of the Samehada; It's able to detect enemies and alert Itachi of their location. Because of this relation, it remains unaffected by anyone's Chakra that isn't Itachi's, and therefore it cannot be removed. Itachi was given this Necklace by his father who told him it that it had been passed down since the Rikudo Sennin's time. Itachi wore it; and never removed it since the day he acquired it. Itachi deduced that it was due to the special metal it was created from that allowed him to feel the presence of others. When Itachi needs to, he can remove the Necklace and wrap it around his fist, due to the Necklace's nature; it tightly coils around the first, and acts as something to be used to augment one's physical attacks, and can transform the part of the Necklace which makes contact with the enemy into many sharp spikes. A standard punch for example would have more power due to the Necklace being made out of metal, and weighing more; therefore being able to deal more damage due to it having more force behind it.

Note: Only people I allow can wear this.

Why is this long range? And add a note that all of his techniques count as a move from your own count. And how wide is the beam? Range? feathers? Range? Because one thing is the range of his abilities another is the range of your summoning technique for him.

(Kage Matorikkusu) Shadow matrix

Description: A shadow technique invented by Flash07, where the user concentrates his shadow chakra to his shadow which gives it steel like strength. Then the user extends his shadows, (he can divide it into 3 in the start) where it digs through the earth and travels towards the opponent. The shadows travels 5 inches underground but it makes no noise or any disturbances so the opponent is unaware of it. When the shadow comes out of the other end, it divides into 5 spikes each and then jags the opponent and holds him in place.

Note: When underground, the shadows are unaffected by light.
Note: Can only be used by Naras.
Note: Can only be taught by Flash07.

(Kage Tori) Shadow Bird
Type: Supplementary

Description: The user jumps in the air and quickly manipulates his shadows to form a bird made of shadows under his legs. The bird can look like a falcon,an eagle or any other bird the user wishes. This bird can fly very fast (as fast as the fastest bird in the world) in the air, can do crazy stunts and the user does not have the fear of being knocked from the top of the bird as it is his own chakra. The user can also manipulate his chakra to create a larger bird which can carry 2 people. But this bird unlike the usual summons cannot perform any jutsus.
The bird can heal itself (re-generates) if hit by reasonable attacks.

Note: The user can manipulate the bird in mid air to make it larger or smaller.
Note: The bird can take one B-rank water/wind hit per turn before the user manipulates his chakra to make it good again.
Note: Can take hit from a few kunais as well (without flashbombs or explosive tags)
Note: Cannot perform any other jutsus while on the bird.
Note: Can only be used by Naras.

A trait characteristic of ligers, Theseus can contact the summoner via telekinetic communication as well as verbally. Theseus, having Wind Affinity, can use up to A-rank wind jutsus that the user knows by means of channeling his chakra into the helmet and releasing it from his mouth (certain wind jutsus obviously will not be able to performed from his mouth) and is also capable of releasing a S-rank unidirectional blast via the horns of the helmet. The S-rank blast will have half of it's power come from each side of the horns, with a blast coming from each side that meet in front of Theseus and mix, creating the S-rank blast.

The Satsui no Hado chakra will be released in a 360 degree around the user, which would place the opponent under Satsui no Hado genjutsu if caught in the circle. The murderous and dark intent of the chakra will be embedded into the opponent through their skin and disrupt their own chakra paths within their brain; They will see the user and feel inside of them a rage so deep that it consumes their person and will rage within themselves, disrupting their ability to mold chakra effectively. Due to this, any technique released by the enemy will be consequently weaker due to not being able to channel the proper amounts of chakra into them due to rage. Any rank of jutsu will be down graded to one rank, in essence. Any S rank will become A rank, A rank will become B rank and so on and so forth. This jutsu can also be used without handseals but the user must lower himself into the horse stance and charge chakra for a few moments before releasing it at once (takes around 4-5 seconds to charge if done this way)

Sorry but so many variations of this exist that its bound to collide with any 360º burst technique. And the effects are a bit too much and unreasonable. Why don't you make this more directional and less opped? Perhaps some sort of taijutsu move that would unleash this chakra up to Mid-range? thus affecting the enemy?

