Some of these reasons might possibly be explained but since the flashbacks are over it's now highly unlikely we will ever know. He constantly explains it in a way where the reader must assume how obito did this and that. It is really disspointing IMO since I was looking forward to it.I'm not trying to claim some plothole or error. Im just expressing my thoughts in the way Kishi has been explaining obito's flashbacks and filling up the gaps in the whole Tobi=Obito thing. I'm not saying its bad im disspointed of Kishi's of explaining.
First, he never explained how Madara gave Nagato the rinnegan. He hinted it once but never explained HOW he did it. We clearly saw nagato activate the rinnegan, are we supposed to assume Madara can stop time or just walked up casually and gave him eye surgery while his parents were murdered? Or are we supposed to assume he gave him surgery when he was a baby and implanted it so he had to activate it. And it just so happened Nagato's parents didnt notice his bleeding eyes after the surgery or how it was wrapped up. Thats a huge lack of explaining on Kishi's part. How does he expect for people to be okay with the most hated decision if he doesnt even explain it throughly.
Secondly, he never even mentioned the whole bloody mist thing. Another thing the reader just has to guess and assume.
Thirdly, he never showed how obito knew where kushina gave birth, just when, ANOTHER thing the reader has to just assume.
Fourthly, he never showed how Obito learned to control Kurama. ANOTHER thing we have to guess.
Fifthly, he never explained why kakashi killed rin. Yet again we can only assume.
Lastly, he never explained why obito's sharingan never gets blind after use.
I'm open to critisim and correct if I'm wrong.
I still like the series but I'm dissapointed in the rushed and assumption based way hes been explaining it. I actually had more but I forgot them so if I remember them again I'll edit the post.
