Also look at their size compared to the meteor...., they should not even be visible if what you are suggest is correct.

um the rocks that chibaku tensei are made up of are broken apart and compressed so bad example. chibaku tensei only reaches the elevation of the clouds because its floating in the sky. madaras meteor reaches the elevation of the clouds all the way from the ground. perfect susano is even bigger than the meteor. using common sense, perfect susano is bigger than chibaku tensei.

there isnt any clear pages which shows how big a person is in comparison with chibaku tensei so of course this is the best i could do.

EMS Madara would be enough to beat Nagato. Perfect Susanoo is more powerful than Gedo Mazo with bijuu. It was restrained by Choji and his dad, they can't do that Perfect Susanoo. It wouldn't be easy, but there is a reason that Madara said only Hashi could beat him. He knew the abilities of the Rinnegan and that Nagato had it.
Oh yea, just because you are a sensor does not mean you are immune to genjutsu. Nagato's paths and therefore part of Nagato was placed under the frog song. You need someone to break you out of the genjutsu. If the actual Nagato is placed in genjutsu, it stops his paths as well.
Like I said, it wouldn't be easy but Madara could solo Nagato. Like a whole lot of others said, with Itachi and Sasuke is overkill.

Does CBT take massive amounts of chakra to perform or is it more of clone sized chakra?
Cause if it does take a massive amount and time is needed to recover that does put Nagato at risk using it. Itachi figured out how to remove it from the battlefield before and I assume he would do so again. Yes yes Ryuu we know the TBB did the most damage during that panel.
However, the sword slash from PS looks comparable (albeit not as destructive). So that with a Magatama and Sasuke sulking in the corner might provide the same type of power.
If thats the case, we know to control the paths takes a lot of chakra, as Guy pointed out when Tobi was using his. So let's assume Nagato would just perform everything himself, which is quicker and much more powerful.
That momentary lapse in time from using CBT would probably provide an opening for attack (assuming the three uchihas can destroy the jutsu).
With that in mind, I am not sure how well anything attacking Nagato from those three's arsenal will work. It will most likely just come down to timing.
P.S. On a side note, Can Nagato absorbed all of Susanoo? Or are weapons not part of the overall essence of it. Because they look as though it is all one big shibang. However, I would assume the preta path would absorb their chakra weapons but that wasn't the case with Nagato/Itachi. (Yea I get it those two are special, but they look like they're made of chakra in all the illustrations just the same.)

That would totally be overkill for Pein , itachi is one of the most intelligent ninja ever , if he can't do it madara will finish the rest no need for sasuka
Chibuka Tensei is larger than those meteors by a horrendous amount, and obviously one made by Nagato would be even bigger. However, whether or not Perfect Susano'o, with its current feat, could destroy the black mass is debatable. After all, cutting a mountain is not the same as obliterating it.
