Been saying Tobi is Obito for a while now, and while this chapter didn't say, it was a pretty big push in that direction.

i disagree. there is no support to that claim. Timeline makes it still not possible. and by time line i mean that Obito can't be old and young at the same time. obito was alive when the 4th fought tobi and he was the 4ths student. how can he be as tall as the 4th when naruto and his mom were attacked. 2 he is as old as kakashi and kakashi looks like he is in his 20's.
plus in the fight where the 4th is fighting tobi you get no sense that the 4th knows anything about him and the forth was one of the top ninjas. If obito is tobi then how did he give nagato the rennigan or manipulate the mist kage. please explain because if you have a good explanation i will help support your claim.

Kakashi is going to be blind in one eye by the end of this war but it is a small price to pay for beating Tobi I guess.

Lets say tobi is obito. Idk who tobi is but lets just say he is. If kakashi does end up blind. Can't he not take tobi's eye to replace his sharingan. Also if tobi does have MS or EMS. Maybe the reason kishi hasnt shown it because if it ends up being that tobi is obito or has obito's right eye. The design of the MS would be the same. Revealing who he is or where he got his eye from. But yeah. Kakashi could just take his eye after the battle and if is an EMS eye. Kakashi wouldnt have to worry about going blind for the next Arc.

Yes! This means that any attack they throw at him can now hit him, if they can't in the physical world, then they just transport it to the the dimension. At this point, its just a matter of tobi physically dodging and deflecting their attacks rather than becoming intangible.Huge problem for tobi, can't wait for next chapter. It seems i run thru these chapters in like 1 minute!

I think kakshi will not waste kamui's to just wear tobi down. that last one was a test to see if the theory was correct. now they will coordinate an attack that will land and end the fight. problem is tobi knows they know how. they will only get one more hit. unless he runs out of chakra. I somehow think that whoever tobi is he was either dead and resurected by the same power nagato had or he is part zetsu/1st part uchiha.

i think when a sharingan finds a new host (as EMS works ) maybe it never goes blind .

Kakashi found out about MS blindness by starting to experience it. We don't know if Kakashi's vision has deteriorated significantly or not, but we do know that he noticed a little deterioration in his own vision by the time he revealed to the reader that he had MS. Kakashi is MS blindness patient zero, as far as the reader is concerned.

When the Kyuubi attacked Konoha, Obito would have been 14. Tobi seemed like an adult then, not a 14 year old. This also gives Obito one year in which to transform from a half crushed wussy to Tobi the badass.

Kishi is clearly hinting that Obito is part of Tobi's mystery. It doesn't make sense that Tobi IS Obito because to too many reason that have been repeated here ad infinitum. I agree with whomever said that Tobi could Obito's father (possibly Kagami) for many reasons. He would have motive to hate the leaf and side with Madara's perspective on the leaf/Senju, due to Obito's death not being prevented. He would know Kakashi and Guy personally. He could either have taken Obito's remaining eye, or the family might even have the same ability innately and it was passed down to Obito, just wasn't usable until Kakashi implanted it.

There are some mysteries that if revealed might give us more information on Tobi, Kakashi and Kamui. How did Kakashi unlock his MS when he's not an Uchiha nor having to kill his brother? Why does Tobi not seem to need a MS, but is able to use STM/Kamui though Kakashi requires it? Just what/where is this alternate dimension that Tobi and Kakashi are able to access?

While everybody is concerned about Tobi's identity, what has really been bugging me is Zetsu's identity. He seems linked to everything somehow and I think that finding out his history will reveal much much more than knowing Tobi's. We know Zetsu is somehow connected to Hashirama Senju, the Gedo Mazo, Tobi, is one of the absolute first members of Akatsuki, has completely unique abilities including becoming part of the land itself, and has two independent parts seemingly representative of yin and yang. Most importantly we haven't been told ANYTHING about his history.

As far has Kakashi running out of chakra and dying or being KO'ed by overuse of Kamui. I think that he's practiced enough now that he can simply use it much more efficiently than previously. We've seen this being the case with many techniques in the series. As for blindness, that's a tougher one. Maybe Kamui isn't a MS technique at all. Tobi is able to use it without a MS and it seems to not be a significant chakra drain on him at all. Perhaps Kakashi is starting to match Tobi's efficiency with the tech.

Kishi is trying to compensate what he said earlier in an interview, "Kakshi has to do something great in this manga" and He is doing so...........Great analysis of Tobi's jutsu and great war plan. Though, I still wonder how Kakshi is still able to use MS technique with only one donated eye...............This needs explanation.

It's true that right now Tobi and Kakashi using same dimension and still we don't see a offensive action from TObi yet, whilst others r using their best...........As Tobi is using dimension for long enough, I reckon he could easily roam around dimension to dimension. So, TObi just needs to change his dimension what he is using now to avoid Kakashi's kamui............Hope to see some offensive tech from TObi............If we don't, then the manga would be lame.

Im just wondering now, if we've seen Kakashi in the afterlife see obito, rin and minato, wouldn't that mean they're all dead? He met his father too during the pain arc when pain fought Kakashi.

I saw that as just a dying vision Kakashi had. Even if Obito wasn't dead, in Kakashi's mind he is.

Yeah, i think his identity will be revealed in the next 2 chapters or so.

Stop its not obitoo people comonn ... anyway for some reason i thought tobi's ninjutsu was more of a izangai type. but on a lot less quality just so he doesnt have to sacrifice an eye. Kind of like a time foward ability..

naruto holding his arm foward when he goes thru him.. now if my hypothesis is correct,, if kakashi sent the rasengan into the other dimension it wouldnt have caused naruto's arm to get tossed back

in the next page when the rasengan hit. Because kakashi sent only the rasengan not naruto's arm it wouldve ripped off.

so it kind of seemed as if its a time foward ninjutsu/genjutsu and like izanagi where he controls the whole battlefield.

the reason 4th landed rasengan is because the tap is the exact moment in the future he is about to grab u from the present

Tobi is overconfident that if he keeps with the s/t techniques they wont hit him. He was wrong. Now, because he was surprised and Kakashi found a weakness, maybe he'll pull rinnegan techniques out of his a**.

Wrong. His fight with Konan disproves this. He teleports by absorbing himself. He is solid when he absorbs something. That's how he got hurt by fighting Konan. If his intangibility came from teleporting that fast, then he wouldn't have had a problem fighting her, nor anybody. He could just telespam the place like Minato and pwn them.

I thought the same thing, too. But I guess we have to assume that after all this time he has continued to develope his sharingan endurance. I'm guessing in the next chapter (or next series of chapters) Kakashi will tell us his new limit.

Tobi looked super pissed when they noticed that his mask was scratched. The big mystery in this chapter is: Who or what is Uchiha Kaenjin?! Is that the identity of Tobi? Since he did say aloud, "Do not understimate me!." In his mind he could be thinking to himself, "Do not underestimate Uchiha Kaenjin!"

From my knowledge it could well off be a name of an Uchiha clan member, since it would seem out of place to name a barrier ninjutsu in such a manner.

Then again it could be just one of Tobi's special moves. But I'm still perplexed onto what it truly means. Does Kaenjin perhaps mean something in Japanese? Who knows?
