Description:
After performing a single handseal, the user creates a small funnel of air, trough which items can be thrown, by a shadow clone or team mate, to increase their speed. Due to the pressure inside the funnel, small items such as kunai and shuriken can speed up to four times as fast as usual, making it difficult to dodge in short and mid range.
Note:
-Can be used twice per battle
-The user himself isn't able to throw kunai's and rocks in the funnel, he must be aided by a shadow clone or another shinobi.

( Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Suzume-ō Jack) Summoning Jutsu: Sparrow King Jack

Description:
After the user bites his thumb and smears blood across his tattoo, he places his hands on the ground to summon Jack, the King of the Sparrows. Jack is giant sparrow, about 12 feet high, Jack is one of Aeolus faithful servants, the ruler of wind and while he is on the field, it costs his summoner less chakra to preform Fuuton attacks, exactly one rank, so C-Rank attacks cost 20 chakra instead of 30, B-Rank cost 30 instead of 40 etcetera. Jack is also able to communicate with his summoner because their minds are linked with each other once Jack is summoned.
Note:
-Stays in the battle for 4 turns
-Can be summoned once per battle
-Jack cannot be harmed by any Fuuton-Attacks below B-Rank
-Must have summoned Sparrow Contract
~Declined~ What actually happens for the user to require less chakra for wind techniques? Saying that the summon simply lowers the chakra cost isn't going to cut it. Also its a summoning so it should only be summoned at short range distance.

Description:
Sakakku can be summoned after the user bites his thumb and smears the blood across tattoo, after that he places the hand on his should to summon Sakakku. Sakkaku is a small bird, around 6,5 inch high and looks like a normal House Sparrow and sits on the summoners shoulder. When Sakakku is lets out his cry, every one in a radius of 20 meters will be trapped in a genjutsu, seeing 10 replica's of the summoner. The summoner will not be affected by the genjutsu due to his physical contact with Sakakku
Note:
-Can stay in battle for 4 turns
-Genjutsu lasts for 3 turns
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-If the summoner has no physical contact with Sakakku, then he will also be trapped in the genjutsu.
-Must have signed Sparrow Contract

Sakakku can be summoned after the user bites his thumb and smears the blood across tattoo, after that he places the hand on his should to summon Sakakku. Sakkaku is a small bird, around 6,5 inch high and looks like a normal House Sparrow, only he is blind. His only ability is to recognise if his summoner is under a genjutsu and is able to release his summoner from the genjutsu by pecking his summoner in the shoulder, while releasing a small amount of chakra. One he has released his summoner from the Genjutsu, he will disappear.
