I was just wondering why Naruto didnt use that combination jutsu like in 96-97 episode he could do that with Gama boss and he only has TRS with long range

becuse it was a filler

i think next week pain is gona continue talking about peace
ino's dad,skika'dad etc are going to look for the highest peek around konoha
nagato really needs to take better care of himself

In the Konoha case, they both said it was founded by both clans. Problem in Akatsuki is that Pain and Madara believe to be the only founder.

Madara would let Pain take the credit. I don't think he is bothered with that little tid bit as long as he gets to have all tailed beast weapon in his hands. Itachi said he founded it. Madara probably played advisor to pain and let him do things.


I don't remember if Madara was ever very eager to claim being akatsukii founder. He wore a mask and hid himself in the shadows. If he would advertise his being the leader- it would have drawn attention to him. Jiraiya instead of going after Pain would have followed Tobi. I think Madara didn't want to let everyone know that he was still alive. He was waiting for the perfect timing.

i liked the chapter because it connected naruto (the good guy) with nagato (the bad guy) for a moment...i think naruto will change nagatos way of thinking, but he wont become and allied. he'll leave akastki with konan and take all the bijuu and continue his work without madara. Also konan seems pretty week because she almost got killed by jiraiya..but jiraiya is a kage-level ninja...and also she hasnt fought anyone else, and they dont know her weakness against fire...so she can pretty much defend nagatos real body no prob.

Kakuzu INTEGRATED the hearts and thus the nature's of their former hosts. The only thing that connects Negato to the bodies he controls are the shakra sticks. As YeS_I_AM just stated, negato CANNOT absorb ninjutsu, or perform summons... or anything else... he doesn't possess that kekkei genkai on his own.

I have already said that the rinnegan was a powerful art on his own and that's why he might've been able to conquer the original ninja he now uses as puppets. But for more advanced ninja like Kakashi, Sanin, Akatsuki members etc. he would have to employ the 6 field of vision and utilize the puppet art of the rinnegan. That's the ONLY way he was able to BEAT Hanzo.

I think you?re wrong man. Each one of those bodies uses Nagato?s powers.., if you remember well, Jiraya defeated the first body that Nagato used as a summoner, and then he replaced it with the girl, which started summoning the same animals as the one Jiraya fought. So, it?s not the body?s power..., but Nagato transmiting through it.

I liked this chapter alot b/c as I have said before I don't find all the talking boring at all. To me it just makes me understand and brings me closer to the characters. If it were all just fight fight fight fight ... well to me that would be boring. Anyways was a great chapter and as I have also said before Negato isn't all bad just warped. I don't think he'll be taking Naruto back to steal Kyubi, but instead as others have said trust in Naruto to bring about peace. Of course there will be alot more things that happen between Naruto and Pein before this comes about , but I think this has a possiblity of happening. Maybe we'll get more info on Negato and what happened to him and Konan and Yahiko in the next chapter after Naruto says whatever he's going to say.

Kishimoto has been very clear. Nagato founded Akatsuki..., period. We may infer that Madara has a close relationship with Nagato, because of what we saw several chapters before, in which Madara asked pain about some machine (and we now know what they were talking about).

The fact that Madara knew about Nagato?s machine means that they know each other better than we could have imagined. But Kishi has made it clear..., Nagato founded Akatsuki.

Madara was always cunning. He probably let Pain think that he was founding it- he certainly let him be the leader. There can be more than one person founding a single organisation. Konoha was founded by Senju and Madara both- both are founding fathers.

I agree about fight for leadership in Akasuki- If Nagato doesn't switch side and succeeds. If the weapon is ready then Madara will like to take things in his hands. Right now he is happy letting him others do the dirty work.

Madara's Goal: plans on using Akatsuki to gain the Tailed Beasts for himself and use their power to strengthen his Mangekyo Sharingan. In the past he showed great interest in destroying Konoha.

Pain's Goal: The beasts would be used to create a deadly kinjutsu technique that could wipe out one of the five great nations in an instant, so if countries go to war and do not have ninja villages to fight for them they would turn to the Akatsuki and their technique... the mutual fear, war would cease and the world would know peace until the people forget that fear and start wars againa and agian use the technique ,creating a small period of peace in an endless cycle of hatred.

In short Madara is happy with the way things are, but wants to be the ruler of the Fire Country as is. Pain, however, wants to change the structure of the landscape altogether and place himself as 'peacekeeper'.

