there are People here that do have the Potential to do what BiBi and Nexus Do yes we need more Mods but we Also need more Postions to add to the Staff of NB i mean cmon what would happen if No Mod or Admin is Online and the Forum is in Chaos

FurtherMore, The Forum is Growing BIgger Everyday do you think strictness would work here with just 3 Admins And 5 Forum Mods O_O

Yeah, due to the different timezones there aren't always moderators online.
Maybe there should be moderators who're assigned for a special task like prediction threads etc.

There should be a position in between mod and ordinary member where someone, without mod-level authority, would be able to help the mods out with their various projects.

We already sort of have this with the senior members, but if there were a real, solid separate position, it would probly allow said senior members to work in a closer conjunction with the mods and admins, so more work would get done.

That made some ppl think they are special here? and get hyper from the "excitement" of being able to judge people? I even saw posts like:
"I don't want anyone else posting here, i will report him/her" and a member can't say that in a public thread. >.>
So, i completely disagree with this, yes more moderators might be needed but i do not support this "position between mods and members" ^^

to Become a Mod you have to Fill out a Mod Application and the Admins will choose and Somehow when we lost 2 mods Rei Uchiha automaticcly became a Mod which is Kinda unfair since there was no Application part of the Forum

Just having some ideas about nb doesn't make you good for a mod.
Other things are needed and each moderator is picked because he/she has some qualities^^

Seriously, now I guess you might have a point there bisha.
Too many things must be done for the forum, too many suggestions and too many complains. And for all those we can only agree and promote, or decline, but they don't need only the moderators to actually happen.
Also for everything happening here, there are people complaining that it is not done properly.
So whatever a mod decides to do, he/she knows by definition that people will start whining.
If you can believe it, someone gave me a bad rep cause i asked to be polite to new members, clarifying that i wasn't referring to a specific person but to all!!! This is how .... some people can be ^^

im seriosly annoyed and sick of some of the mods and i think they should be demoded imediatly, i think the admins need to find more efficiant kind and helpful mods...altough i am happy with nexus and Rei but the rest should be checked up or sumthin because they constantly take advantage of the rules and makes some people uncompfhertable. its just my opnion though u guys are free to think differently

You don't know everything that has happened here, so i am sorry I don't agree.

All mods are chosen for specific reasons and we all do the best we can, with the powers we are given.
Even if some times it doesn't seem like this :S

And now I am closing this, cause some people might get insulted of some posts and i don't want this to turn into another Mod Competition.
