Description: The technique is based off of the user utilizing their chakra, and inserting it into a liquid substance. After inserting the chakra, the user performs one hand seal, heating up the liquid substance incredibly, causing it to boil instantly, making the liquid substance far more powerful, and dangerous.

- Can heat up any Liquid Substance
- Can be used three times per match
- No fire technique after this technique
- Can only be taught by Toshiro

Description: The user builds up intense fire chakra constantly within themselves. Using the nature of the chakra, they allow the heat to seep out all over their body, causing it to become incredibly hot, turning the users flesh into a reddish color, and releasing some steam from the users pores, due to the water evaporating from within. While in this mode, the user gains added speed, strength, and some immunity to fire. Though all these boost comes with a cost, if hit by a water technique, the user recieves double damage, and if used for a second time, the user is unable to continue the match due to exhaustion.

- Speed increases to the point where only a second tomoe sharigan can track.
- Strength is increases to the point where every taijutsu gets a +15 in damage points
- The user is immune upto B-Rank fire techniques
- If hit by a water technique, the user recieves double the damage
- The user is unable to perform water techniques while in this mode
- Last for three turns, and usable twice per battle
- After using it for the second time, the user is unable to continue the battle, due to all the water within his body evaporating

Description: The technique is based off of the user utilizing their chakra, and manipulating it to form a flexible bubble made of water. the bubble is very light weight, and can be used for traveling underwater, or through the air.

- Can only be used five times per battle
- The bubble shrinks every turn, due to the air inside disappearing
- The bubble last for three turns, before the air inside completely vanishes
- If used under water, the user is unaffected by the water pressure, allowing them to freely move around
- If used within the air, the user is capable of floating up pretty high, but only in one direction
- Due to the flexibility of the bubble, it would take a great amount of force to be able to destroy it, making the bubble immune to basic weaponry, and up to A-Rank elemental jutsus.

Using the liquids within his own body, he will assume a fighting style similar to that of a kaguya, releasing spike of ice and manipulating them according to his will. While using this jutsu, the user's Ice jutsu gain 20+ damage, and the user can only use Ice, taijutsu, and non-elemental jutsu (no shadow clones available)
*If used, the user will die.
**Lasts three turns before the user dies of exhaustion, blood loss, and organ failure

(Doton: Yari Satsugai No Jutsu) - Earth Release: Spear Killing Technique

Description: A silent technique used in various situations in which user makes "Ram" handseal and a portal of 3cm radius opens behind the enemy at 5m distance. As the moment portal opens, it shoots a spear of 2.5cm radius towards enemy with cannon speed. Because the portal is at much distance and due to the size of the portal itself, it makes no wind, opening or any sort of noise, making it almost if not completely, impossible for opponent to know that a spear is coming at them. But because they saw the user forming handseal, they can predict it, since from front, top and bottom there is no technique coming towards them.

Description: User summons a small cake like peice of food, from the Mount Galápagos, the homeland of Turtles. The piece of food was given a name i.e. "Jurei Shokumotsu" whose literal meaning is "Food from long aged Tree", a tree in Mount Galápagos which is life saviour for many of the turtles, for saving their lives at crucial moments. The tree secrects a special kind of juice which is very healthy, nourished, enriched with all vitamins, minerals and proteins and a special type of magic, the turtles beleive. The juice is used in the food, along with the mixture of turnip green, carrot, leaves, peas, grapes, a few flowers, worms, snails, slugs, and a lot more of turtle's food. Using these substances the special food is made, which is then used in hospice of turtles, as a treatment. The food is highly nourished, enriched with all vitamins, minerals and proteins, healthy, which is all a living being need for gaining energy. In the battlefield, user snaps his fingers in order to summon the special cake like food, and eats it. This food which is composed of the special juice and turtle's food, do not have much effects on humans and other animals, as it is originally made for turtles by turtle food. So user can't utilize the food for his benefit at highest degree possible, but upon eating it, the food replenishes user's 50% of total energy i.e. chakra in this case, in very short period of time. The same food when eaten by turtles, replenishes their 75% of total chakra, gives them boost in stamina, increases their senses and other inherent abilities futher.

