I don't think he has his Sharigan, could someone link me to where this was confirmed? Also, I don't Kakashi is going blind because the even though he doesn't have EMS, he still has a transplanted Sharigan.

Tobi and Obito may be connected but they are not the same person, think about it Tobi used the nine tails to attack konoha when naruto was born which was shortly after obito's death most likely a year or 2, and when the villagers were being evacuated you saw all the kids including kakashi Guy, etc now then if tobi and obito were the same person how come tobi had an adult body when attacking konoha? It was a one year interval between Obito's death and Minato's death. If you compare 13 year old Kakashi to 14 year old Kakashi, you'll see that he had a massive growth spurt himself. So I guess it's also plausible for Obito too

i think that tobi has MS but he didnt show or use it yet becoz it was not nesassary to.. he must have MS becoz :-
1) To perform a infinite tsukuyomi , he must posses the MS like kakashi , he must use MS before start tsukuyomi.
2) to posses a rinnegan eyes, an uchiha member should has MS first becoz rinnegan is the extension of MS. like madara he got rinnegan after his MS evolved.
3) and his normal sharingan is already enough to fight , and if he use his MS ithink that no one will ever compete him.

sadly he is on the bad side, wish he can turn into good side

Tobi having MS isn't confirmed.

Don't jump to conclusions.

I have come to the conclusion... TOBI IS TOBIRAMA! He acted as a decoy so his squad could get away, right? So no body can really confirm that he is dead! He could have also taken the Sharingan off Obito when he sees him crushed under a rock!

What will people do if Tobi and Kakashi sharigan are Obito's eyes? What will people do if Tobi turns out to be Obito, rebuilt bye Madara/Zetsu? Kishi is cooking something up that may leave a bad tasted in some people mouth for sure and please others for sure.

Yeah I've read it, it's confirmed that Tobi uses only one jutsu, it wasn't even confirmed that Kamui is the same thing. You clearly said "confirmed", it is not.
The point is I saw him suck up Konan's paper bombs with his regular sharingan, perhaps he just has that ability... He just has it...

Are you high? Kakashi asked him where he got it, and he stated the bridge where Obito died.. seems like it has been confirmed...

Dude 1 how does he have Obito's Sharingan specifically while having both eyes, he used up one, obviously damage and nearly useless, eye with Izangi during the battle with Konan... How does he have Obito's Sharingan when his Sharingan is Identical to that of Madara's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and not look like Obito/Kakashi's Mangekyou Sharingan

And to explain how he has had it for "17 years" with out is burning out?
First Tobi obviously knows and has revealed to us secrets that could have only been known to the higher ups of the Uchiha Clan and the Leaf Village decades ago during the time Madara Uchiha and the 1st Hokage, which is why it was so easy for him to masquerade as Madara Uchiha... and Tobi has an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan Identical to that of Madara Uchiha's, which explains how he has kept its power for so long.

Whoever Tobi is he is obviously much older than he seems and must have extended his life in someway by some ninjutsu or he's just old and kept himself in really good shape, and was alive in the generation of Madara and Hashirama and must have stolen the eyes from Madara's Corpse and gained control of the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan but could not unlock the Rinnengan from the eyes or not known that EMS had the potential to unlock the Rinnengan and thought they were unrelated.

The Whole Tobi=Obito thing is ridiculous really the odds that one is the other were so outside the realm of possibility that it was just a bad joke and the odds have diminished since... All Obito/Tobi theories at this point in the game (or 200 Chapters ago) are so outside the realm of possibilities that it's ridiculous... and that's saying something considering we're talking about a fantasy story.

He has Obito's Sharingan because he directly referenced it in Chapter 597

Obito and Kakashi were 10-12 year old Kids when 9 Tailed Beast Attacked Konoha and yet the 4th Hokage fought with Tobi (who I am pretty sure was not 10-12 years old Obito)....

I do not get the Logic a single bit..... Tobi is someone from Past and not Obito's timezone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is definitely intertwined with obito though. His sharingan is in Tobi's possession...

He's not Obito, but he has something to do with him..

We know tobi can use Earth Style techniques, maybe he was disguised as one of the rock ninja during the battle and recovered the sharingan?

Ok then, Kakashi's MS, which is Obito's MS, uses the s/t ninjutsu Kamui. Tobi has Obito's other sharingan, so it's safe to assume that Tobi also has MS and that's why he can use the s/t ninjutsu that connects his eye to the one Kakashi has. He also controlled the Kyuubi which is something else that requires the MS

i dont think its confirmed that tobi had already obtained obito's sharingan when he attacked the leaf......i mean even kakashi hadnt obtained anything big at that time with obito's eye and obito's eye had just obtained sharingan when he got killed.....dont you think your assumption is a bit far fetched?

even tobi's voice when he faced the 4th hokage(during 9 tails attack at konoha) is the same as current tobi during the war, whereas when obito died next to kakashi he was hardly a teen! (and that incident took place somewhere around the same time tobi used 9 tails)

AND it has never been confirmed or seen that his eye made the move to MS during any fight or tech. We have yet to see his MS Design. He has a regular Obito Sharingan. Thats why he had only one eye hole in his mask.

Um actually Tobi had two sharingan before he took Nagato's eyes. He used the second one as Izanagi fodder against Konan.
