He does according to the DB but it is just weak compared to Itachi's. The reason why Tobi said it was rare for a MS to unlock Susanoo because you need specifically Ama and Tsuku to use it.

The page where Itachi and Sasuke use their genjutsus to get out of Tayuya's could have been meant to be read all together as Sharingan Genjutsu: Tsukuyomi.

Because someone has not used a technique in the manga doesn't mean that they don't have it. He just hasn't used it yet. If it is a requirement for susano, then he must have it.

he has it alright, its just that he hasnt got the chance to use it yet..like you've shown thread maker the scene where sasuke tries to use illusion to get danzo..that could've been sasuke just practising n just becasue he hasnt use it much since then doesnt mean he doesnt have it!!

Maybe Kish pulled a fast one maybe if you have EMS you wont need Tsukyiomi to get Susanoo or something across those lines.

Dude look at the manga... It shows itachi cough up blood in his hands. When itachi poked sasukes forhead there was a blood streak. The streak then went into his eye. After that happened his eyes started bleeding ..... So what you say is clearly invalid there are two ways of obtaining ms

Can people explain to me what's the deal with Kakashi's MS then? Because supposedly, if we go by the databooks, he should have either Amaterasu or Tsukiyomi. The fact that he doesn't leads me to believe that you just need to have 2 MS techniques, 1 in each eye, to gain Susanoo, and they don't necessarily have to be Amaterasu or Tsukiyomi. This means that Sasuke may very well not have Tsukiyomi. I know what he did against Bee, but he didn't alter the time, nor did Bee emerge spiritually broken like Tsukiyomi does to someone. So the inverted colors may have just been the way Kishi decided to draw that genjutsu.

I know what the databooks say, but they don't account for Kamui, and I don't know how to either.

Someone willing to give a reasonable explanation here?
