there is also a possibility that tobi is obito isnt it???since they have the same sharingan his hair somewhat remindes obitos..:shrug: and again the crushed part of his body must have been replaced by zetsu...in some battle when that part gets damaged he rips it off and later he had it fixed...

Just though about something you know how all the Pains could see what each other was looking at cause there eyes where connected maybe its the same with Kakashi and Tobi so in other words Tobi can see what Kakashi is doing hence thats how he knows all this stuff about Kakashi

This whole Tobi having Obito's eyes makes sense seeing as they use the same dimension. And the fact that Tobi's technique is more advanced than Kakhasi's is obvious since Obito died when Kakhasi was a boy but Tobi was an adult (when he faught the 4th he was an adoult and Kakhasi was his yung student)
BUT - and this is importent - I don't think Tobi is Obitos brother.
The reason: After Kabuto raised Madara from the dead he had a conversation with him trough the kage he tells him that the other Madara (Tobi) wasn't keeping to their plan whitch means they know eachother. So I don't think Tobi fits the "Obito's brother" age group.

in the latest manga 597, when kakashi finds dat Tobi is using Obito's sharingan!!!, kakashi gets angry, and tobi says "reality is moving forward fast"...Now wat is dat "REALITY"????

But Sasuke got it at an early age. Plus Obito didn't havo to have MS for Tobi to have it. He probably developed it on his own (if he did). I think he found a loophole so he can use MS powers without the actual MS transformation - he is kbown to be a pretty crafty man...
1. Where did he get the first MS from?
2. Where did he get the second MS from?
3. Obito didn't have MS.
4. Obito could still talk after he was crushe,d whitch means his brain was still intact, whitch means there was enaugh space for his eye to survive (plus the 4th hokages whole upperbody was pierced by kyubi and he still lived for a while so everything is possible)

Heres my Theory with this:
Tobi does have Obito's second eye, this eye helps him use his space time technique. What I find puzzling is that this eye technique surpasses the 2nd & 4th Hokages space time abilities (as quoted by Minato himself).
Can a normal sharigan really be that powerful? I dont think it can. Similar to the way Kakashi unlocked the MS I think so has Tobi with this eye but has gone beyond that stage and taken it to EMS level.
I think Tobi is a blood relative of Obito, It makes no sense to me how he can mass spam this technique and not loose the light in his eyes. even having MS would still mean that eye would go blind. Only way he can keep this up and without having such a drain on chakra is to be somehow connected by blood to Obito and have iunlocked to EMS.
Now we havnt seen an EMS eye so that would make the above theory weak somewhat, but my argument here would be Kishi has done it deliberately not to show it otherwise there would be less suspense with the character of Tobi.
EDIT: I wonder if non-uchia are able to mass spam MS abilities without loosing the light in the eyes. As the eye they received in the first place was not theirs. Only Kakashi (and maybe tobi) fall in this category. Both have not gone blind yet.

Ok its clear that Tobi has Obito's sharingan but what isn't clear is whether or not he's using MS, EMS. or ordinary sharingan to use his s/t ninjutsu. Now I don't have a theory but I do have facts. Kakashi uses MS in his left eye to activate kamui and this s/t ninjutsu has the user focus on a target and it transports it to the other dimension. Tobi's s/t ninjustsu however transports himself,parts of his body and others that into his right eye.
Now there's something we should also consider. Other uchihas we know of with MS have different abilities in their left and right eye. So why shouldnt obito's be any different. Maybe the left eye uses a more long range s/t ninjutsu while the right eye is close ranged and self inflicting. Meaning Tobi is most likely using MS. How? IDK he's a mad genius I'm sure he found some sharingan loophole.

Lol that's almost the exact same theory I believe. If you combine several of my threads, you would reach the same exact conclusion. I'm glad someone finally decided to sum everything up
Tobi has to have EMS because its take MS to control the kyuubi and he was able to do that back when Minato was still alive. If he just has MS his sight wouldve been gone a long time ago. ALso in 488 tobi is seen with a room full of sharingans which im sure he got from the dead Uchiha he helped Itachi kill. it would have been possible that he's been transplanting new sharingan when his eyes lose sight, or he could have awakened MS in 2 or 4 sharingan and transplanted the other set to awaken EMS. Its also possible that Tobi is Obito because if Obito could have somehow survived and later collected all of the Uchiha sharingan, than its possible Obito could have replaced the sharingan he lost and the one he gave to Kakashi.
