This is not a vs thread so it is not who would win. Sasuke cant take on Killer Bee and KM Naruto at once unless he started spamming his amaterasu. While Itachi was doing just fine without his MS tech. Itachi basically beats anyone who is not Uchiha because of his strengths.

While I think Sasuke could most likely beat Itachi 1v1 but has Sasuke supassed Itachi? No way.

I had always assumed that Itachi's low stamina was because of his illness. I wouldn't expect anyone on the verge of death to be as spry as a healthy person.

Unfortunately, you cannot say ems > ms therefore sasuke has surpassed itachi, when in this scenario its a seasoned ms user and an inexperienced ems user. There are many tools out there and the sharingan can be considered a tool. Just like any other tool its usefulness goes hand in hand with its wielder. Anyway the kabuto fight showed us that sasuke is still lacking in areas. He hasnt fully surpassed itachi

Intelligence Gap, we've never really seen Itachi's full extent (never been pushed to the Limit), possibly something even more then Izanami, Sasuke hasn't truly mastered Mangekyo as itachi has
