i was thinking this through and saw this as well and this is a suggestion


i think there should be Welll more Staff Positions here on NB since right now theres only only:Admin,Forum Mod,and Regular Memeber staff


there should be like:Super Moderators who instead of Controlling Some Parts of the Forum Control all the Parts of the Forum like Moderator Powers cept the can do it all around the Forum

there should also be like Webmasters:Zonder Domi and Versuvio who control the Entire Site and can do whatever they want to it

then there Regular Admins who have well Same powers as Webmasters cept without Changing the Forum Look and stuff like that

good thing or No?

Memeber Staff then Forum Mod Then Super Mod then Admin then Webmaster thats the order with Memeber staff at the bottom and Webmaster at the Top

to be Clear this isnt my Idea one of My Friends suggested it

there are People here that do have the Potential to do what BiBi and Nexus Do yes we need more Mods but we Also need more Postions to add to the Staff of NB i mean cmon what would happen if No Mod or Admin is Online and the Forum is in Chaos

FurtherMore, The Forum is Growing BIgger Everyday do you think strictness would work here with just 3 Admins And 5 Forum Mods O_O

lol seriously, they need help the custom tread is always full and it take a hole week to get an answer...

i know right >_< thats why there should be Atleast More Moderators or make more Staff postions ~_~ Because Right Now the Mods have too Much Work on there Hands

to Become a Mod you have to Fill out a Mod Application and the Admins will choose and Somehow when we lost 2 mods Rei Uchiha automaticcly became a Mod which is Kinda unfair since there was no Application part of the Forum

There should be a position in between mod and ordinary member where someone, without mod-level authority, would be able to help the mods out with their various projects.

We already sort of have this with the senior members, but if there were a real, solid separate position, it would probly allow said senior members to work in a closer conjunction with the mods and admins, so more work would get done.

yeh, we all know everyone would like to become a mod lol

but be aware, that 2 mods are better then 10 lazy, faulty ones

i'm pretty sure some of the suggested things here will happen, but u all need to be patient, its already hard enough for the admins to keep the site up and running, and mods to keep it clean, and handle all the additional stuff we're doing for you like customs jutsus/elements, missions etc.

it very hard to choose competent mods, and admins think about it all the time dob't forget that they are always helping, and caring about u