Note: -After eating the food, it shows its effects in next turn.
-Due to the amazingly level of energy and other things it provides, eating it more than once will cause death.
-Instead of summoning, user can bring it along with him at the starting of the battle i.e. must put in bio first.
-Can only be summoned by turtles themselves and the ones who have signed Turtle or any other specie or turtle contract.

Creating a CJ for my above CW.

(Doton/Katon/Shinigami: Sasori) - Earth/Fire/Shinigami Style: Scorpion
Type: Offense/Defense/Supplementary

Description: Taking advantage of combination of elements, and transformation ability of Shinigami Reaper, user passes his earth chakra into Shinigami and while it starts transforming into earth version, user passes his fire chakra combining the two natures and as a result the sword transforms into an Lava version of "Scorpion", which can now use Lava techniques upto A-rank without any handseals.
Note: -Technique lasts for 4 turns before turning Shinigami into his sword(normal) form.
-This technique counts as user's 2/3 moves.
-Any technique used by Shinigami counts towards user's 1/3 move.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Can only be used by Enzup.

Got the idea of making this CJ from a thread of Izuna, where he said that combining different element is possible, but that would count as 2/3 moves. And also its the ability of my CW to transform into the animal version of the Element's chakra passed into it. So I thought its possible.. ^^

Shinigami Reaper

Description: The sword was made by ancient priests of hell and heaven at a sacred place by using hairs, bones, skin, blood and senses of a living shinigami himself which gave the sword life and transforming ability. The sword was named after the shinigami. And it is believed that the shinigami is living in the form of sword now.
The size of the sword is very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total length of 5m. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. The sword is quite thick but the whole blade is covered with the hairs of shinigami which are very sharp, as a normal katana. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it and of shinigami himself. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it.

Abilities:
-This sword is indestructible
-It has life of its own just like samehada and thus it can react on its own when required when its transformed into an animal.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, the sword transforms into an elemental animal familiar that represents the element used |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|
-The sword only listens to Enzup.

Restrictions:
-Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank Offense/Defense/Supplementary.
-Transformation lasts for a maximum of 4 turns and can only be done twice
-If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.
-The sword transforms into an elemental version of the animal and not an animal on itself.
-If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.
-Sword cannot sense chakra.
-The size of the animal in which the sword transforms differs little to nothing from the normal size of the sword.

(Shinigami/Fuuton: Ame Hari) - Shinigami/Wind Style: Rain of Needles

Description: When the sword is transformed in the porcupine (wind) form, it can shoot its sharp and spikes like visible "hairs" from its body instantly which travels with great speed (although easily trackable). These hairs are as sharp as highly pointed needles and can penetrate even highly dense objects with ease, much like knife slicing through butter. Since the hairs covers pocupine's almost full body, the hairs are shot in all directions covering wide range. The only region from where hairs aren't shot is porcupine's below part, where hairs are not present. The porcupine can control the firing of the hairs and can limit it to exact location/directions.
Note: -Can only be used in porcupine version of Shinigami Reaper.
-Can only be used 2 times per battle.

Raiton: Doragon Za Sora (Lighting Style: Dragon of the sky)

Description:
The user channels his/her chakra to his/her mouth. The user will then mold the chakra and turn it into Raiton chakra. The user will then expel the Raiton chakra from the mouth and as it leaves the users mouth the user will continue to mold the chakra into the form of a dragon. The large Lighting Dragon will continue its way to the enemy and before it reaches the enemy (or when the user see's its time) the user will then change the pattern, and size of the Raiton chakra dragon into much smaller ones that go into different directions striking the enemy from all sides.

