I love how everybody just flat out ignores the rules. Yet, the mods don't do anything about it. Now, I wonder why people wont follow rules that aren't even enforced.... Hmmm...........?

a true uchiha , does not need senju cells to perform uchiha tech so why did Tobi say you need it to perform izinagi because he is not a a full blooded uchiha.

He was probably just explaining how it work,and if your not an Uchiha/senju then you need the cells.He said nothing about being half blooded.

One gaping hole in your theory is that Orochimaru is the one who invented that jutsu his decent into madness stemmed from his desire to learn every known jutsu and in order to do that he had to become immortal. He also is sited as the first to exsperiment with the dna of other ninjas but that is just conjecture; zetsu does seem to be a product of Hashirama's chakra ( his comment about being the forest is why I say that) but I doubt "Madara" created him, I think that Orichimaru is headed to Zetsu with Sasuke right now, but that's another story entirely; nice try though.Well...I have read many theories about Tobi's identity and I decided it was time to throw my own. Remember, I'm not suggesting that I'm right, just speculating.
So...Tobi actually is Uchiha Madara.Shocking right? (sarcasm)
Now let me explain.
We read about big clash between Madara and Hashirama and Tobi claims that he survived...gravely injured but survived nonetheless.
How is that possible?
Let me introduce Mr. Orochimaru and his Living Corpse Reincarnation jutsu.
With this jutsu Orochimaru could transfer his soul to another body granting him "immortality". But is it his original jutsu? What if the original creator of this jutsu is Uchiha Madara?
Stay with me it will be interesting.
I think that Madara was indeed the creator of this jutsu and he used it after the battle with Hashirama when he was injured. He probably took body of some fodder ninja just so he could survive. But from that point on he was trying to get body of an Uchiha (so that he would have Sharingan back). But unfortunately he was unable to get one. During that time he was experimenting with Hashirama's cells that he acquired during their battle. Thus...creating Zetsu.
With Zetsu's help he was spying on Konoha. Then came the famous battle in which Obito had awakened Sharingan but was ultimately crushed by rocks. Zetsu seeing that alarmed Madara. After Kakashi and his team left Madara got to work. He took Obito's corpse from the rubble. He saw that right side of the corpse was crushed but the precious eye was still intact. So with Zetsu's help he reformed the corpse and used his soul transfer justu thus creating Tobi (he knew Obito's name and decided to play game with letters to **** with others minds).
I highlighted right side because so far the only injury Tobi had was created on his right side. Right arm to be precise - when he tore it it didn't look like normal arm but like part of Zetsu ( my guess is he can't feel pain in the right side either ).
Now if you'll say things like how could Orochimaru took Madara's jutsu I have one word: Akatsuki.
We know that at one point Orochimaru joined Akatsuki, but! Would he join just because they asked him nicely? It's farfetched but I think that Madara saw Orochimaru as a valuable asset and to make his offer irresistible he offered him his soul transfer jutsu as a gift thus making Orochimaru join.
And yes...for quite some time he had Sasuke's body near him so why didn't he took it? First, after that much time he was comfortable in Obito's body. Second, it would probably take some time to be adapt to Sasuke's body.
Third thing that points to this: Tobi is repeating same thing for quite some time : that Naruto is just a pawn to stimulate Sasuke - and why? Becasue if he'll transfer his soul again he wants the new body to be as strong as it can get.
And that is all. I thnik it fits quite nicely. Even with Tobi's claim that he wanted Nagato to use his ressurection on himself.

Exactly. I mean Itachi can use Izanami which is the polar opposite of Izanagi so tobi might not even be an Uchiha.

Really? Madara coming up with that jutsu? I'm not buying it. The living corpse reincarnation jutsu goes along with Orochimaru's white snake theme, and I'm pretty damn sure it's his original jutsu.
