I dont think Tobi is Obito or vice versa.... Even Kakashi asked him where he got the eye from but d funny thing is that Tobi has a whole storage of eyes in the hideout if anyone has noticed.

Btw did anyone notice that Tobi was watching Kakashi while he was standing at d grave? I bet he must be someone that knows Obito well and must be a family member close enough to share d same eye techniques and connections with Kakashi (obito) eye, most likely wld be his dad bcos the only difference from their mangekyo is that Kakashi uses it as Kamui and Tobi practices S/T.

Also, I believe Kisame must hv known who he was cos he saw his face.

But I believe Kishi is still using his biggest genjutsu on us to troll us bcos by next episode, Naruto/Kurama will get close to tobi and take out his mask but Madara will then come to d battle field and so does d villagers and Sasuke and Oro. D whole truth then has to come out and Naruto right in front of d villagers will defeat dem.... he might get into trouble as well and Sasuke will defend him and they reunite team 7. Naruto activate d jutsu to use all tailed beast chakra in him.

Tobi IS Obito !!!

1. Episode 249(05:17), kakashi, gai etc. They are young adults. And they are not kids at 13 years old like some of you have said. So Tobi(Obito) is at the same height of yondaime.

2. Tobi(Obito): It's to late to regret. "heroes dont have to make pitiful excuses infront of graves."

Obito says in kakashi gaiden, that he lookes up to him as a great jounin (hero).
And kakashi been on that "Hero gravestone" every morning since obito/rin died.
So Obito must have been seen him and listened. See what kakashi did with his sharingan, if he moved on etc.
And how could he have known of Kakashis regret about obito and rin?

3. After still bein' alive and see rin, kakashi etc. regret bein' able to save him. And cry at the gravestones. All the sorrow in the world after peoples deaths in war etc. Made him the madman he is today "TOBI".

4. What importance should it be if now as some say, Zetsu spy on kakshi when he's at the gravestone? NOTHING!

Just live with its a madman Obito coming back.
Another thing in kakashi gaiden, obito say "my right side is ALMOST crushed". In other words his sharingan could have awakened and saved his body.

Well that is a little harsh and unfair to us logical thinkers who think that tobi is obito. There could be countless other reasons for him joining the akatsuki. Think about this from tobi's perspective. In his eyes, he is not taking over the world, but he is bringing about a world where true peace exist. The way he choses to do this is by taking away free choice and willpower and making everything the way he says it should be. There is nothing inherently 'evil' about that, even though it's wrong.

You know who else was a nice kid? Nagato. He genuinely cared about his friends as well. Where was he right before the end of his life? Trying to create pain to bring about peace. Danzo was also a good guy. Or at least he was trying to do what was best for Konoha. He made people kill the people closest to them and live an emotionless life in order to accomplish his goals. Was it right? No. Was it evil? The means were, the ends were not. Tobi is/could be in the same situation. All he wants to do is bring about a world without regret, a world of peace. Those are the ends, and to someone who thinks the end justifies the means, then only the end is calculated in the act, making his actions actually good. To him at least. Motive is not an issue, because no matter who it is motive is gonna need a back story anyway.

I hate you too then. Tobi is not Obito, that would make for a terrible plot and like i said Kishi wouldnt do that...a guy that was part of like one episode in Kakashi's past? It would be understandable if Kakashi was the main character, but no its Naruto.

And motive is definitely an issue or else Naruto would just be filled with fluff if it was just sum stretched out backstory that links one point from another. Has to be logical.

Actually age is irrevelent cause tobi looks the same as he was like 16 years ago. We would only know if he is matured see both sides of his face. When half his face is in bad shape cant predict his age. Plus obito was little older than kakashi. If kakashi was 17 he would be like 19, a young man. When tobi faced minato tobi looked pretty young, his limbs were skinny and young. I think his limbs made up of zetsu material difficult to tell his age unless compeletely takes off mask. Tobi didnt real fight minato, he was just letting minato attack pass through. If tobi was obito would have anticipated minatos moves, so was able to fight him on par, but couldnt defeat his master cause no one can match his speed. So obito age and tobi fight with minato would be irrevelant when considering him as tobi

I had this thought but Tobi seemed so casual about him having taken Obito's eye. I think he would have shown some more emotion if he was his father. Besides it's kinda weird if he had taken his son's eye and implanted it in his own eye socket

some people are crazy, that Tobi has Obito's eye doesnt make him Obito. I had always thought that Tobi's eye is obito's own since its connected to Kakashi's sharingan also. but I believe that Tobi will be Uchiha Kagami who might be Obito's Father or Uchiha Fugaku, Sasuke's Dad or Izuna. if u guys remember when he fought Konan, the other part of his eye was shown and he had a sharingan there, which he usually always kept closed.

Don't forget that roughly the time when obito died, Tobi fought the 4th.) We know that Madara had a brother. We also know that madara took his eyes when he was blind. We know that Tobi is gathering eyes. We now know that Tobi took obito's sharingan. Do you see where i am going?
I think kishi is giving us hints since the begining. If you see the facts, and only them, we know that tobi has a clear connection with, Madara, Obito, Uchiha and Senju. I can see only one guy who is capable of that. IZUNA.

whoever thinks tobi is obito obviously doesn't follow the timeline good.the timeline is proof enough that tobi isnt obito.you cant just ignore the timeline because it is the best proof there is.tobi is probably using obito's body or eye but, he isnt the real obito.my guess is that tobi is either the elder son or izuna.

i know this is an old episode of naruto and you guys probably forgot what happened in the fight between orochimaru and the 3rd hokage. but i wanted to ask who do you guys think was the 3rd person orochimaru was going to bring back to life? at the beginning of the fight, he resurrected the 1st hokage, then the 2nd, then when he was gonna resuurect the 3rd person,the 3rd hokage stopped him from resurrecting that person.