Description:
Originally made as a weapon, the Yo-yo was created back in the medieval times and was all metal. It was 2 circular piece's (like the yo-yo's of today) with spikes on the sides connected to a wire that was attracted to a glove. When you used it, it would come back to your hand. It was used as a weapon because it was fast, deadly, and returned to you. This yo-yo however (same design) is quit different. When the user "throw" the yo-yo and it reaches full length (and if the user wants to launch the shurikens) shurikens fly out of the sides out of slits in the yo-yo. Using the yo-yo's extremely fast spin while at full length it launches the shurikens from the sides at regular speed. The Yo-yo itself is made out of Titanium and the wire is made out of a Titanium alloy making it incredibly strong and almost unbreakable. It can hold 5 shurikens on each side and by simply pressing a button on the right side of the yo-yo the inner compartment ejects out making it easier to replace the shurikens if needed by inserting a special clip in.
Special technique: By making the dragon hand sign with the yo-yo in the user's hand and by channeling small amounts of Raiton chakra into the yo-yo itself the next time the user extends the yo-yo to full length and release the shurikens they will be stronger, sharper, and un-seeable by the naked eye. By channeling Raiton Chakra into the yo-yo it not only makes the shurikens sharper, and stronger but also faster than ever before. Because of the Raiton Chakra inside the yo-yo, the yo-yo's mechanism to spin the yo-yo fast is "super charged" making it spin ever faster causing the shurikens to go even faster as well. The speed of the shurikens with Raiton chakra is like how fast someone moves with Raiton armor on, and because they are small and going that fast its nearly un-dodgeable.

(Like what Jinbei *from One Piece* did during the war while trying to save Ace. He threw a ocean's current into the air .)

Kuro Nodo Komadori: Soshi Harakar (Black-Throated Robin: Element Brothers)

Description:
The user wipes his/her blood on the hand that he/she has the summoning tattoo on. He/she will then perform the Boar-Dog-Bird-Monkey-Ram and summon The Element Brothers. The Element Brothers are 4 regular sized Black-Throated Robins. They have black faces, throat and upper breast with a brown, red, and blue crown and nape, and a red diagonal mark on the neck. The upper parts are grey, and the underparts black to dark grey over the abdomen and under the tail coverts. The bill and legs are black, and the eyes are dark red. The plumage is reminiscent of a cuckoo-shrike but the black neck marking is diagnostic.
These birds were born with special chakra absorption that allows them to coat themselves with chakra that they are summoned with.
The Element Brothers are L. pectardens Species in the Genus Luscinia.

Abilities:
When the user prepares for this jutsu, the user will channel a specific type of element chakra to his/her summoning tattoo.
Katon: The Element Brothers are summoned and when attacking the target are coated with fire.
Suiton: The Element Brothers are summoned and when attacking the target are coated with water.
Raiton: The Element Brothers are summoned and when attacking the target are coated with lightning.
Doton: The Element Brothers are summoned and when attacking the target are coated with earth.
Futon: The Element Brothers are summoned and when attacking the target are coated with wind.
Once these 4 birds are summoned they go after which ever enemy the user was concentrating on at the time of summon in either a straight line formation or spread out side by side. Once they hit the target they all disperse.

Restrictions:
~Must have signed the Black-Throated Robin contract
~Can only be summoned 3 times per battle
~No other Black-Throated Robin can be summoned at the same time as The Element Brothers
~Which ever element chakra used on the Element Brothers cannot be used the same turn

Genjutsu: Tori Meshi (Illusionary Arts: Bird Call)

Description:
The user will channel his chakra to his mouth while whistling the Robin bird call and preforming the Bird hand sign. The sound of this bird call (when heard by the enemey) will put them under a genjutsu because the chakra from the user will effect the targets senses making them see leaves falling. While the leaves fall the leaves then turn into Black-Throated Robins that are flying around the target in a tornado like manner pecking at the enemy, making them feel dizzy, and dazed. Whats really happening is the enemy is just standing there with a blank stare on their face.
~Must have signed the Black-Throated Robin Summoning contract
~Can only be used 2 times per battle
~No Genjutsu or Black-Throated Robin summon this turn or next
~Has to wait 1 turn before using again

(Bakuton: Kaitai) Blast Style: Dissassembly

Description: Taking advantage of the innate properties of Blast Style, the ability to destroy objects, the user focuses Bakuton chakra into their hand, and then holds it out at arms length. The user then releases the chakra, creating a white net-like pattern of Bakuton chakra which goes in the direction of the pointed hand. The net then travels through anything it comes into contact with, the Bakuton chakra creates minute, pin-point explosives as it travels through the object, appearing to "slice" whatever it travels through. As the net travels, chakra pulsates through the empty squares created by the net-like shape at regular intervals, thus creating perfect cubes of whatever the net travels through. Due to the strength of this jutsu, it is capable of traveling through any non-jutsu object, and any jutsu up to A-rank.

