1.) The sage Naruto clone is not coming back until the Ma/Pa toad finish their genjutsu since they're the only ones who can do it, unless Bunta (too big I think can). This requires them to charge up their nature chakra. Clearly Naruto is going to have to rely on an external party for help. External party also refers to the Kyuubi inside of him.
I'm curious if the Pein will fall for the same genjutsu (it seems the same) as he did under Jiraiya. That's my main concern. After that they can alway reverse summon the clone, but Naruto must disperse it to get the chakra back.
2.) Fat Pein can absorb chakra of almost every type I think. If he totally drains Naruto, he's dead. He'll end up sucking in the Kyuubi chakra that mixes with Naruto's normal chakra and be burned by it. Since it is constantly mixing, I don't know if he needs to drain Naruto completely.
I've seen the question of how the fat Pein can suck in all this chakra. It's really like a first order differential equation. What matters is the balance between the rate in and the rate out. So long as the system is stable or quasi-stable, he should be OK. We don't know how much chakra fat Pein is using up draining Naruto's chakra. We also don't know if he has a dumping mechanism where he could actively or passively release chakra he absorbs. So long as he can do this, and Kishi actually cares about such details, in theory he should be OK.
3.) If somehow Danzou's ROOT ANBU are able to save Naruto, assuming he needs it, it makes no difference to me that he should be considered a superior Hokage than Tsunade. She's risked her life, and who knows yet how bad her condition is, to save countless Shinobi from death. If Danzou was the Hokage, he wouldn't have called Naruto back, and nothing would've been different except Konoha would've been in ruins, they would know less about Pein (Katsuyu knows everything the village knows), and I can't estimate how many would be dead.
4.) Team Gai is interesting. In theory they are a good matchup for God realm. Tenten, pretty useless could send countless weapons at Pein. He repulses them. Neji watches all this with his Byakuugan. He's able to co-ordinate Lee and Gai to move in during the 5s interval. I think this could probably be done without Tenten, just using Lee and Gai. The only one else with sufficient speed is Naruto, who's not capable right now. Again, in theory.
5.) I don't think now is the time for the Kyuubi to be an ass to Naruto. He respects power, and I guess somehow see's or sense's everything that happens. He knows how strong Naruto is, and he respects that. Naruto is not a little kid or immature (after time-skip), so he's at the turning point in controlling the Kyuubi even if it's not today. If Naruto gets captured, the Kyuubi will die too. The Kyuubi tends to protect Naruto in order to protect himself. I'm torn, but I don't think it will come down to it. I think the genjutsu will work long enough to get Naruto free, but not enough to trap Pein and the bodies be killed like Jiraiya did.
