Ok first off, i would like to say this is my first thread. I'm more of a lurker than a poster, but i decided to go ahead and make a thread.
I've seen a lot of threads and posts saying Sasuke would beat certain people with Tsukuyomi. Well i'd like to try to show you my theory on why he doesn't have it. I would also like you to note, i'm not a Sasuke fanboy. In fact i hate him more than anyone on the series.

1. The way Sasuke obtained his Mangekyou was from itachi's blood...right?

The blood only goes in his left eye, which is the amaterasu, which itachi purposely put there in case he ever saw Madara's sharingan. It was a defense mechanism that itachi had and gave to sasuke.
2. Let me show you something cool.

Look at his eye tense up when he uses Enton. His other ability is to control the flames.

As Shi states it right here
3. And if he had tsukuyomi, why didnt he use it here?

By the way, Danzo never said he "has" it. Now idk if Danzo meant his genjutsu is nothing compared to Itachi's Tsukuyomi, or Sasuke's Tsukuyomi is nothing compared to Itachi's.
Why did both of his eyes activate? Tsukuyomi is only 1 eye.

I have one more thing to say. If he has amaterasu in his left, and the power to control it in his right, that would leave no room for Tsukuyomi... Soooooo yea... Post what you guys think.

Sasuke has Susanoo. Susanoo both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. Therefore, Sasuke has both Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

i was also gonna make this question but then i read this from Narutopedia:

Sasuke can also perform Tsukuyomi with his right eye, though his illusion is considered inferior to Itachi's Tsukuyomi since it does not alter the opponent's perception of time indicating he has yet to master it.

^

how did he obtain it? i still dont know but HE does have it.

if anybody knows tell me, i will appreciate it

1. Sasuke's Mangekyou came on it's own, not from Itachi or his blood.

2. Sasuke does have it. Proof? You need it AND Amaterasu to have Susano'o. Sasuke has Susano'o and Amaterasu, so its obvious he has Tsukiyomi. He doesn't use it because his version is weak.

Go on the wiki, and look at Tsukuyomi. Then go on Sasuke on the wiki, and look at his jutsus. If you're not convinced from that, then go read the manga and you'll see he used it. Also, his Tsukuyomi is inferior to Itachi's, so it doesnt work as good,- so he barely uses it.

He does according to the DB but it is just weak compared to Itachi's. The reason why Tobi said it was rare for a MS to unlock Susanoo because you need specifically Ama and Tsuku to use it.

The page where Itachi and Sasuke use their genjutsus to get out of Tayuya's could have been meant to be read all together as Sharingan Genjutsu: Tsukuyomi.

Let's see ur proof beacuse sasuke didn't kill itachi the only thing that killed itachi was his disease.... Sasuke got it through blood transfer it's shows it In the manga...

Maybe Kish pulled a fast one maybe if you have EMS you wont need Tsukyiomi to get Susanoo or something across those lines.

Yea but where has he used it, or where has it said he has it in the manga? Thats why i provided proof..
Tsukuyomi always creates an inverted gray-scale in the manga.

Sasuke using Tsukuyomi. Top left panel:

Itachi using Tsukuyomi:

The databook proves that you need Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu to be able to use Susano'o. And the manga page that I showed you could be the proof you were looking for. ;)

As of lately I've been stressing this fact. The ability that comes from Sasuke's are Amaterasu and Enton Kagutsuchi, being able to use both the abilities in his Mangekyo allowed him to awaken Susano'o. The whole Kage Summit blatantly shows us this. When we Sasuke after the eye transplant, Sasuke has gained the ability to use Tsukuyomi, whether or not we will see it is completely up to the author.