~As Blast is strong against tangible elements, this jutsu can go through up to S-rank of such elements
~When a jutsu is affected by this jutsu, the original user of the affected jutsu is unable to keep control of their jutsu because it's no longer a single whole, but a collection of cubes (ie. if used on a fireball, because the fireball is now a large collection of fire cubes, it will not continue on its original path because of the user's chakra, but will burn itself out as it's now only cubes of flame)
~When used on objects which "flow" (ie. air, wind, water, etc.), the substance will reform itself (as it naturally flows), but if the substance was part of a jutsu, the jutsu is now canceled

Again, this wouldn't work on intangible elements. Taking into account the weaknesses and strengths of Bakuton, this would only work on earth, wood and other similar elements. Also, you need to take into account that bakuton is about explosions...using an explosive chakra. This pertains to the ability of molecular disassembly. As the net travels, chakra pulsates through the empty squares created by the net-like shape at regular intervals, thus creating perfect cubes of whatever the net travels through. Due to the strength of this jutsu, it is capable of traveling through any non-jutsu object, and any jutsu up to A-rank, as long as it's tangible.

Too big. 50 meters is too much. This would span about mid range around the target you intend to catch. And the cubes need to be smaller to account to that. The structure you define as a castle... Its too big and too much. And 4 thousand cubes? Again, too much. Make this reasonable. The best option of this working would be to create 8 cubes, forming a large cubic prison around your target, where water cords stretch from cube to cube.

Already said this countless times: don't add useless restrictions. Also, there is no such thing as shadow chakra. This is basically you shaping your own shadow into a warrior entity that you control and can attack others with shadow tendrils. Don't make it something its not. This said, this technique's principle is ok but the description is a mess. Also, if this warrior lasts 2 turns, don't you need to keep fueling it with chakra for it to be maintained? If so, you need to have a chakra cost per turn to keep active. All of its abilities count as your moves, ok....but what rank are they? Because are all the tendrils and punches and what not S-Rank? If so, then its a DNR off the bat.

Description: Dodai will use his lava chakra and his unique ability to create vulcanised rubber, to shape two masses of rubber around his forearms to create a protective gauntlets. These gauntlets cover both of his forearms and the back of his palms giving him an excellent defence against taijutsu attacks and also a measure of protection from other ninjutsu. These gauntlets will remain on Dodai's arms until they are either destroyed or Dodai can no longer maintain the jutsu. When using the gauntlets Dodai can only use Lava, Fire and Earth jutsus as he must keep a steady flow of lava chakra to the gauntlets to maintain their defensive capabilities. Dodai can use these gauntlets to block all Taijutsu up to S-rank and any elemental ninjutsu/ninjutsu up to A-rank, with the exception of Lightning (and other lightning variants) which it can only block up to B-rank without Dodai taking any damage. Anything stronger will destroy the gauntlets.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can only use Lava, Fire and Earth techniques when using the gauntlets,
- After three turns the user can only use two jutsu per move due to the strain of maintaining the gauntlets,

Description: After making a blood sacrifice and performing a sequence of five hand seals, the user will place the hand on the ground or facing the ground below them and release there chalra to create the summoning seal. This will summon Augustine the largest of the Kingfishers and he can be considered as the boss of all the other Kingfishers. Augustine has a large crest and finely spotted white on black upper-parts with a chestnut breast band and otherwise white underparts with dark flank barring. He is large enough to carry four people on his back being about two times larger than Sasuke's Hawk summon and has a the ability to speak with his summoner. Augustine has the ability to perform all Fire jutsu without hand seals by releasing them from his mouth or using his wings where the jutsu may state using an arm swing (all within reason as its clear that he will not be able to use ALL fire techniques). Twice per battle Augustine can coat his beak with fire chakra and dive at a target inflicting them with damage equivalent to that of an S-rank fire jutsu.
Notes:
- Must have signed the Kingfisher Contract,
- His Flame Diving attack can only be used twice per battle with three turns in between each use and S-ranked,
- Can be summoned once per battle

