The genjutsu that Tobi put on Yagura.

Here, Mei believes KA was connected to the genjutsu put on Yagura because of the sheer power of the genjutsu. Remember, KA is Shisui's special ability. Also, Yagura was a perfect jinchuriki so the genjutsu must be powerful. Anyways, Tobi could of possessed a genjutsu at one point that was similar to Shisui's since that's his Son or grand son.

Sweet! I did think about the family tree just like that... but I never considered that Obito could have had a little brother called Shisui!!! O.O Remarkable!

And the rest of the story pretty much fits... Well, personally I still don't think Tobi has MS... but that he tried getting it by killing Rin, didn't work probably because he didn't have a pair - hates Kakashi for ruining his plans, AGAIN - hates Kakashi even more seeing he got his own MS somehow...

MS: Tobi has a Kamui level jutsu because he is Uchiha, he is better trained and more comfortable with the Sharingan, that's what I think about it...

One more thing, assuming all you said is true, I am trying to imagine Kakashi's face when he discovers Tobi killed Rin!!! THAT would be epic for anybody who wants to see Kakashi running wild!!! :y
