Very insightful views here...I don't think this is the end of the series, because the next villian(s) have already been introduced and not explored at all. MADARA and DANZO. Plus there is too much un developed, unanswered info regarding Sasuke's perspective. Finally..there is a whole arc that will have to involve Raikage/8-tails/ and the ninja from that village. I think Konoha refugees will have to live with Raikage village.
As far as Naruto vs Pain...isn't there still a couple moves left in the fight that everyone is forgeting about? 1) there is still a sage clone at frog mtn., ready to be summoned. Perhaps summoning that clone and returning Naruto= Senin mode Kyuubi...he would be powerful enough to control Kyubbi.
2) this is stretching it...Both frogs were trying to perform some sort of team genjutsu..then pa freaked out and got killed...could that BE a part of the genjutsu???
Anyway there is a strong possibility that everyone blames naruto and Danzo steals power. Tsunade will die...Hinata and Kakashi are not dead...plus Team Guy, 8-tails and Team Sasuke are supposedly on the way to Konoha for different reasons...so they may converge at the same time.
Last prediction...seeing the village already destroyed, and ultimately handed over to Danzo will make Sasuke align with Naruto an d the Konoha outkasts. Danzo and Madara are working together also.
That's my predictions...until next week!
PS...just thought of this, researched and found out that other people have already mentioned so apparently the idea is already out there....BUT...I think DANZO ans MADARA are the same person. You never see Danzo's right eye (which would Tobi/Madara's sharingan eye.) There are wrinlles on both faces (check the manga when he unmasks and Sasuke shoots an Amaretatsu)...meh...another theory of mine.

because susano's is an empty shell tha posses the sword and the sheild and now look at current naruto's shape.
it was empty but now kuybi is in that shell.
In response to the above quote: The externally visible skeletal structure surrounding Naruto with six tails could very well be his own skeleton that was moved externally to form a sort of exoskeleton. Since with four tails, his skin was destroyed by the chakra, then his blood mixed with the chakra to form the black mini kyuubi form. We have only seen four tails so far, so I think it is possible that this is naruto's skeleton.
However, like I believed and stated a couple threads ago I thought it would be awesome if Itachi gave Sasanoo and the sword of Tatsuki (sp?) to :naruto: as a defense and to protect the sword from enemies of the village. I still think this would be awesome.
On a different note... WTF?!? Naruto is a better sage than the toad sages?!? Pa cluster-F#CKED by pain's sword, and ma swatted down like a fly, naruto even fought pain without sage mode. WTF!?! Like I said in previous posts I am still in denial. If pa did die, and the ability to learn the rest of the sage arts then i will be pissed. even if naruto has sasanoo and the dank sword. im just bitter cause i have to wait another week... again, for the fifth year in a row.
Back to the chapter. now that :naruto: throws down 6 tails, hinata is between him and pain. if hinata is still alive she will probably die from the battle, if pa and ma are still alive they gonna die from the battle. the rest of the village could be destroyed, when :naruto
ulled 4 tails against Orochimaru, he swallowed the condensed chakra ball and shot the chakra laser thing at him. destroying a shit ton of land. So with six tails.... the village will probably be destroyed. but it will look ridiculously badass.sorry for the long post

well how would you feel is someone killed your parents front of you and asked you for peace? whould you be mad? or be calm and happy to shake hands?
pein is not bad person he just had really bad life and he saw that ppl will never understand each others if they dont feel same....
my guess is that naruto will die in the of the manga but he will be rememberd as protector of konoha and his face will be on top of mountain , cuz he is already hokage inside villigers hearths he protected konoha everytime when something bad happen...

Wow... that was very bad form. Kishi should know not to kill everyone off at once, cause then ppl stop caring. Like " oh another charater died... whatever..." You need to stagger killings, allowing some time to pass for the reader to mourn the dead charater... then, well feel free to kill someone else off. I mean hinata's death was like (if she is indeed dead) " i love you naruto ! OHH i died! +_+" very lame. Also KILL PEIN ALREADY!! GOD! I am so sick of watching this battle crawl it's slow ass way to conclusion. Every week it's all like " (read) so naruto has now moved his leg slightly north, another character has parished and pein has just told everyone what he ate for breakfast that day.... Perfect...."

here is my thoughts,
1) hinata, had the chance to pull all of the charkra receptors out of naruto but decided to attack pein again !
he could have gone sage mode and whooped ass again!!!!
2)i recon tenten knows some medical nijjutsu and team guy are gonna get hinata to tusanade
or she is dead
next chapter the hidden lefs handsom devil VS pein!!!!!