Description: The user will stand in the horse stance with his right hand drawn in, focusing large amounts of Satsui no Hado chakra throughout the arm. The user will then strike forward with that arm, hitting the target in the solar plexus, halting all forward movement by the foe from the blow as the Satsui no Hado chakra latches onto them, causing them to gain properties of the the CFS, increasing their strength and speed, now moving at speeds of Lee without his weights and slightly stronger than the average Strong Fist user. As the chakra attaches to the enemy, it causes them to become greatly enraged in a rage that clouds their mind, letting their anger take over due to inexperience with controlling the fighting style. This rage prevents them from using elemental jutsus of A-rank and higher for three turns due to the Satsui no Hado chakra's influence causing great anger that causes them to want to literally beat the user to death. As the turns go by, the anger starts to subside and the enemy is able to see and think more clearer and as such, they regain access to higher ranking elemental jutsus. The first turn this is active, they cannot use A-ranks and higher. The second turn, no S-ranks and higher and the third and final turn the enemy cannot use any Forbidden ranked jutsu of elemental natures. The speed/strength boosts last the entire duration of three turns.

Much better. Has a problem though: while the technique is perfectly fine and ready to be approved, technically, only a Hyuuga could possibly use this. The spinning alone would make it so that without a dojuutsu and more specifically a Byakugan, you would become hazed, dizzy, etc right after the technique and during it you wouldn't be able to even notice an attack. This said, as its raw chakra, you'd be easily killed by any enemy.

Description: This jutsu was once referred to as the God Creator rendering all things useless against whoever used this technique. The person sits down folding their legs over each other and claps their hands together and holds it there. This requires complete stillness much like Hermit Mode. While the user is still the user’s chakra is converting every one of his sources of elemental chakra into basic or regular chakra used for everyday ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. After transformation of chakra is done, the user then forces chakra into each and every one of their chakra points causing the user to exert more force during taijtusu attacks. While in this state, the user gains +5 to taijutsu, +10 to Ninjutsu, and +5 to genjutsu. However this does come with some drawbacks, while in this state the user is not allowed to use elemental ninjutsu of any sort. While converting the chakra the user has to stay this leaves the user vulnerable to attack. Also while in this state the user can only make 2 clone at a time rather than the normal 4 clones. While standing still and converting chakra the user is vulnerable for 10 seconds.
Restrictions:
-The important restrictions are in the jutsu itself
-Lasts 5 turns
-After the state is deactivated, it takes about 4 turns for the user’s chakra to return to normal so after 4 turns the user will be able to use elemental jutsu up to A-rank.
-Can only be taught by Daemon

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique in which the user will make two handseals and will begin to mold a one inch layer of white snake skin over their body, which forms in 2.5 seconds. This is a highly flexible snake skin style armor made purely of the users chakra. It can instantly turn hard as steel with one handseal making a nice defense. It can defend against 1 S rank jutsu as long as they are holding the seal. Without the seal, It can only defend against Taijutsu and projectiles. However, for certain situations the user can manipulate small (fist size) areas of the skin, pushing the skin scales close together making the area of the skin hard as steel, thus making for increased protection. To do this for the entire layer of the skin will require a handseal for chakra control.

Note: No other ninjutsu besides elemental ninjutsu can be used in the same turn as the defensive ability/armor creation, and only up to A rank.
Note: The defensive ability counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn.
Note: Can only defend against one jutsu up to S rank.
Note: Lasts for 4 turns. Then it will shed from their body.

Augustine has a large crest and finely spotted white on black upper-parts with a chestnut breast band and otherwise white underparts with dark flank barring. He is large enough to carry four people on his back being about two times larger than Sasuke's Hawk summon and has a the ability to speak with his summoner. Augustine has the ability to perform all Fire jutsu without hand seals by releasing them from his mouth or using his wings where the jutsu may state using an arm swing (all within reason as its clear that he will not be able to use ALL fire techniques). Twice per battle Augustine can coat his beak with fire chakra and dive at a target inflicting them with damage equivalent to that of an S-rank fire jutsu.
Notes:
- Must have signed the Kingfisher Contract,
- His Flame Diving attack can only be used twice per battle with three turns in between each use and S-ranked,

This will remain up for a few seconds and can nullify most physical and jutsu based attacks, this can also be used to attack in every direction while protecting oneself. The heat inside the sphere takes a toll on the user preventing them from casting other jutsu or moving around to much while inside it.

