Answer this. How will hashirama "hit" minato? He doesn't have any speed feats. Just mokuton skilled weapon user and some genjutsu skills. All that can be dodged.

I think the interview was fake, but i'd say Minato is certainly a strong candidate for the strongest Hokage.
