Katon&Doton: Iwa-nenshou Tatsumaki | Fire&Earth Style: Cinder Tornado

Description: After a fire has been doused and cinders are remaining. The user builds up and channels his fire chakara into the cinders to increase the heat. If the user does not manipulate these burning cinders within 3 turns the cinders will cool, crumble and will not be able to use them. The cinders size vary from pebbles to rocks the size of a fist. Once the fire chakara increase the heat the user then stops channeling his fire chakara and uses his earth chakara manipulate the cinders movements as they are composed of earth, then preforms the Snake, Boar and Tiger hand-seals and forms a violently twister from hundreds of severely hot cinders directed towards the users target at great speeds. It reaches up to about 20 meters in height and has a diameter of 7'1/2 meters. The cinder tornado is very difficult to dodge due to the sheer size of it and its speed towards its target.
Note: Can only be used when a fire is put out by Fire Style: Douse
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle
Note: Must have begun training in both elements and be up to A rank in at least one.

Description: This staff is a long staff crafted by the elders of Iwagakure during the 2nd shinobi world war. The staff is 2 meters long. It has a small, metal cross blade at the end of it and it has a metal section stretching up 1 meter of the staff. It then continues with an extremely dense wood, infused with a special chakara that has made it unbreakable. The grip of the handle fits perfectly to the users palm and has a band which wraps around the users wrist so it will not fall off. The user can swipe this staff along the ground while infusing his doton chakara through it and and earth wall will rise where the user swiped the staff. The staff's blade must tear the ground so the wall will rise up from the ground. The wall is 5 meters in height and is very thick. The wall is able to stop A rank of any cannon elemental jutsu except lightning which it can stop B rank.

Description: Similar to Temari's "Wind Ryder Technique" the user will release his wind chakra outwards and manipulate the air currents beneath his war-fan, or any other fan big enough to be ridden on. He will then jump onto the war-fan as he rides it like a surfboard and is able to go airborne at fairly fast speeds like any traveling wind technique at its peak traveling speed. If the user wishes, he can utilize the war-fan while it is strapped to his back to initiate flight similar to how a kite is flown, however with the user attached to the bottom of it. The user can only glide/ride in a linear manner and not freely fly like regular flight techniques. The user can only change locations in mid flight once(ex. Gain height while going upwards during activation then choose the linear traveling path). After the liner path travel has completed the user will be suspended in mid-air for a total of two turns before the air currents are reduce back to normal, causing the user to start free-falling back down into the ground.

Description: *The amp is a gold, dual pronged baton that appears very similar to a cattle rod. It is able to extend and retract it whenever the user draws and seathes the Weopan respectively. The Amp is utilized mainly for melee and close quarter combat with any hostile he would encounter. Channeling lightning chakra into the weapon and the Amp is capable of unleashing a thousand volts into every strike made.The user is able to perform several acrobatic moves that enable him to take down human-sized hostiles with ease. Electricity runs in between the two prongs whenever it is swung. The user can *attach a rope of electrical energy at the hilt of the amp and use it to extend the range of the amp.*The tether has a long, limited range. If the amp is weilded by anyone other than 'Echo..' then it will send alot of bolts into whoever it touches, stunning them.*

Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

-It can be used three times back to back when it is stretched out. After the third use it has to retract to recover for one turn.

He wasn`t proud with it so he did more experimenting and made a material that stretched, is thick which makes it a strong material and able to channel normal chakra through it so it can be manipulate it for various objectives. The objectives are, throwing weapons, wielding a katana, and punching an opponent. The material is shaped like a scarf with a hand on the end and is all black.

No the lightning wouldn't hit me because it would go around me the description says "everywhere around the user".

It was said to be a forbidden black smith material back in the day. Nether the less. It could infuse The Scorch KG. Since the sword could hold the extreme heat of a SCORCH KG, they had to make a holster that could stand the extreme heat. The Holster is white with Silver lines down the middle. The holster can be equipped on the side of the person. This blade is special because of how it can be used. The User will draw his blade out Channeling his Chakra into the sword giving it the Scorch Ability. Once Drawn, the Sword Can emit scorch heat waves. The heat waves emit by the user simply Channeling his chakra into the blade (like said before). The user can only emit Scorch Chakra through the blade 5 times. .... The Scorch Heat wave can be used in a offensive way also. The user will swing his sword causing massive heat waves. The heat waves will form into scorch orbs . (Can form up to 4 Scorch orbs at a time)

Description: The User will first start off by doing a sequence of 4 handseals. Once done the user will exhale alot of hot air (heat waves) from their mouth, heading towards the opponent , Behind them.. These heatwaves are not harmful, and they are not visible to the naked eye. Once done, in a matter of seconds (About 3 seconds) the user will do the tiger handseal. With Great haste the Heatwaves form a Huge Scorch Sun. About the size of the earth mountain aandwhich (Just giving a rough outlook on how tall and wide it is) This Sun purpose is to not drain the water out of the opponent. But to Drain the Water Chakra out of the opponent . Causing the Opponent not to be able to use any Water Jutsu As long as it stays on the field. The Scorch Sun is beyond long range but still have a Major affect on the opponent. As the heatwaves will travel towards them attacking their water chakra system. Due to the large strain of jutsu this is. The user will suffer dizzyness for about 5seconds..

Description : The user concentrates wind chakra into either their left or right arm and then thrusts it forward and releases a large, condensed beam of wind towards any direction they like. Upon the wind beam reaching short-range, it explodes into a barrage of wind hands with detached arms. The hands race among themselves, pushing other hands behind them, making the illusionary sight that there are thousands of hands whereas in actual, there are only about twenty. The hands are as strong as hurricanes that can knock enemies down easily and thats basically what they do. They will continue to harass the enemy all over their body, not letting them the chance to get back on their feet until dealt with or released.