Description: The user will charge their chakra into both of their hands and then slap it quickly. The opponent soon as he hears the slapping sound of both hands but the chakra is released through the hands as the user is clapping but not traveling through the sound that makes when clapping, the opponent will be placed under a genjutsu where the users chakra is in the opponents brain disrupting the flow of the opponents brain. The illusion will set it by the disruption of chakra flow within the brain so that the there is no blood running through the ear drums of both ears. The opponent under the genjutsu will immediatly hear a static ringing noise which is high pitched, casuing a headache to be felt. However, because it effects the ear drums or the illusion of effecting the ear drums, the opponent will appear to be bleeding from the ear, followed by loss of balance as they stand or walk, being distorted around his surroundings as well as dizziness settling in. By the third turn of this technique the opponent would have to kneel down as the sense are being amplified as time goes on. Constant dizziness and everything spinning will cause the body to feel like if it is having motion sickness which could or may result in puking. Eventually the headache intensifies as well breaking all concentration of the opponent and rendering them useless.

Note: Able to use three times per battle.
Note: Last 4 turns unless broken.
Note: Can not use or layer another genjutsu while the opponent is under this genjutsu.

The point of a genjutsu is to create an illusion, not to cause physical damage. Making the brain think that it can't hear and therefore making your oponent deaf would work, but stopping the bloodflow to the eardrumms is a simple no.

Description: This technique basically resolves around the base that when someone hear's a specific type of music he is no longer able to concentrate on other type of sound's or noise basically because he is not able to forget that melody, In this technique the user uses his chakra to enhance any melody or already produced sound with these property and once the opponent hear's that music he is completely mesmerized by it and looses his ability to concentrate on other types of sound and to certain extent on the battle itself and while this technique is active the opponent can no longer hear any other sound except the specific sound which is now charged with users chakra and this all happens because the soothing effect which is caused by that sound.
-Can only be used 3 times a battle
-Can affect multiple enemy's at the same time but max 5
-The opponent reflexes start to weaken when he is exposed to this sound as it kills his will to fight and it's effect become more and more stronger as time passes and if he is continuously exposed to this sound for 5 turns or move he completely looses his will to fight and gives up the fight
-While this is in play the opponent can longer hear any other type of sound
-It's effect is in play as long as the sound is created continuously but if the sound projection is obliterated for more then 3-4 second the opponent will snap out of it's effect

Description: A very simple technique which requires the use of a single handseal and then the user starts to manipulate the air which is little above the ground and use it to create a wind rope which is tied too two poles made up of wind as well the rope is roughly 10cm above the ground [30-40 cm for big summons] and the length may very from 1m-3m, This rope structure is created right in front of the opponent when he is running or charging towards a specific point and due to the rope his legs get stuck in it and he falls on face side on the ground and due to wind property of the rope and poles the entire structure is invisible to naked eyes.

Description: User casts a very strong genjutsu on the opponent, the genjutsu initializes by first turning the sky blood red, changing the entire surroundings into a deadly battle ground just because of the sensation of red sky. It then revives an illusion of opponent's worse enemy, or one of the enemy of the user. The illusionary enemy is able to use all the jutsus that he/she had in his/her lifetime, which are also illusions. The jutsus are controlled by the user, and do not physically harm the body of the opponent. Instead, it causes pain to the brain, the wounds are not real, but the pain is strong enough to effect the opponent's mind. Opponent though can freely move, and dodge or counter the jutsus using his/her own. If he she does not defend from the incoming attacks of the illusionary enemy, he will suffer pain according to damage caused by illusionary attacks. It may lead to death due to brain hemorrhage because of the stress caused by pain on the brain of the opponent.

