Maybe...but what about the fact that Shisui uses KA in both eyes? I know this is off the original topic, but now I'm just curious. I mean, for Itachi, each eye has a different technique, with Susanoo being both eyes. But both of Shisui's eyes can use KA. What's the deal?

we dont know that for sure, but if its true, what if KA is his Susano'o, but his two techs that he got were so inferior to it, it was forgotten

I thought that too, but the fact that when separate, they can still use KA makes me think that doesn't work. I mean, you wouldn't be able to use Susanoo with 1 eye, right?

Another thing I believe that needs to point out, is that Sasuke after the eye transplant gained the ocular powers of his brother and should be able to use them. When speaking about Tsukuyomi, the user of the technique is able to change the recipient’s awareness of time; compressing days and hours into seconds. My main question now is that, once Sasuke has the leisurely of time to practice with his brother’s ocular powers he should be able to use them to even a greater level than Itachi right?

I think it's quite possible that after mastering Tsukuyomi, Sasuke's version will be much more powerful than his brother's. I am thinking along the the lines of a genjutsu that is powerful enough that it seems to literally affect the world around him, such as slowing down time to make himself seem faster.

Manga doesn't tell everything Thts what the databooks for
Example we didn't know tht orochimaru couldn't use jutsu (from his arms) him against the 4tailed naruto or him against sasuke but we just found out
We didn't know tht gaara sand defence was automatic untill now
Fact of the matter is in the databook it says plenty of things it says sasuke used tsyukiomi against her but it failed because bee a perfect junjirichi and sasukes tsyukiomi is infierir to itachi
Also under tsyukiomi users sasuke and madara

As for Susanno databook u need both tsyukiomi and amatratsu to have Susanno (Thts also why madara is under this list too even though we haven't seen him use amatratsu)

actually he has. he used it against be immediately he was heading towards him. also danzou said he definetly had the tsuyokomi but not as powerful like itachi. i just checked the naruto wikipedia right now. he definetly has it.
