You put Bee above Itachi though he doesn't stand a chance against him. If Itachi didn't warned Bee of his own movements, he would already be finished. Put Itachi one level above and Minato one level below. Put also Bee one level below.

Maybe i forgot about something but when did Itachi beat Bee?

I know you won't believe it but Itachi is the 3rd character i like the most, and i really didn't care at all about the difference in position between Minato and Itachi. Personally when i create a thread, i don't think about how it will go, i don't think about others opinions. When i create a thread, the only thing i think about is mine, my opinion. After that i hear and discuss to others to see what they think about it. Now people could appreciate or depreciate it, but the thing i've noticed is that when Itachi is involved in a thread(especially when he isn't described as a god-like), it almost everytime turns to a flame war where people insult others or call fanboys or haters.

Don't even know if you really know what is the meaning of being a fanboy. Fanboy takes a sense when someone is overrating a character just because he likes him. It's not the case for Minato, at least it's what i think. Sure i like him more, but the manga itself place Minato in this position(if you want to complain about it, go and see Kishimoto), so in this case i don't see where i overrate him.

Now like i've said, you can believe what you want, call me a fanboy or hater if you want, you can even say i'm only playing the victime if you want, i'm not going to try to convince you anyway

So what you are basically saying is that you dont overrate Minato, just that Kishimoto somehow through the "amazing feats" he had in the manga puts him there? Its funny how most members use Kishimoto developement intentions as an excuse to overrate a character without even having an a correct view of his really true intentions, thus not meeting him.

Now that we know that you dont care about opinions of the people that thinks you are a fanboy, dont create a thread next time because most of the base think you are, just look at half of the responses you got, think its coincidence? My honest opinion, you are a fanboy, atleast one in denial, Itachi and Minato should belong in the same tier, i dont give a damn in how you place them in that tier, but this list is biased, clearly showing you what you deny, and i dont see the point on why doing so at this point when you are quite known for that.

Anyway im done with this thread, have fun discussing your list.

Reread the chapter No 549. Itachi was keeping up with Bee in Taijutsu and and warned him because latter wasn't able to keep up with Itachis speed. Itachi is stronger than Bee with safe, because he cannot counter any of the techniques Itachi can use with the Mangekyou Sharingan.

I looked again the chapter, and what i noticed is that Itachi was forced to retreat in close combat against Bee. You also forget Bee wasn't all out. He didn't use neither V1, nor V2, nor Hachibi mode against Itachi

I already know a lot of people think i'm a fanboy or Itachi hater, so nothing surprises me there, but it's only because a lot of the fanbase love Itachi so much that if i create a thread where he isn't a god-like i'll be called like that. Honestly when i joined the base it's the first thing i noticed, but if you were able to look at my first posts, you will notice that i like Itachi. One time i even overrated him so much that i thought he was stronger than EMS Madara(i created even a thread about that), but time past and i noticed i was wrong. The only thing i know is that i can't change people mind, the only thing i can do is to continue to create my threads whether people like it or not i don't really care. Like i've said only thing that count for me is to create a thread i think which make sense for me and begin to discuss and share opinions and maybe it could change my mind

Minato needs to move down one. Itachi needs to move up one. Izuna is one of the most overrated characters on this forum. The A- tier is too broad and Madara deserves his own tier.

I believe that neji should be a tier higher and Kimimaro and Haku should be a tier higher...A 100% healthy Kimi would destroy a lot of shinobi...remember he was only able to move with just sheer will power...I believe Haku should be higher due to his KKG and knowing all of Zabuza's jutsu along with being an elite tracker ninja...His ability to see a jutsu one time and immediately develop a counter for it proves that he is both analytical and a genius

Sasuke will definitively be stronger when he will have better control of Itachis eyes and maybe he will even get a power-up since he go somewhere with Orochimaru, but from what we've seen so far from him, i think he doesn't deserves to be higher, in fact i think i even put him too high enough since i think Itachi can still beat him. I only put him there because of the EMS hype

Personally i saw no difference between Kimimaro when he was sick and the Kimimaro we saw in this current war(who even had the advantage of be immortal), so i don't think he should be higher. About Haku? Maybe, i may check. I don't think Neji deserves to be higher also from what we've seen from him so far in part2, which means pretty much nothing new, when a lot of characters improved themselves

hanzo was the mizukage, so he is in the wrong tier, and he was defeated my mifune, who is also in the wrong tier, he can prevent ninja from using ninjutsu that is an impressive ability without comparison.

Easily the best and most accurate tier list ive ever seen.
No disrespect but my personal changes would be...

- Danzo should be moved down a tier
- Orochimaru should be moved up one
- Garra, Kisame, and Sasori should be moved higher within their tier
- Kimmimaru and Konan should both be above Hidan
- Kankuro should be moved up a tier
- Your also missing Suigetsu who id put in the elite ninja
- Id move Jugo to elite ninja as well
- I would also move A up as well

I would personally put Shisui higher, but his position is understandable since we haven't seen much about him.

Idk how danzo is over itachi, thats just maddness to me actually there's so many people in front of itachi that shouldnt be i cant even name them all(i could im just lazy smh). And neji under Zabuza? come on neji is kage level in a 1 on 1 if you ask me