X-Declined-X Basically the Genjutsu manifests itself according to the enemies worst nightmare? Its not exactly manipulation of your opponents when the genjutsu is able to do something that is out of the users own knowledge. How would you know what the opponent fears? If you dont so doesn't the genjutsu. Although it is possible you need a very strong background ability to support this. Like Yamanaka are able to read minds, it would be an appropiate genjutsu for them.

Once this illusion is casted, the user can make the opponent believe that the jutsu used by the user is of different element than in reality. So, if the user uses a water release jutsu, he or she can make the opponent believe that it is a fire release jutsu. The shape and style of the jutsu remains the same no matter what the user makes the opponent believe the element is. So, a water wave if switched to fire release, it will appear as a fire wave. The elements will switch according to the user's will.
Note: Elements can only be switched to the elements that the user knows.
Note: Can only be used thrice per battle.

Description: Taking advantage of combination of elements, and transformation ability of Shinigami Reaper, user passes his earth chakra into Shinigami and while it starts transforming into earth version, user passes his fire chakra combining the two natures and as a result the sword transforms into an Lava version of "Scorpion", which can now use Lava techniques upto A-rank without any handseals, in Lava (scorpion) form.
Note: -Technique lasts for 4 turns before turning Shinigami into his sword(normal) form.
-This technique counts as user's 2/3 moves.
-Any technique used by Shinigami counts towards user's 1/3 move.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Can only be used by Enzup.

Got the idea of making this CJ from a thread of Izuna, where he said that combining different element is possible, but that would count as 2/3 moves. And also its the ability of my CW to transform into the animal version of the Element's chakra passed into it. So I thought its possible.. ^^

Description: The sword was made by ancient priests of hell and heaven at a sacred place by using hairs, bones, skin, blood and senses of a living shinigami himself which gave the sword life and transforming ability. The sword was named after the shinigami. And it is believed that the shinigami is living in the form of sword now.
The size of the sword is very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total length of 5m. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. The sword is quite thick but the whole blade is covered with the hairs of shinigami which are very sharp, as a normal katana. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it and of shinigami himself. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it.

Abilities:
-This sword is indestructible
-It has life of its own just like samehada and thus it can react on its own when required when its transformed into an animal.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, the sword transforms into an elemental animal familiar that represents the element used |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|
-The sword only listens to Enzup.

Restrictions:
-Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank Offense/Defense/Supplementary.
-Transformation lasts for a maximum of 4 turns and can only be done twice
-If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.
-The sword transforms into an elemental version of the animal and not an animal on itself.
-If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.
-Sword cannot sense chakra.
-The size of the animal in which the sword transforms differs little to nothing from the normal size of the sword.

The user can now wield the partially transformed sword for his kenjutsu purposes.

(Kame Ninjutsu: Za Orientaru Wana) - Turtle Arts: The Oriental Trap

Description: When opponent is within the mid-range of the user, user makes the "Ram" handseal and summons 2 big shells, kept one over other; closed, forming a sphere (somewhat), of radius 10m, around himself and the opponent; trapping both inside. The closed shell is imbued with special type of chakra of turtles which causes extreme gravity for anyone who is inside it. And anyone who has signed the turtle contract will get upper-hand because he will be a "little bit" resistance to that gravity, due to being "slightly" used to it after training with turtles in that shell. The effect of gravity is that great, that anyone standing will feel like, his internal organs are being pulled to his legs and further towards his feet. Though the effects are too great, but the gravity only applies on living beings, not things, objects or any techniques. The shells were of two almighty turtles, whose defense were considered to be the greatest, so for breaking the shells, one must need to use atleast an S-Rank attack or higher in order to break these shells and thus force a way out of it.

Note: -If not dealt within 4 turns, shinobis inside it will die, due to shifting of organs from upper body parts to downwards.
-Usable by Turtles themselves and by the ones who have signed the Turtle contract or any other specie of it.
-Usable once per battle, means, once summoned by anyone, another can't summon it again.
-Can only be taught by Enzup.
