He's dead. He was controlled and used by anybody he held real power. He had one of shisuis's eye but never used it and stored it in naruto for a while. Using Izanami is pointless against fighting someone you know nothing about and you lose a eye after one time. Izanagi is garbarge because again he loses a eye. Save your self from a attack lose a eye. Remember he only had Two. He's not danzo.
