Why is itachi even being compared with nagato??

I outrightly think that nagato will 4CK itachi up. this is something I don't get, people say nagato will beat up naruto or that they are equals and knowing that naruto will beat itachi within 5 mins they say itachi will beat nagato??. Itachi fans pls find something better to say

Nagato fans don't have an accurate way for nagato to defeat tsukuyomi. Because nagato has been weak to genjutsu it's a pretty bad matchup for him. And besides the help against one technique, itachi already basically solo'd edo nagato.

If Itachi hits him with any basic Genjutsu he's in deep trouble. It took Orochimaru, a very skilled ninja, at least 5 or 10 seconds to break out of his 3T paralysis Genjutsu so once Nagato is paralysed it's just a matter of activating Tsukuyomi/Sealing him. If things get hardcore and Nagato activates Chibaku Tensei then Itachi is also in trouble. As I said, it can go either way. And even if he Amaterasu's Nagato and he Shinra Tenseis it he will be SEVERELY burned as shown in the Manga. If he wasn't an Edo he'd have been at an extremely large disadvantage against Itachi.

he doesnt have a counter to one move? so what? Nagato has dozens of advantages on itachi, while itachi has ONE. Tsukyomi will not solo a kage level ninja that easily, and no he didnt basically solo edo nagato, if it wasnt for killer b and naruto he wouldve been defeated by chibaku tensei.

Rinnegan > Sharingan, accept it fanboys.

I don't think naruto could beat itachi in 5 mins. No Edo, If both Itachi or pain wasn't sick i think it would be a good fight. I like both characters but let's not forget the reason why itachi susanoo is so special because it holds the yata mirror and totsuka blade. I think genjutsu is useless on Nagato becasue of the rinnegan but itachi would take out some of the 6 paths but in the end i think Nagato would win because he is the 3rd SO6P.. So just don't think Nagato would stomp Itachi. and if itachi had EMS and damn he would be more of a problem for Nagato maybe defeated Nagato but idk.U_U

Sorry but your entire post was fail(especialy the bolded part). They are being compared because both are extremely powerful and renowned shinobi that have never shown theirbtrue strength. But simply put,Itachi can amaterasu Nagato then pierce him with totsuka blade and seal him forever. That blade is fast and will be through Nagato before he can put his hand out to absorb it.
