..nd the fourth raikage said so himself he was a ninja he thought would never be surpassed..mind u this is the third raikage's son saying this basically stating that minayo was stronger than his dad..so why do you guys continue to hate on him
haha it pains me to read this but the raikage states he thought minato would never be surpassed in terms of speed, go back and reread it lol, second minato is nowhere close to the strongest, obviously madara states that hashirama was the only person capable of defeating him, so he is pretty high up there, and hiruzen fought both the first and second, granted he didn't win he still held his own against them, and tobirama created the edo-tensai, was the best water-type jutsu user in all the narutoverse, and according to minato his space/time ninjutsu was on par with flying thunder god. So all minato really has is knowledge of seals, and an incomplete rasengan which can't be that hard because naruto (even mastered the jutsu and made it his own), jiraiya, kakashi, and even konohamaru learned how to use it, so at best i'd say minato comes in fourth place of all the hokage only beating tsunade(not including danzo). don't get me wrong I love minato he is a great charecter and a crazy strong ninja but compared to the rest of the hokage he isn't that great