With this, I agree fully... I also see Pein's peace as no different from what is happening in the naruverse... right now there is a sense of peace with only minor skirmises happening every now and then, but war is on the horizon, the catelyst this time being Akatsuki... Pein is only adding to said pattern, it is peace on a temporary condition... that is not true peace, he is just building more destructive weapons... so for me... his peace is full of phail...

I agree with you on this point. Nagato talks about "peace coming for a short time and giving birth to short periods of peace.", and that's what everyone in Naruto is going through now. Outside of a few things, it's relatively peaceful. For him I don't think it's necessarily about the peace, but about controlling the peace. With the weapon he's building he can determine whether it's peaceful or not. Handing out "power" to start wars that will eventually lead to times of peace is crazy. He says is himself that "people are stupid". Doesn't he know that it's the power of judgement and making decisions that ultimately makes us unique (anybody see "The Matrix"?) lol

Also, whats this about Pein creating Akatsuki???... who the hell is in charge here?... Madara or Pein?... do they share the same ambition?... I personally think Madara doesnt have Peins ambition... he seems to be man twisted by shame and revenge... but I'm just confused... does pein intend a sort of... take over at the last minute... who formed Akatsuki... and WHO is REALLY in charge... could there be a power above them???

Nagato is running Akatsuki. If you read back on any of the early mangas mangas or anime shows when they were initially showing Akatsuki, you will see Pein is the one always giving out the orders. When Madera finally does show up (I forget which episode it is), he's all excited about being able to join (and I think even asks if he can keep one of the rings from either Sasori or Dedara). I think Nagato created Akatsuki and Madera joined for his only personal ambitions. I doubt he has the same plan as Pein and is just riding along to eliminate the competition with the hopes to eventually take over because he's definitely not looking for peace.

And unless there's some last minute change, I think Kakashi might be dead (or in a coma) because Naruto mentioned Pein killing his teachers. How many did he have?

I think the reason that Pain has to take DIRECTIVES from Madara is because Madara knows Pain's secret. Yes, Negato might be able to defeat highly skilled ninja one on one, but ninja of Madara's caliber (Jiraiya, Kakashi etc.) would be able to go to the source and beat Negato himself one on one.

I think, however, that Negato is waiting for the opportune time, i.e. after claiming all the tail-beasts for himself, to double-cross Madara and implement his own plan for peace for his world.

When this kinda dialogue come up, i always ended up thinking that it's all about naruto again..

You all must've remembered that every time naruto starts talking like this, it means naruto will play a big part to change people...

Once again, naruto will start talking that he knows how's pein's really pain...and he understands nagato so badly...

I think that will come to the future is...through the fight and lot of dialogues, naruto will finally beat pein a.k.a nagato...

And as usual, the final words, like the regretness, or the enlightment will come in the end...maybe in the last breath of nagato...

I mean seriously...this fight will lead to the talking about friendship, family, relationship, and something like that... That's what really naruto really good at...make people understand more about life..right?

But i hope kishi didn't bring that typical kinda plot to this one...since nagato is quite a big enemy for naruto and konoha, and to all shinobi...

Then again, i think the typical plot will finally showed up in the end...it's the nature of naruto..

A lot of posts have mentioned that one of naruto's options now is to reverse summon his last KB and release it to go back into sage mode. but while :naruto: is pierced by pain's blade it would be too risky because he would not be able to balance his chakras and could turn into a frog statue like pain's body just did. so i dont think this is an option until the blade is removed.

As for pa toad, i refuse to believe that he would die so easily. He IS a master toad sage. He had just finished gathering a metric sh*t ton of natural chakra, so he was in sage mode with a whole lot of chakra at his disposal. So how could he be stabbed so easily? He should be immune to the damage from physical attacks. And if he dies, who will train Naruto in the other sage techs we saw jman use against pain?... I think kishi has something us his sleeve, but we wont see it for a couple chapters.

Someone referred to nagato's techniques "draining" him literally. I agree and think his technique is something like choji's red pill, that converted all his fat cells into chakra. I think that negato has the ability to convert both his fat cells and muscle tissue into chakra, and used this ability then transmitted all that chakra to god realm for the super-mega-ultra-death tech that destroyed the village. which is why he looked so sickly and skinny... and why konan was so worried about his health and rushed back to his side... on a side note, those massive receivers sticking out of his back look slightly on the moderate to highly uncomfortable level. maybe he has the biggest one coming out of his ass and that is why he is so adamant about people not understanding pain. not sure kishi would go that way though.

I think nagato will be found and he will retreat, while konan fights as a distraction. god realm will be defeated, konan will be defeated. Pain changes akatsuki's plans to destroy naruto and everything he has ever loved before taking the kyuubi.