Description: The user will pull a scroll out of his/her pouch. The user will wipe his/her blood across the scroll, the scroll will poof, and summon The Forgotten Reaper into his hands. The blade is sharp enough to cut straight through iron. Chakra can be channeled though this scythe freely to increase the scythe's cutting power. When holding the scythe the user becomes more proficient in ninjutsu and his/her taijutsu becomes stronger. The scythe is black and has a thin handle. When being held chakra is infused in the handle to give the user a good grip on the scythe.

Description: The user will pull a scroll out of his/her pouch. The user will wipe his/her blood across the scroll, the scroll will poof, and summon The Forgotten Reaper into his hands. The blade is sharp enough to cut straight through stone. Chakra can be channeled though this scythe freely to increase the scythe's cutting power. When holding the scythe the user becomes more proficient in ninjutsu and his/her taijutsu becomes stronger. This is because when the user is holding the scythe, chakra is being sent in and out of the sight like a wave. the chakra sent through the wave is enhanced by the special metal the blade is made from. When the enhanced chakra is sent into the body the muscles are enhanced the same way his techniques would be enhanced. This aids the wielder in holding the scythe with ease. The scythe is black and has a thin handle. When being held chakra is infused in the handle to give the user a good grip on the scythe.

  • The Forgotten Reaper is indestuctible
  • The user gets a +10 boost in taijutsu and a +5 boost in ninjutsu

The explanation of why it boosts your abilities makes no sense. And +20 to that? +10 to taijutsu? why? In essence this would make you weaker in taijutsu by the added weight, the volume and the need to actually wield it. Why would it make your taijutsu stronger? Makes no sense.

Description: The user will channel his/her earth chakra and send it deep into the earth. They will send it low enough until they have struck methane gas deep inside the earth. Once they have done this the opponent will create a tunnel which would lead the methane gas upwards to the surface. On the surface the user summons a cylindrical earth statue at chin height. The methane gas is inside the cylindrical earth statue. That statue will have one hole pointing towards the opponent and one pointing towards the user. Once this statue is forming the opponent will gather a large amount of fire chakra in the palm of his dominant hand. The user will release it all at once but keep it compressed in the palm of his dominant hand(example below). With the compressed fire bomb in his hand the user will stick dominant palm into the statue. Once his palm is fully inside thee statue the user will release the fire from his palm while keep it under control. With the added power of the methane gas the user will manipulate his chakra to create several wild animals which shoot out of the opposite end of the statue all at once in a fire explosion. The animals that come out consist of 1 elephant, 2 tigers, 3 eagles, and 3 gorillas. All of the flame animals are at the users control as long as their hand stays with the statue. All of the animals can explode into a fair sized pillar of flames depending on the size of the animal at the user's command as long as he has his hand inside the statue. The animals can attack all at once of one at a time. This technique is very dangerous to use.

Description: With this ability, you could read the minds of your opponent or ally which would help you in certain battles. The basic idea behind this technique comes from how when a clone is dispersed, the data collected by the clone goes back to the user. In the same way, the user here first releases his chakra into another person's body and then slowly and steadily (every second) takes them back bit by bit over time. This makes it possible for the user to know what the other person is thinking and so he can act accordingly. The other way round is also possible. The user absorbs/asks the person to inject his/her chakra into his body and then over time releases them so that the the other person may also know what he's thinking. With the help of this jutsu, one can detect if his ally/enemy is under any genjutsu.

Note: Once activated, lasts for the entire battle.
Note: The range is short when you inject chakra. But it can be used as far as a clone can remain away from the original body.

With an addition of a single hand seal tiger, and using shape manipulation the fire will release out towards the atmosphere at an instant around the user and his opponent. The fire will trap them both and melt away the earth around it thus leaving an island. The fire itself is tall as twice the size of gamabunta. The diameter of the fire is 15 meters and will leave the user and the opponent at mid range as the longest range possible. The place where the fire sits in a circle will have lava underneath the fire as it will create lava from the earth that used to be there. As time goes on the fire will eat up all the earth slowly and turn it into lava. Slowly closing in on both fighters as the fight progresses on. Eventually, the fire will turn all the earth into lava, if the user or the battle hasn’t concluded, both fighters will die from the fumes of smoke, heat and lava.

