Excluding fillers, why wouldn't for say Naruto Anime isn't canon? It clearly follows the manga story-line (Again, excluding the fillers)?

because the animation editors can remove and add things that did or didnt happen in the manga.
the manga is the only true source because thats what is original

Here is a Scenario: Danzo vs Sasuke...

In the anime Danzo was able to transplant wind into a shuriken and throws it at Sasuke.

This never happened in the Manga. Therefore, Danzo is not able to perform such a move since he never did it in the Manga?

Your question makes no sense the anime is everything it encompasses kishi makes the manga and studio perriot overees the episode production if the anime did not include fillers then it would obviously be cannon seeing how it would play out the same as kishi's original work but since the anime catches up the manga quite frequently they need to add space and since the fillers are not part of his work then its not cannon so the anime is not cannon.

This. Even in the non-filler episodes they add and remove stuff. They have extra jutsu in the anime.

My Main argument is the battle scenes that are changed in the anime:

Sasori: Water pressure scroll
Kakuzu: Water wall and Iron skin (Even when the ? Mask was broken he still performed it)
Deidara: Puppet Clay Bombs
Danzo: Adding Wind into a shuriken

There is probably more but since didn't happen in the manga therefore it is not canon and they cannot perform these moves.
I think it is obvious that they can clearly do it without the manga showing them do it.

What does it mean to not be canon. Does that mean the anime doesn't follow the manga.

More like it isn't the EXACT story. For the most part it can be the same, but they may add things to be more entertaining that isn't quite in the manga. They do plenty of this in fights in the anime.

The non canon parts to the anime are the parts that aren't exaclty copied from the manga...AKA all the fillers since they never happened in the manga.

Also, scenes that the anime changes for a more intense battle or emotional moment.

For example when Hinata stands up against Pain in the manga she charges him and is Shinra Tenseied to the ground...and Pain then looks at Naruto and stabs her.
In the anime, Hinata tries to free Naruto and upon failing to do that procedes to fight Pain and hit him when Nagato has a coughing fit. She then tries to free Naruto once again, but is finally soundly defeated. Has a dramatic walk back to Naruto, and is then lifted in the air, thrown down and stabbed with Pain not looking at Naruto before he does it

So what do you guys think?

If some moves they did, didn't exactly happen in the manga, does that mean that they can't do it?

I would personally say they can! For example I would say Hinata could use the Chakra needles and Protection 8 trigrams 64 palms...but because people won't consider them canon I can't use them in any argument. Also, moves like Twin Lion Fist we don't know the full potential of because maybee Kishi decided it is a heavy hitting attack where the manga took more of a focused stun punch with it!

I guess it is like they could use these moves, but until they do in the manga we can't use them for any official argument :'(

See, this is why I think this is utterly stupid to not use it in any argument. "No! Danzo can't manipulate a Shuriken! He can only do it on a Kunai!"

How can this be taken seriously that you can't use it in official arguments.
