There was a period of a couple of months where I had this happen to me about 5 times.

Yowyan, were you like me and able to force your self out of it?

It's not about forcing yourself out of it. After the ghost gets up from your chest that you are free. You're not always going to see them. It's harmless most of the time. One of my friends actually had a dangerous sleeping paralysis in which he woke up with some type of entity chocking him. He couldn't see it but he felt the energy, it's mass and presence. It let go. Other times it would just sit on his chest and not let him move. Toyed with him. They had to do a cleansing. They never did. Didn't want people thinking they were crazy. They ended up moving.

Im jealous. Seems you had an epic experience :p I am going to practice meditation again in the hope i also achieve an OBEE/astral projection
Dude, so the other night I woke up with sleep Paralysis. And was like "WOOH!" So I tried concentrating and trying to focus outside of my body while maintaining this feeling. I lost the feeling of sleep paralysis, but I was mentally able to put myself back into that state several times while trying to achieve an OBE because of how physically exhausted I was. I never achieved OBE but I think I was close on several attempts. I ended up experiences sleep paralysis like 10 times that night

Dude this never happended to me but this is what you have to do when in it because your body is asleep your litteraly parilyzed so you dont act out your dream and get injured so the only way i know to get out it to breath deeper or faster because your eyes and breathing are really the things you can move then your body will notice the change of breathing and wake your up

This has happened to me before. I knew it was sleep paralysis because I had fallen asleep with my headphones in my ears. I could partially open my eyes, and could make out the blur of my curtains, as well as hear the music that was playing. It's like someone has put weights on your body to hold you down, and I'm pretty sure that my eyes started flickering, I saw an image of a female scream, then I was completely fine. I got it regularly when I was 16, but it hasn't happened in a while.

Also, lucid dreaming is completely different, is it not? I thought it was when you teach yourself to know when you are dreaming, so you can control every aspect of it - make yourself fly, give yourself super powers etc. I have done this before, too, after training myself for about a week. It's the best thing ever, but it's also common for people who practice lucid dreaming to experience sleep paralysis too, so maybe that's why I experienced it often.

Wow...after all thse posts I red...Look's really scary!
I'm focusing on this ''Astral Protection''. When I saw that video YowYan posted, it was fantastic if you can control it!
Cause everytime I sleep I can get out of body, and with my soul (myselfe) I can experience the ability to fly, play, create, etc.
But...the only thing is that, ''Can it get scary for the first time?''. I want to be sure, cause If I will be able to do something like this, I don't want to experience, nightmares, scary faces, ghosts.

Can't wait to go to sleep and try dizz' sh.t out!! (jk)

This has happened to my grandmother when I was a kid and she was sleeping at our place on the coach. I thought that our house was hunted, it's not a first time ''shit'' goes crazy at that house:D

btw. . . how does it end? you fall a sleep or you regain control of your body?

it's probably lag.. in our reality :D glitch