Description: The user will coat a limb with wind chakra. When they intercept an attack from the opponent (intercepting one of the opponents incoming limbs) their chakra will wrap around the opponents limb and erupt in a small blast of wind shooting the opponents limb away from them leaving the opponent open. The blast doesn't do any damage to the opponent, it simply repels their limb away. If the opponents center is open such as their chest and stomach, the user can coat both of their fists with wind chakra, strike the opponents center in unison and the chakra will wrap around the opponents body, blasting them back by 10 meters traveling at two meters per second. This also will do no harm to them unless of course a solid object such as a wall in short range behind them. The movement of the user himself is limited to his own skill of what he has learned whether he is a specialist in Taijutsu or a Taijutsu master and Jeet Kune Do's abilities which is being able to move limbs in a fast pace, the speed they can intercept would have to be a little slower than the users speed. It cannot intercept swift users, EIG users, Sage Mode users or any other speed enhancing modes/techniques that would grant the opponent those levels of speed or speed that's above the user. Due to the boost that Jeet Kune Do training provides, the user tries to be faster as well as to move like water to get around opponents attacks as they were taught to. So it is by this the user can only intercept Non Enhanced Taijutsu. The movement speed of the user is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

Notes:
- Can be used 5x per battle
- The wind chakra does not increase the users speed
- Can intercept Taijutsu up to B rank
- Applying to both fists counts as using it twice thus only one other jutsu can be used in that turn.
- The wind chakra does not increase the users speed as explained in the speed explanation. The user is still at his base speed

Description: Deriving from the destructive force of a kick from Bruce Lee. The user will send a kick to the chest of the opponent with enough force behind it to crack the opponents chest slightly, making it so that the opponents arms are slower due to pain. This would make the opponents arms slower due to the pain they will feel by moving their arms due to their cracked chest. It can also lower regular body speed in general to someone that isn't skilled in controlling their own balance as any step would shake their chest as well because when someone moves, nearly every muscle in their body moves as well. After the first kick to the chest, any other kick afterwards will reduce the speed of their opponents arms by 10% and their over all body movement by 5%, until finally, the opponent can't move their arms anymore and is reduced to walking instead of running due to pain. The kick will also knock the air from the opponents lungs, immobilizing them for a few seconds. The kick it'self will send the opponent away by 7 meters, allowing the opponent to catch their breath before needing to defend the user again.

Note: Must be a Jeet Kune Do master to perform this.
Note: People or masses with great density and muscle mass won't be affected as much or affected at all. Examples: Bee, 3rd and 4th raikage. In other words this attack would work greatly on someone with the body type of rock lee whereas someone like Raikage would more than likely just feel a hard kick with their muscle tissue absorbing a lot of the impact.

Burīzu o Shizume ϟ Calming Breeze

Description: Calming Breeze is a light red coloured staff with small, irregular grooves in it, it was said to be in the possession of Zephyr, the god of wind. The staff alters it's size to match the height of it's user for easy use. The staff is quite light, so that it can be used for fast strikes. However, if it comes into contact with someone other than the user (and hasn't been taught how to use it) it becomes so heavy not even the strongest shinobi can lift it. The staff's primary affinity is wind and has a few abilities that use this element. The Calming Breeze can coat itself and the user in a thick coat of wind chakra, equivalent to A rank and is only noticeable from short range. This allows for added damage done when fighting in close combat. The coat adds extra cutting power when striking due to the wind chakra. When this is activated the staff itself is capable of cutting through solid rock. Another ability the staff has is repulsion. Through the use of wind chakra, the staff can release surges of powerful wind that can push a shinobi in close range back to mid range. The blast itself goes up to mid-range and has slight cutting attributes. The blast is equivalent to an S rank wind technique that is sent by flinging the staff. Its final ability extends from its grooves. When the staff is swung, air goes through the grooves in all different directions, which causes it to be enveloped in a very small vortex of wind. With chakra applied, the vortex increases and has suction qualities, so if it is initially dodged, the opponent will be sucked back in and take the brunt of the attack. The vortex, with chakra applied it equivalent to C rank and can only affect enemies in very close proximity (while engaging in melee fights) of the staff, pulling only a limb or a part of the enemy but never with enough suction to pull the enemy in full.

