Most probably, they are largely composed of 'spiritual energy' chakra - i've just shown you that Tayuya's jutsu relies on the same 'spiritual energy' you speak of, despite the databook entry clearly showing that this jutsu remained chakra based.

Furthermore Susanoo is flexible and could thus be able to reflect attacks from different directions. with its shield by just moving or turning around.

Kishi needs to create these illusions for the readers, something that leaves a cliffhanger behind for the reader to wonder about. Having the almighty Yata Mirror which can protect from anything and the Sword of Totsuka which slashes anything will impress the readers. Kishi needs to impress the readers in order for them to buy this comics. Without these 'flaws' as sort to speak, this comics wouldn't have made it in the top 3 selling comics. If Kishi would of stated and eliminate these 'flaws' Kishi wouldn't give the opportunity for the reader to wonder about "Up to what extent can that shield defend up to?" If Kishi states that the Yata Mirror is able to defend from anything, it leaves him to be bias and raises arguments which is clearly his goal. He wants us to argue about Naruto and throw our ideas around. These are all the elements he clearly places in the right order so threads like these will happen.

If Kishi would of stated an accurate measurement as up to what is the Yata Mirror can defend up to, there wouldn't be any arguments and this thread wouldn't exist neither the other thousand threads about the shield.

While the Preta Path may be overhyped, there is nothing in the manga which contradicts said hype. I showed you the Blunt Sword and how Kishi hyped it. So you think Yata Mirror can stand up to a sword which can break 'any and all defenses'? Use of hyperbole was obvious and there is no impregnable defense in this manga.

This thread is not about the Yata Mirrors limits. It is simply explaining that the Yata Mirror does have a limit to what it can defend against.

Re read the thread. The use of hyperbole was when it was described as stopping all attacks. I already threw out that idea during the Paradox argument. Then you claimed Yata Mirror should be held in higher regard because it is 'spiritual' (although that is no different to Tayuya's jutsu); a completely baseless statement.

It's not baseless at all if Tayuya's sound genjutsu wasen't spiritual only summoning the demons. You still proved nothing.

I brought up Tayuya's jutsu to show you that things described as spiritual are still chakra based. Do you know how the Yata Mirror works? If you did, you would know that it would need to utilize chakra in order to undergo it's transformations.

There was no paradox to begin with. Those who are pierced by Toska Blade get sealed. Yata Mirror deflects all attacks.