Due to it being the user's chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this water created be the user, it will great a burst of rotating water on impact from the user, creating a forceful blast of rotating water forwards which can cause create a strong impact, almost like being punched by tsunade. The water release forwards only goes 3-4 feet, but it can soak an opponent.

Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time

Too small for the damage you describe. Anything short range from them, barely noticeable, can be done anywhere within short-long range and you can do as much as you want. Not only that but how come these can be materialized out of thin air? Earth techniques so far are done in 3 ways: Summoning portal (sticky drop, earthen lid), from your own body or by manipulating existing earth. Not from thin air.

With the ability to absorb its wielder's chakra, Tetsujō is able to repair itself, making it very hard to remove from the user's body.

The thing is that seals require a medium to seal something into. That medium is generally the scrolls and the sealing formulas produced. You can't assume you can make all seals work without a medium and by writing in thin air when they were all designed to work like that. You can submit individual sealing techniques that can be made without the need for scrolls, tags, etc. but you can't, in any way make all of the existing fuuin become usable in this manner. Not only that, but adding +10 to fuuin is something i will never approve and this would also be a hidden ability, not a CJ on itself, thus it can't be submitted.

I can't let you insert your chakra into enemy techniques and simply dispel them like that. What you are saying is that you melt any ice in the field, be it yours or your enemies without any cost to yourself and just like that. Regardless of rank and size and etc. Like this, it can't be approved.

Soooo, why is this long range and why is it S-Rank and why does it do full damage to you?besides, if a nerve is clamped from inside your body it has great consequences in terms of mobility and sensitivity of the area that nerve pertains to.

Description: Beetle Mode(BM) is achieved by the balanced combination of a ninja's chakra with the spiritual energy. The user, unlike most modes, doesn’t have to stand still in a motionless state and gathers up chakra. The user will draw in the chakra and mix them both. This takes time to achieve (1 turn). When the user has achieved BM, the user’s skin becomes dark and harden throughout his body like an exoskeleton of a beetle, capable of blocking normal weapons and withstanding C-rank and below attacks (Earth, water, and wind only). His eyes become jet black compound eyes (like that of beetles), as such the user is granted the ability to track fast movements (not as well as the Sharingan; 2 tome at best (compound eye link ). The user’s nails will turn black and sharp and his hair will grow into a harden horn on the user’s head. BM gives the user boosted strength to lift several times his own body weight (like the rhinoceros beetles), his speed will be lowered slightly due to the dense skin that dons him but he will be able to react much quicker than a normal ninja due to the compound eye. This mode gives the user a +10 boost to Ninjutsu. After deactivation the user will become motionless and restrained for 1 turn (the backlash of not having to be motionless to achieve BM) and have to shed his now brittle skin in the next turn (counting as a move). The user will also be drained of chakra and can only use C-rank and below jutsu for a short time (3 turns).

- Takes 1 turn to achieve BM
- Can only withstand 2 C-rank attacks
- Withstood attacks can only be earth, water, and wind

Ok... First things first. Chakra, as you should know, is the passive, every occurring combination of 2 energies: spiritual and physical. Saying that you mix your chakra with the spiritual energy doesn't make sense. Also, only modes that enable you to use natural energy require you to be still. You get these compound eyes but how? You failed to explain. Just because you have a beetle contract doesn't mean you can transform your eyes into a makeshift dojuutsu.

The insects release the absorbed chakra to protect them from attacks S-rank and below of any nature.

- Can't use insect jutsu until Insect Cocoon is used twice
- Lasts for 1 turn then the bugs die off

Note: The fact that Shino's bugs ate thru 4-5 metal ships in seconds, in the 2nd shippuden movie Bonds is what makes it plausible.

Take the "can only withstand 2 S-Rank attacks" and this technique can be overcome by the normal weaknesses of bug techniques. It just happens to be Forbidden ranked.

Description:
Tengoku no masuku is an all black mask that Hikari Hyuga stumbled upon near the village of Amegakure. While patrolling the area with his byakugan he noticed an object in the distance that had massive amounts of chakra seeping off of it. He went ahead to see what it was and when he came closer noticed it was a simple mask with no holes to see out of. When he picked it up he instantly felt that the mask had suddenly began taking small amounts of chakra out of him, but curiosity got the best of him and he put the mask on anyway.
A few weeks later he had been on a mission with the mask on to conceal his identity and to conceal the fact he had a byakugan. During this said mission Hikari was trapped in a genjutsu but instantly after being trapped he felt a great amount of chakra being pushed into him from the mask that easily broke the genjutsu. From that day on Hikari continued to wear Tengoku no Masuku in case he runs into genjutsu specialist.
Masks abilities:
- It constantly takes small amounts of chakra from me over time and then stores it. Once I've fallen victim to a genjutsu the mask acts upon it's own will and pushes the stored chakra back into me to disrupt my chakra and break the genjutsu.
- Is made of an unknown metal substance that is slightly stronger then steel and can tank up to A-rank techniques without breaking or cracking in the slightest way. Also stops people from looking in my eyes since the mask has no eye holes to see out of.

Note:
• Can only break up to 3 genjutsu maximum (1 S-rank )
• Process of breaking genjutsu doesn't need to be activated since the mask does it on its own will.
• Mask can only be broken by S-rank and above techniques
• Byakugan or sensing ability is needed since the mask has no wholes to see out of.

You do know that Byakugan users can easily detect and release from Genjutsu passively without the need for techniques or external help, right? Because this mask is pretty much useless in a Hyuuga.