Description: Doton: Yawarakai Doshitsu is a jutsu used to nullify earth based jutsu. The user will send their chakra up to short range around them and use it to soften the earth and what's under the surface. When an earth jutsu, A rank and below, is used it will simply fail to be constructed. The soft soil doesn't allow for strong enough binding or the earth, thus any earth jutsu extending from the ground within short range of the user simply collapse. However, it is the same for the user. This doesn't apply to terrain changing jutsu, such as Swamp of the Underworld.

Description: The user performs a single hand seal and turn his body into lightning. Once turned into lightning he can move with high speed in every direction and even change directions freely. He can travel high into the air, on the ground, or in a water source. If the user turns into lightning he can’t see or hear anything around him, but can sense up to mid range. In lightning form he can’t even attack or use jutsus, however if the enemy gets in contact with him, he becomes paralised. User can't travel through earth, but if the opponent uses an earth jutsu againt the user, it can be destroyed.

Don't resubmit. Makes no sense. And yes, it would need Yin/Yang as you're not manipulating first one element and then the other but rather one elemental chakra and without having it manifested (in this case as fire) using another to direct that one.

Kagutsuchi is unique among the rays, in the fact that he prefers heat, opting for warm water springs rather than cold water. His elemental affinity of fire reflects this. Kagutsuchi is capable of using all Katon techniques B rank and below and is capable of releasing a S rank blast of fire similar to that of Great Majestic Fire annihilation twice per battle, all of which counts as a jutsu. Kagutsuchi’s venom glands are also specialized in the sense that due to it being melded and mixed with his Katon chakra, it gains a similarity to oil in the fact that it’s highly combustible, viscous, sticky, and the venom doesn’t become denatured at higher temperatures but rather works even better before eventually turning into a dangerous gas if heated to high enough temperatures. Kagutsuchi is capable of spewing his specialized venom from his mouth in vast quantities, unlike normal venom, rather than relying on the piercing capabilities of a stinger, Kagutsuchi’s spewed venom sizzles on contact with skin, resulting in bruises and burns being formed, in which the poison can seep into the enemies blood-stream. Kagutsuchi spewing his venom counts as a A rank equivalent elemental jutsu which he is capable of applying shape manipulation to if he so wishes. Description: Morph is a unique Eagle-Stingray who is capable of manipulating his body to achieve various effects. Morph is a bit larger than Sasuke's hawk and is capable of swimming through both air and water. Despite not being able to use jutsu, Morph makes up for it through a unique set of abilities. Morphs first ability is that he is able to create a clone through a division like process, normally when dividing Morph and his newly created clone are both half the size of the original, however it can be that one is much larger than the other. Morph is capable of dividing into dozens of mini-morphs, his division only being limited by the fact that he can never become smaller than a standard house-mouse. Of course the mini-morphs are capable of coming together to once again form "normal morph". Separating counts as a jutsu, however merging back into one does not. Morph also has the ability to freely grow as many Stingers as he wants, of whichever size, anywhere on his body. Thus Morph is capable of becoming like a porcupine with spines made of stingers. He (whether single or divided) can also grow or enhance already grown stingers with chakra or even elemental chakra, enhancement counts as a single A rank jutsu. Lastly while coated in stingers, Morph (or Morphs in unison) are/is capable of performing a continuous Gatsuuga like attack that allows them/him to plow through enemies, or even grant them/him underground movement by drilling through the ground. This unique move pool allows Morph to be a valuable asset in battle. The poison on Morphs stingers are also truly formidable. Three senbon sized stingers are potent enough to quickly release their protein toxins into a opponents body so as to induce severe cell damage and cramping that would be capable of leaving a limb incapacitated within a turn. While also negatively affecting the opponents breathing and heart rate to a degree that may leave them slightly sluggish.
Note:
- Morph can stay on the field for 4 turns.
- Morph can only be summoned Once per Battle.
- Morph can only separate a maximum of 4 times.
- Morph can freely shoot his stingers.
- The 'Mini-Morphs' are mentally linked to eachother.
- Morphs's Gatsuga like attack can only be used 3x and counts as a S rank jutsu (or an S rank jutsu on a whole if multiple Morphs use it simultaneously.)

(Katon: Nenshou no Baindo)- Fire Release: Burning Bind

Description: The user weaves four handseals and then stomps their foot onto the ground, upon stomping their foot on the ground eight "ropes" of fire emerge from the ground around the opponent in a octagon formation, each rope being roughly three meters away from the opponent. Each rope of fire is directed towards the opponent's waist and upon contact with the opponent each rope connects with one another in the form of a circle which is tied around the opponent's waist, binding the opponent in place while the fire rapidly expands across their body, eventually covering them in flames and burning them completely.

- Can only be used twice per battle.
- No Katon jutsu in the same turn.
- Can only be taught by Tybone.

Description: The genjutsu begins by replicating a weak, easily releasable genjutsu (by Kai or small pain) and place it on any number of opponents within range. An example would be False Surrounding, changing the area around the targets. When the target moves to release it, the second, stronger, genjutsu will recognize the output, be it a chakra peak caused by pain or a Kai. This is based on the notion that certain genjutsus, for their complexity and strength, require sharper pain or bigger chakra outbursts in order to be broken, anything smaller will not affect the genjutsu. After having recognized the peak, the genjutsu will duplicate and repeat it in increasingly higher frequency. This will overload the opponent, preventing the usage of complex jutsu (A and above), genjutsu or summoning jutsus, and exhaust the chakra reserves, equivalent to a chakra cost of a Kai for each peak.

I have a problem with this and its that it would make strong genjutsu (and weak) unreleasable. Basically, upon release, this triggers so it becomes unreleasable. Its pretty unreasonable as its worded. I like the overal ability but it needs to be put in a manner that is can be approved.

( Fugu ) Blowfish

Description: Fugu is a hollowed wooden stick, made with Chakra Tree wood. It is a personalized weapon, allowing only the user to wield or manipulate it (Even if the opponent has Wood chakra or similar). By charging chakra into the Fugu and blowing through it, the user is able to shoot out Chakra-materialized thread needles, which gain substance with any elemental chakra or other properties. The user will first pour out chakra ( +5 for Normal or any Basic Element : +10 for CE/Advanced Elements or Poison/Other Substances), which will then be amplified and replicated by the Fugu stick, materializing a tiny needle, which gets shot out with great speed (near-bullet-like). The Fugu has the ability to be increased or decreased in shape and density, allowing the user to wield it like a staff or for further more accurate shots. If the opponent steals the Fugu from it's own, it will grow spikes, which will attach themselves to the thief. Likewise, when being held as a staff, the Fugu can grow spikes for extra damage.
*Creating a shooting needles, while wasting chakra per single shot, does not count towards the jutsu count*
*Charging an Advanced Element into the Fugu will materialize a needle with the properties of said element at it's most basic/main form. For example, if the user has Lava, it will be molten rock, not rubber.*
*Poisons or other substances are only achieved by having a living source of that substance presence in the field ( Venomous Summons, for example, Hallucinogenic Mushrooms, etc). In the absence of such, the user will waste one of the 3 jutsus to "feed" said substance to the Fugu and have it memorized ( For example, if the user has Samples with her, or if the living source belongs to the opponent, but the user has retrieved a sample from it ). Allows the creation of 3 needles per battle*
*With one handseal, up to mid-range, the user can infuse chakra on the Fugu remotely, to charge the defensive spikes or to create a needle. In the later, it can adjust itself and shoot a needle up to short-range*

Like it a lot. Indeed your custom making skills are "deliciously pleasurable". However, I have a few notes. Everything it does needs to count as a move. you need to rank the projectiles, enabling a more specific defense for them. Also, even if fast, these projectiles need to be visible. Rest seems at second glance ok.
